They greeted with a smile, took care of my issues, even checks my Lugnuts before we drove back to Kansas. Top-notch clean place. I would definitely stop and recommend having them service your vehicle to ensure safe travels.

The labor for installing new exhaust on my son s car was very reasonable. I thought the car might need a coolant system flush, but a diagnostic test at this shop showed it did not, so all we paid for was the test. We really appreciate the honesty. My son works for Marriott in Steamboat Springs, so he says he will definitely recommend this shop to co-workers and any clients who may need their services. On time service also. Thanks to Nate and Jason.

From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and felt willingness from all team members. Nate and his team took the time to explain and explore all issues presenting with the vehicle. They offered me short term and long term solutions. Quick and cost effective solutions as well. This is by far the best experience I ve had at a shop. Would recommend and will use in future.

I had an emergency while on vacation and needed my car fixed ASAP before driving 20 hours home. They moved appointments around, ordered my part and were super flexible when I was in a bind. 10/10 recommend

Went in to get a quote to replace the clutch in my Subaru Impreza and Jason and Nate were incredibly helpful explaining what would have to be done, breaking down the time frame and price, etc. Called them back that afternoon and they took it in promising it would be ready 9 days later. However it took all of 2 days for me to wake up to a phone call saying my car was ready. Wonderful service, pricing, and timeliness: 5 stars

We received really good customer service here. Nate was in touch with us every step of the way and let us know what to expect. It is never fun to have a necessary expensive repair come up. Nate s care and communication made it a much more positive experience.

Not only are these honest folks that do great work, they quietly & humbly do amazing community support: I was fighting cancer, my husband diagnosed with dimentia, they donated a vehicle to us, together in collaboration with Napa Auto (who donated some parts) and the Steamboat Christian Center. 4 Star is 5 STAR!

Had a great experience with Nate and their service. Brought my car in on short notice after experiencing some brake vibration after coming down the final grade from the Eisenhower Tunnel. They conducted a thorough inspection of the brakes and a driving test, end result was brakes were safe, and no need at this time to do a replacement job (was mentioned that when I eventually do the replacement to replace the rotors vs machining them). Had them also do a tire rotation which was straightforward. Nate provided a thorough explanation of the brake issue. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism, wouldn't hesitate to use them for future work.So it's 8 months later and brakes are still good, had a regular service appointment with my dealer and had no issues. Just FYI.

Good work done in a timely manner by good guys. I bought new winter tires and installation. Bought same tires as I did from a different service 4 years ago.Cost this time was $231.00.more A little pricey but I will write it off to inflation.

I stopped in today with an issue and they turned me around quickly as I was leaving town and with very friendly service. I have also in the past had some pretty serious repairs and it went smoothly.

Charged me 160$ for a standard oil change. Do not go here. Should probably tell people the price of your oil change beforehand before you completely rip them off.

I have used Auto Service since I moved to Steamboat. They are professional, knowledgeable and helpful. This review COULD have been a 1 star, but the staff here fixed that before it could happen. We had a misunderstanding on some of the work to be performed on my vehicle, and when it was discovered Nate got involved and made certain all was clarified and taken care of. Customer Service in a post COVID world is an awesome thing and I know where I will be bringing my vehicles in the future. Thank you Nate and staff for making what could have been a frustrating and irritating situation and making it a positive one.

Was driving through steamboat heading to Denver. My truck started cutting out and the check engine light came on. Made it to the shop pulling my camping trailer. It was diagnosed by a very nice tech. Found the part it needed and he drove to pickup the part. A great mechanic crawled under my very muddy hot truck and installed it out in the driveway. I was back on the road in less than two hours and made it home no problem!!! I very much appreciate the professionalism of everyone at automotive service center and highly recommended them! They all went above and beyond to get us home!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Bad customer service. I m very unhappy with the store manager s response to my phone call after explaining that the undercarriage fell right back off within 6 hours after it was supposedly fixed. He did not offer to fix it again, nor offered any compensation for my friend having waited 2 hours for the minor repair, and another hour to get it fixed with a zip tie very temporarily. Spent $85 for a waste of time! Manager just said good luck. If you re looking for great customer service, go elsewhere.
