I tried to get my car towed through my insurance... Let's just say that eventually I realized I'd have to take care of stuff myself. I called Rocky Mountain Towing because their 24/7 hours, and I spoke to the most pleasant dispatch ever. She answered all my questions, gave me the exact price, was knowledgeable about the town to help with directions, and told me the tow truck would be there in 30 minutes.Exactly 30 minutes later, Tim showed up. He was incredibly nice, helpful, and gave us a ride to where we needed. He even changed his tow truck to accommodate everyone that needed the ride. I was incredibly anxious and he was so pleasant! I hope I never have car troubles but I will recommend Rocky Mountain Towing to anyone and everyone.

Rocky Mountain Towing saved the day when my car unfortunately broke down in Steamboat on my last day of vacation. I had to be towed back to Boulder and they came through with prompt and professional service! The driver Brian was very thorough and friendly during the entire process. I couldn't recommend this towing company more, you won't be disappointed!

Rocky Mountain towing worked with me to safely get my car off the road in a dangerous area, and I can t thank them enough! Chantelle on dispatch was so understanding and helpful as we worked with AAA and CSP, and Brian the driver made sure my car got to a safe location and that I was safe as well. Rocky Mountain Towing and Delivery were absolutely amazing to work with! If I could give them a higher than a 5 star review I would. They were a true heaven sent and went above and beyond to take care of me and help me figure out my situation in the easiest way possible. Thank you to Patti & Kayla for being so wonderful to my family and I! Thank you to the tow drivers that helped me and got my car and I home safely. I highly highly recommend them for all your towing need!!

I have never been more impressed with Business. They are just not like this anymore. We called AAA my truck broke down at Stagecoach Sunday morning. Before I could even start trouble shooting the problem the driver was there and ready to go. Great guy happy and hooked up the truck and trailer. Waited for us at the secure yard to get our stuff. First thing Monday morning they had the truck in the shop. Great shop. Amazing communication. Awesome people. Out of a bad situation I found people I have faith in what they tell me. Thank you Rock Mountain Towing and repair.

This was a lockout with a crazy complication. My fob had gotten totally soaked. It wouldn't open the door. The emergency key inside the fob didn't work. Joe from Rocky mtn towing got the door open. Then took me to the auto parts store to dry out the fob and replace the battery. Took me back to the car. The fob worked but the horn wouldn't stop blasting. Joe unplugged the horn. He wasn't leaving until every was good. This was service so above and beyond, but so deeply appreciated. These are great folks.Service: Car lockouts

The tow operator was helpful and tried to get me going. When we figured out that my fuel was gelled he made arrangements to have my truck sit in their shop overnight. Then, the next morning, once of the shop guys figured out that my glow plug relay had failed. They were also very accomodating and picked me up from my hotel to get my truck that they got started for me! Very happy and would recommend them highly!!

Shoutout to our technician Joe for helping us out! We were stuck in the snow alongside a narrow stretch of the highway. It was evening and the temps were dipping by the minute. AAA assigned the job to Rocky Mountain Towing and we couldn't have been happier to hear Joe's cheerful voice on the other end saying he was on the way. Joe got the State Patrol to help manage traffic along the highway and got us back on the road safely and efficiently. Thank you so much for the great service, Joe!!Service: Car towing

Austin got us out of a snowbank then stayed to be sure we could park properly in all this snow! Huge help- above and beyond! neighborhood put up signs letting us know to move all the cars in the area last minute. called Rocky Mountain Towing Company at 12:30 am, Shannon (can't remember the correct name, sorry it was super late) was super helpful at assisting someone who had zero knowledge about towing cars and where they go. made me not have a panic attack last minute! anyways, she told me she would help me out and we got the car towed before the asphalt company came at 7 am! and the tow truck driver was really cool and helpful! amazing job guys! will definitely recommend to all my friends in the future!Service: Car towing

Would love to get a shout out to Rocky Mountain towing and especially their technician Larry! We were stranded in the high desert of the Sand Wash Basin for six hours in 97� heat. AAA had a hard time finding us a tow and we were worried we d have to spend the night. They were finally able to get a hold of Larry who came to get us. Not only did he drive us into Craig to where we needed to get our car fixed but then drove us to our hotel so we didn t have to walk. I ended up forgetting a couple of things in his truck and this nice guy returned them to me the next morning at the hotel! Definitely above and beyond. Can t say enough about this great guy he had us hooked up and out of there in no time and we had a lovely conversation all the way into Craig!

Above and beyond feom start to finish. First off Joe you are our hero! We were involved in a head on collision. The EMT s took my son to the hospital before me because I had my pets. Joe said I will take you to your son. Not only did he take me to the hospital but he watched our fur babies while being treated because they were not allowed in the ambulance or hospital. Joe you will never know what your kindness in a world absentee of respect for others represents to me. In my darkest hour your empathy was a true mark of the best of all of us. Thank you so much brother.Patti equally important and helped us pick up the pieces the next day. I cant remember the gentleman in the shop that lent me the star bit and drill but you both were equally companionate and helpful when I needed it most.The family here are stellar and made a terrible situation so much better. They did it from a pure Altruistic point of view and that is of the most special of traits of human kind.Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.C and L and Xelha and Cali our fur babies!

