Never in my life I had such a great customer service, best mechanics, and peace of mind when I left with my car. I was in a bad accident that left me with ptsd they answered all my questions and pretty much held my hand while assuring my safety . And telling me my car is absolutely safe to drive. I'm so thk full to the whole team at herzog !!!

Took this to this shop less then a month later. I have take it to another shop for the same exact problems. $800 bill for it too run but not turn right what I took it to get fixed.

I called due to hitting a really bad rut on the dirt roads I live on. After hearing what my car was doing they squeezed me into their incredibly full schedule to ensure my safety. They throughly inspected my vehicle to find the issues. They were able to fix it the next day and the issues are resolved!! I'm so thrilled with my experience after getting screwed over by several automotive places in the past. I'm already coming back for non emergent issues. Instead of saying "we are not interested in working on your car" it has been a month and still haven't heard about the engine I was looking for.This shop was my go to. The lack of communication is beyond enough for me not to return here.

Herzog Automotive offers excellent customer service at very affordable prices. All the employees are extremely knowledgeable in the automotive industry and won't tell you something needs fixed if it doesn't just to get more business. This is a locally owned business that provides family like hospitality. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

MORGAN In service filed a mechanical breakdown claim for a mutual customer. Everyone was quick with every document we needed to cover the cost of the repairs. MORGAN was quick and polite and got our mutual customer back on the road in no time. MORGAN needs a raise for exceptional service.

My husband and I recently moved to Sterling and needed a good automotive shop. We chose Herzog after reading Google reviews for several area businesses. They fixed a brake issue on our car and a door locking issue on our pickup. The entire experience with this business on both vehicles was excellent!! Tammy made scheduling and checking out an absolute pleasure. Randy was great about diagnosing the issues, communicating options and performing the work. I highly recommend this business!!!

Shoddy work. They changed out a battery without prior authorization, that I still question if it was bad.Worse though, my Durango was in for a fuel pump. They changed that, charged a ton, returned the car two days late, and guess what? Awhile after the work, the fuel hose popped off because they didn't put the hose clamps back on! So, original $800 bill + additional tow and bill from a competent shop to fix their "work".I'd give them half a star, but 1 is the lowest.

Although I ve never personally used this repair shop my mother always has. I run a repair station in Denver and have not been able to work on her vehicles for years. She trusts you guys and from what I ve heard have always been fair and did great work for her. It s good to know she has a good trustworthy shop to take her vehicles to.

An oil change shouldn't take an hour! When I went to step out of my car the entire parking lot was like an ice skating rink. Being an old man, I was reluctant to even walk in to their office. They had done NOTHING to mitigate this very dangerous situation.

I have been going to them since I moved to sterling. I have to say there customer service and quality of work is second to none. I fully recommend the to anyone in the area or passing through.

Took my car in and told them the starter was going out and I needed a new one. Got the car back a few days later and they said they put a new battery in it and charged me over $100. The next day the car wouldn t start again so I took it back again and they finally replaced the starter and charged me $300 more. They never tested anything on the battery or starter to see what the problem was at first. They just tried to do a quick easy fix and send me on my way. Very poor service and over charged. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get it fixed right the first time.

Today's computers and the tool of YouTube "helped" in diagnosis and repair. The tech took my suggestion, and ran with it. What do ya know? It's fixed.When I came back, it was lunch hour, but the owner saw me in the wind, came back to check me out. I was shocked at the low cost!

I over charged my A/C system. Jim drained it and then filled it again with the proper amount of freon. now my A/C is running tip top! nice and cold. thank you for great service!

Herzog is a great business. After having my brakes worked on. They gave me options to help keep the cost down. They are very honest and do a great job.

I always take my vehicles here for either routine maintenance or if something is wrong. They are usually pretty busy so it may take a little while to hear back. They always call me to tell me what's going on and verify I want to do what they are suggesting. Family owned and operated for at least two generations that I'm aware of.

Took my GTO in to get some tricky transmission lines hooked up and the Herzog crew had me up and running quickly and offered a few extras on top. Very reasonable prices and in my opinion, the best shop around

I was so worried that my 87 Chevy was out for the count, and they did a great job of saving her. She didn't just start up she started RIGHT up. Thank you guys. Definitely 5 Stars.
