We are privileged in Stratton to have Rick behind the counter. Folks like him or a dying breed. His knowledge gained over the years and willingness to help in locating the most obscure parts are unmatched. Not to mention he's got a lot of really helpful tips. I think it's safe to say he has forgotten more than most employees of Auto stores in the city have yet learned. Kudos. The only reason I don't give five stars is because they're closed on Sundays.

Awesome bunch of people! They helped me and my family out on our cross country move when I had a abs sensor get severed they we more than willing to help, even though they didnt have the part they helped with tools and knowledge. Thanks again!

I want to give a HUGE shout out to the owner/manager who so graciously assisted our son who broke down on the road this evening (July 31, 2015). You opened your business after hours so that he could purchase parts to get his 4-runner back on the road. Your customer service and personal thoughtfulness is not seen often enough. Thank you!
