Jay and his staff were phenomenal. They were knowledgeable, helpful and very accommodating. To make a long story short, our water pump went out on I-76. We got hauled back to town and asked the tow truck driver to drop us at O'reilly. He explained the situation to the staff who were SUPER helpful in getting us fixed and back on the road. I can't begin to explain how impressed that I was with everyone at this location. Thanks to all for the help!! Its good to see that there are still people out there that genuinely want to help others and that's exactly what the staff here did.

I placed an on-line order. I did not get confirmation that it was ready (it was on the ready shelf) until I had checked out. I got two batteries, and the date codes are different. One battery included terminal hardware, the other did not.

We had car trouble on our way home Sunday afternoon headed home to Nebraska outside of Sterling Co. We were lucky enough to get awesome help from Chuck at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Sterling. He was able to run codes on our car and get us on our way so we made it home safely!! Thank you very much Chuck and O'Reilly Auto Parts

I absolutely appreciate the people that work here and there help. So my belt snapped right outside and thankfully Mr. Chuck helped me figure it out. I would have been lost otherwise. He helped me get a belt and a pulley. Not only did he help me find the right parts to fix it but he helped me put it on. The fact that he took time out of his day to help me was amazing. I could not be more thankful and appreciative of him and O Rileys.

A shout-out to Juan, who replaced my very old, corroded battery on the evening of Saturday, July 8th. Juan was pleasant, professional and efficient, but also made the time to chat with me and my husband. We need to make time to treat each other as humans and show interest in each other's stories and struggles. That's what Juan did, all the while providing accurate and timely service so we could get home safely. Thanks, Juan!

Place charges way more than parts are worth. Not recommended. Tried to tell me a $30 set of coils was $500. Excuse you? Literally anywhere else is better.

I came into O'Reilly to have the codes read due to my check engine light being on. The guys there were very helpful, friendly and fast. They printed the codes for me, which I appreciated much as there was 18 of them and I'd never remember them all.... Lol

Everytime I go in there I'm met with very knowledgeable people of actual vehicles or people who work on their own vehicles... not just some random person just typing around on the internet just to try to find what your looking for... we need more knowledgeable parts people or auto techs even if it's backyard mechanics working at facilities like these so there more helpful and beneficial to the customer... not just playing a guessing game...

Usually love to come here for all my parts but this last time I was in was complete opposite. Can't believe I had to rate 1 star would have been 0 if that was an option. lisa made my experience one to remember and not in a good way. Don't work in customer service if you don't like working/helping customers just saying.i did nothing to you for you to be so rude to me.

Won't go back after the price went up from $22 to $38. Called the day before and got the price on a serpentine belt which was on 10/29/2021. Drove 50 miles and the manager was waiting on us and I informed him what I needed. I called less than 24 hours before I was there today and the price jumped up $16, really. Needless to say I walked out and will not go back to a place that drives up the price in less than 24 hours. Needless to say we was waiting to get helped by the only person and another worker a female came out and started to help another costumer that walked in after us. So when she printed her receipt, the manager walked away from us and got the receipt from printer for her, as we stood there waiting to find out that he upped the price by $16 on us. You only get one chance with me so it's to bad you had to return the items back to the shelf. We was going to get more not just 2 items but who wants to be treated like that.

Great parts store! The staff are always so helpful. They'll even do things at your vehicle, check engine light of course but they'll put fluids in for you, check/change wiper blades and small jobs like that if you need the help. Definitely recommended!

They are very helpful. They know their business, at least I think they do. The store is very clean as well. They are not rude to any customers They have, like another place I know. Very grateful to have this business to get what I need and more.Thanks guys n gals, keep up the good work.

I've been shopping for auto parts at O'Reilly's since I moved to Colorado almost six years ago. I usually shop between their store and Rock Auto on the internet because, their prices are the most comparable and affordable. Usually the difference is balanced out with the shipping and handling, in most situations. If I have a choice, I pick O'REILLY'S they usually can get my parts in by the next day and there affordable. I can't remember a time I've been there that the employees where anything but, friendly and helpful. Good store, good people. J.C.M

Very polite kind people awesome parts my go to place in sterling auto zone employees are rude to handicap people and not good at all when it comes to honesty or any form of customer service it's a place where it's OK to gang up and holler at handicap people because they lack basic customer service skills for now on O'Reilly is the place to go for me. They have it all....

I like rhe knowlege of the staff, however I did not like the fact that they were trying to sell me an array of many products. I went to buy a replacment drum brake spring. That is what i asked for. Did not ask for tools or fuel injection cleaner, etc.

Called and placed an order they said it'll take them a while and call back this day which I did and who I had talked to said it wasn't even called in so my order wasn't even placed. Called again because I assumed it would have been at the store and nothing. Very disappointed! Never gonna order from here they lost a customer and another auto store gained one!
