Jeremy was just great. Having trouble with my Subaru Outback battery, Jeremy tested my battery and alternator on a no charge basis. He Also shared some vital information about caring for my battery. Thanks so much, you got my vote!!!

Jamie and the front desk staff are great. Always kind when i enter the door and wish me a good day when i leave. Jamie goes the extra mile to make sure that i am taken care of and find all the parts i need. The owners Dave and Tara are awesome people.

I ended up buying the wrong windshield wipers for my car. When I went in, Jonathan was quick to assist me and find the right wipers. He then helped me put them on. Jonathan was so sweet and helpful the entire time! Such great service all around!

Everyone here is always so nice. I came in yesterday with a broken wiper blade and the service tech found a replacement part and fixed it for free-and then installed it on my car. Actually, they always do that for you if you ask. It's a well known perk and everyone really appreciates it. Great service! Thank you!!

I don t mean to sound typical, but as a female I really feel uncomfortable going into an auto parts shop. This Napa has the nicest people. They are genuinely and kindly there to help you with your car problems. They are an awesome team. And on top of that, this shop is an example of our awesome town. You walk out feeing, oh wow there are great people out there. Thank you all for your help and kindness!

Really helpful store. They not only had a not frequently in stock windshield wiper blade for my car, they helped me install both front and rear before traveling back home in some snow. Knowledgeable and super helpful store.

The girls here really helped me out, and everyone was very friendly. My sons 68 GMC farm truck had broken down and I was installing a new charging system. They got me the correct parts the first time and helped me McGiver the mounts for the regulator. Its much like the Napa stores I remember from my childhood.... Thank you all.

Had to stop in to get some paint put in aerosol cans. Quick service, friendly staff. Used the same store last year, the service was the same, always with a smile and desire to help the customer.

Dont bother. Go to car quest instead. They'll tell you they have the part but expect to wait 45 min to be told they dont have it. Went to car quest got the right part for cheaper.

Could not have been more helpful! We drive through town in a snow storm in a rental SUV that turned out to have horrible tires. They had the right size cables and helped us install them.