Austin helped us twice in two days. Once helping us get our car into Steamboat springs to the O'Reilly's auto to see if we could patch the tire. Then the next day we needed to be towed into another town to have a new tire put on, and everything went very smooth, and he was an absolutely friendly driver, with good knowledge of the area too! Would absolutely recommend them!

I recently woke up to a dead battery on Buffalo Pass. After trying to jump with no luck, I called AAA, thinking I'd be waiting for hours. As soon as I hung up with AAA, Steve from Rocky Mountain was calling me, ready to get this problem solved. Steve was extremely friendly and helpful. He had a new battery ready to go and came in a tow truck, so we were ready for whatever issue. After getting my current battery to start, I was worried because I had to stop for gas, and thus turn off the vehicle, before heading back to Denver. He offered to follow me to the station and wait to make sure the battery started. Steve went above and beyond and made my frustrating morning a very positive experience. Thank you so much, Steve for your help and kindness. I would absolutely recommend Rocky Mountain Towing!!

Best customer service around! We were stranded near Walden and Larry, our driver, was fast and courteous picking us up in a blizzard. Their response time was on point and Larry was awesome. He got us to the shop for repairs safely, and was a really great guy!! I would give them ten stars.

This company is awesome! They dropped everything they had to rescue my daughter and I when we lost a complete tire and rim on HWY 131! They even gave us a ride home! If there were 250 stars available, they would have earned all of them! Thank you! Also, Dan (or driver) was awesome! A HUGE thank you to Dan!! He is a great, respectful, professional guy!!

I wish I could give 10 stars!!! Will is an awesome driver!! This guy not only unlocked my vehicle, but he stuck around and tried to help me find the keys in the vehicle after he unlocked it! That level of customer care is simply unheard of nowadays!! Thanks Will! I hope you get a pay raise!!

If i could give 0 stars I would. First girl I spoke with told me 30-40 minutes. I call back an hour later and the girl says I was given false information and it would be 1.5 hours and is incredibly condescending. I call back after 1.5 hours, the girl says she will call me back in 1 minute. i call back in 10 minutes she said she will call me back in 1 minute. story goes on and on til i cancelled and went with AAA. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTSService: Car lockouts

I was run off the road in a blizzard on River Rd. The best part was Rocky Mountain towing came in 20 minutes and got me out. The driver was so great! He was working in really bad weather, very windy and cold, and STILL he checked that I was ok, really made a difference in that day. I believe his name was Mike. Thanks so much for coming so fast, getting my car out, and most of all for taking the time to care for me and my dog. I'd recommend Rocky Mountain towing FOR SURE! Love them!

A successful business is always defined by its people. Based on the people I worked with tonight, this is a 1st class organization. Larry, Amber and I forgot the name of the other driver (sorry) all we re absolutely top notch and went above and beyond to help me. I was in a bit of a pickle with my keys locked in my car...let s just say that Ford doesn t make it easy to get back in. They stuck too it until the job was done. You all are a great example of why coming to Steamboat is great - the wonderful people. We will be back, but I hope to avoid a lock out next time!

I lost all brake function on my van and ended up stranded at the Cameron Pass Summit on Hwy 14. My girlfriend and I spent the night in the van before I was able to get a ride yesterday morning to where I could call AAA. I was given an estimate of 2 hour ETA (which is very reasonable for where we were) but Will showed up in 1.5 hours from Steamboat Springs, skillfully loaded my van, and cheerfully drove us all the way down to Fort Collins. He had a 7+ hour round trip job and was happy to do it. We had a good time getting to know each other on our trip and he even gave us some good info about the Poudre Canyon and other parts of Colorado. It was like riding with a tour guide. A+

With the stay at home situation, my 2011 Prius's battery died after sitting in the garage for a month. My insurance company recommended calling Rocky Mountain Towing and they were right on the money. Dispatcher Patty was sunny, pleasant and efficient. Larry contacted me almost within minutes and was just around the corner. He arrived with his face mask in place, explained every step of the process and got my car going. Highly recommended

Larry and Patty (Patti?) went above and beyond to help me and my family out in a tough emergency situation. The job was surely not an enjoyable one and they worked with us to get us taken care of quickly. My truck broke down late one night a few months back. They were there very quick, maybe 20 minutes from the time they got the call refered from AAA. Driver came from the other side of town after he was already off work and on his way home to tend to his sick girlfriend. Totally saved my bacon. Very friendly young man driving a well maintained rig, was very careful with my truck and got me where I needed to go. Stress free. Thanks guys.

Rocky Mountain Towing came out (twice) for our flat tire. First to change it and it was going to be 90 minutes per AAA and Matt was there in close to 15 minutes (they were closed and he hopped into the truck on Mother s Day and got to us to change the tire). And he was awesome!! Then the next day, after we got the tire fixed, he came back out, again within 15 minutes and again, was awesome and got us back on our way! Thanks to Matt and Rocky Mountain Towing! Call them in Steamboat if you need help!
