Amazing customer service and quick repair. I had submitted a request for a chip repair on their website and they emailed me shortly after to schedule me to come in. Laura and Cindy were so above and beyond helpful and friendly and once I brought in my car it was only a 20 min wait for the repair.

8/31/23 4:10pmGot flipped off by All Cracked Up s driver.Driving south on Hwy 93 between Boulder and Golden. I m driving behind an All Cracked Up van. We get to a passing lane and my cruise control is set to 60. I m catching up on her crazy quick and jumped in the passing lane. As I m passing, all of a sudden I m not passing her anymore. Her lane is about to end so I up my cruise to 65 (on a 55). STILL CAN T PASS HER!! Lady why did you force me to jump in the passing lane then speed up to 65?!?!I decided I wasn t going to accelerate any more so she lays on her horn and flips me off. It s not my fault you can t control your speed on up/down hills?!Really, it doesn t matter who was in the wrong. When you re in a company vehicle don t have road rage.@All Cracked Up. When you read this and respond, I will consider adjusting or deleting this.

We traveled from NC to Colorado and a rock cracked our windshield on our 2015 Subaru Outback. I spoke with several glass shops and not only was All Cracked Up very reasonable but they also ensured the windshield would be calibrated, which I didn't hear from other shops. Laura Calhoun, the office manager, is a real pro. Work was done on time and we felt well taken care of. I highly recommend these folks for any glass work you might need.

I'm not sure how this company doesn't have more reviews. They were great!!! Dan, the owner, was extremely helpful via phone and email before he had any inclination that he would be getting the job. Laura, the receptionist, was always very fast to respond, very clear, and very helpful. Her fast and clear communication is how this company obtained my business over their competitors. Ryan and Austin showed up to complete the job. These guys were very nice, very respectful, very professional, skilled in what they do, and answered all of my curious questions. Ryan and Austin also mentioned that Dan is one of the best bosses they've worked for. This speaks volumes to me about the health and ethics of the company. Thank you to all of you!!! I rated 5 stars here and I meant it!!

Laura was fantastic! We came in with a suspected cracked windshield on a rental car and after she said it was already fixed, charged us nothing. Laura has great customer service skills! We will be back with our glass business.

Top Notch glass shop. The owner and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Awesome quality work that they stand behind. Parking area is limited but sufficient. Handicap parking and handicap accessible given an unpaved parking lot. No water in that part of Tabernash so consequently only a Port-a Potty

A bedroom window was broken at our house shortly before guests arrived. We called All Cracked Up, only to find they were booked up for more than a week. When I explained about our guests' imminent arrival, Laura (sp?) made arrangements to fit in the repair in time to accommodate our schedule. Great work, 'quick and efficient. We GREATLY appreciate their going the extra mile, and will be using their service again, when needed!

Our construction company had a project going on in Fraser where a siding crew accidentally broke a window. We needed to quickly find a local company to come out to the property, measure the opening, provide pricing, and order glass. All Cracked up did all of the above in less than a few hours. I have been really impressed with their responsiveness to my request. From Dan to Laura in the front office - my request couldn't have been handled any faster or more professionally!

I brought my mini in with a cracked windshield on very little notice . I was fixed up and shared awesome conversation with the whole crew. Phones were off the hook and a couple customers came in but I was still prioritized. 100 percent chance that I use these guys next time I have an issue .

Laura in the office is EXTREMELY RUDE! I called to follow up and she rudely yelled at me to explain she was so busy and didn't have the help they needed. First, don't air your businesses dirty laundry to your paying customer. Second, we are more than patient with the timing of our replacement so there was no need for your snarky responses. Third, we are the PAYING CUSTOMER. I will take our business elsewhere so you don't have to be so busy :) And I will make sure to share my experience with everyone in the county, then maybe you won't be so busy! If I talked to my clients the way you just did with how busy I am, I would expect to be fired.

When we called to get windshield repaired Cindy made everything easy to get insurance to pay for it and to make an appointment, Deana called later to make sure everything ok ,we got in the next day to get windshield fixed and Dan was a nice person to talk with as he repaired windshield, also he was very professional, I highly recommend this place
