Great experience with this place! Was passing through town with my van and needed my breaks checked. It was a really weird job that needed a lot of hard work and creative problem solving and Paul really did everything he could to take care of it and had me feeling so good about everything. Also shout out to Chris who got the job done in half the time it would've taken a less seasoned tech. Really great, honest work and I couldn't recommend them enough!

Set up an appointment to have a number of maintenance services taken care of. James did a great job of checking me in, informed me of the procedures, how long it would take, and the cost of the service after all my coupons were applied. He did a great job. The service to my vehicle was taken care of in less time than I was told it might take, so that was a great bonus!

My service here was excellent. They got me in for an oil change appt the same day I called in. David was very efficient, professional and friendly and was able to get the work done in less time than I was originally told. James helped me with check out and was also very friendly and helpful. James was fantastic!When I showed up with a troubling noise, they were very busy, but James followed me outside into the rain and took a look under my SUV to make sure that it was safe for me to drive home and return for an appointment we set up.When I returned, the service was professional, personal, and as quick as they always are. Go there and you will happily return!Thanks again guys... it's great to have a service center that you know you can trust!

Great and friendly customer service.I went in to get my oil change, breaks and roaters changed.Since the moment I got there to the moment I left, 100% best customer service.I made an appointment at 1pm Friday.I told them as long as they can get it done by the end of the day, it would be great. They got it done by 5:30. Made sure to call me for an update on prices and made sure that my car was running great.Excellent services! Will definitely be a returning customer!

I have been going to this place for years. It is the best place I have taken my cars. This week we had some unexpected car troubles while moving. Paul was a great help. He explained in detail everything our car needed and we were able to find a solution that fit our budget and needs.

These guys saved me over $400 off their estimate & over $1000 off others through their honest hard work! It s the most impressive experience I ve ever had with a car service. I was skeptical at first when they delayed my appointment. But they got their best guy for the job on the service. It turned out better than I could ve imagined. I had a great experience replacing front. My service advisor was Paul. His service was next-level good. He took the time to break everything down for me, and even brought me into the shop to physically show me issues. I felt that he was very honest with me, and not trying to oversell me anything.

I had a couple of screws get rusted out/stripped in my license plate. I took my car to this location and Paul + his team really took care of me. It wasn't possible to get it out, but they helped me come up with a solution and didn't charge me. Great guys, great company.

Kyle was so professional and nice. The guys at this shop are top notch. They work on my Audi and do an amazing job. Their prices are so much better than Audi. I go to them for brakes, oil etc every time they do an outstanding job. Very helpful, professional, fast and kind. I will keep giving them my business.

Last Thursday night, I noticed my brakes making an awful sound -- almost like a lion roaring-- and knew that couldn't be good. I was nervous to even drive home! I went on the Brakes Plus's website and was able to make an appointment for the very next morning- so convenient and relieving. I dropped my van off- a very easy experience with a man named Ash. He was friendly and seemed trustworthy. He called us shortly with the news that we needed new brakes and new rotors (which made sense since they were well past due). There were several levels of options he talked us through; we decided on the basic one, they did the work, and the van was ready to pick up in a couple of hours. They really saved the day! When I came back, everyone was pleasant and professional. We were so happy with the service here and will definitely be back! (hopefully, sooner next time ;))

I just want to give a quick shout out to Paul Gifford and Cass at brakes Plus in Superior. I had to have a headlight assembly installed on my Prius and all I can tell you is it was a big job. They had to remove the fender and do all kinds of magic in order to get the headlight in. They did a great job the headlights are perfect. They also installed a couple of the minor non-critical lights that had burned out, at no charge. I really appreciated this. After a couple of days I discovered there was a slight glitch with the installation. I gave Paul a call and he got me in immediately no questions asked, and resolved the issue entirely. I really appreciate it when a business takes responsibility for making sure that everything is as it should be. Whoever is the manager at this shop, I hope you recognize what a valuable employee you have in Paul. He gave me a lot of confidence in the kind of business the superior breaks plus is. Thanks and Happy New Year!

I recently had new brakes installed, but shortly after leaving the shop, my wheel wells and engine bay filled with smoke. Upon inspection, I discovered brake fluid leakage under my car. Surprisingly, no one mentioned any issues when I picked up my car, and now it's in worse condition than when I dropped it off.

Amazing staff, really appreciate Kyle specifically for taking care of me with the utmost care and efficiency. I desperately needed my oil changed for a trip planned that evening. They were a bit overbooked but still managed to get me in and done quicker than expected. Highly recommend and commend them as a business!!

I needed new rear brakes and a wheel bearing replaced as well as a wheel stud. I called Brakes Plus after my mechanic quoted more than I could afford and Paul and Chris took such good care of my Subaru! Some of their pics were HALF as much as the mechanic had quoted!! I will def be coming back for all of my maintenance needs!!

Great car repair experience. I hit a curb in the last snow storm, and the car was barely drive-able. The driver side rear wheel was tilted visibly inward. Paul was amazing. I dropped the car off at 11, picked it up at 330. I assumed it was going to be costly long repair, but Paul replaced the bent tie bar, ran the alignment and it all worked great. I was expecting to spend much more.I really appreciated that Paul took good care, and was totally straight on the problem. Would have been easy to charge more considering how broken the car was.

Very Impressed! Brought my car in as it was leaking oil on the driveway. David checked me in and took great care of me through the entire process. The shop seems very well run because they got me in at my appointment time, and got right on it. They identified the problem and gave me some options. Not high-pressure which was really nice!Thank you, David and the Brakes Plus team.

I had a great experience with this store. It was easy to drop off my car for tire alignment and oil change on a Saturday. They were done in under 2 hours. They explained what they did well and reminded me that my next oil change doesn t have to match the 5000 miles. I would come back again.

We are so happy to have a local service department that we can trust, and who is honest. Paul is our go-to with any issues with our car (it came from Texas and is getting used to CO lol!). I recently had an experience with Brakes Plus in Superior. I want to thank the entire staff. They were very friendly and accommodating. I had a full break replacement and new rotors that were all very necessary. They did exceptional service, and my car drives like a dream. They even gave me a ride while I waited. Which I really appreciated. Ash was very clear with the explanations of everything I needed. I felt the communication was excellent. And a good value compared to the dealership.

Walked in on a Saturday morning without an appointment to ask for a suspension inspection because my tires were wearing unevenly. The friendly staff took me in right away and diagnosed the problem. They repaired my tie rods in a couple hours (impressive that they had parts on hand for my BMW) and I was back on the road. I want to especially thank Paul the service advisor. He was helpful and explained everything very well to me. Thanks!

Being a long way from home and driving a rental, I wasn t sure where to go when I encountered a battery issue. Thank goodness I found Paul at Brakes Plus! He was empathetic, (which is rare these days,) incredibly professional and went above and beyond even though it was 15 minutes before closing on a Friday night! He was thoughtful, thorough, and got me on my way! Thank you!!
