Can only give four stars at this point because the fix efficacy remains to be seen. But, Jeremy was very kind, thoughtful and considerate. Jeff was also kind and informative. Those Bongiorno boys were brought up right! Payton was her usual sweet and efficient self. I will definitely keep going there, even though I'll always call it Doc's.

I brought my Tacoma in for front brake replacementThey got it done while I waited & I was on my way.Great job & reasonable price!Don't even consider going to Four (1) Star Auto.

The team at Doc s was great. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and then custom crafted a solution that was better than I expected. Highly recommended for all your automotive need!

I took my vehicle to another shop in town and got an estimate done. The estimate had a total front end suspension replacement it was going to be over $6,000. Took my vehicle to 1off performance for another estimate and they found that just the struts and a front wheel alignment needed to be done. The difference between the first shop and 1off performance was over $4,000 with new tires. Do yourself a favor if you don't want to get ripped off just take your vehicle to 1off performance the first time.

VERY good service! Expert knowledge of an engine alert problem. The alert was reset and we were advised to have the underlying problem checked by a Lexus dealership at some point. I ll use use them again!!Jack M

The customer service here was great. They did a suspension leveling kit for me and I originally didn t have everything that I needed for it, they recommended me to get another part that would save me ware and tear on my truck in the long run. The overall experience was great and very simple for me. Everyone I worked with there was absolutely great.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto tire replacement

Great communication, great work done on my wheel bearings. I would recommend them to very one!Expensive shop time, but you get what you pay for (Quality work). After all this is Steamboat and very thing is expensive.

Ive been going to Doc s for about 6 years now and when they were just Doc s this place was great, they were honest and up front and didn t rip you off, ever since they became one off they only know how to rip you off, they quoted me 10 hours of work for a job that should take less then 5, they charged be about $300 for them to do a tire rotation and basically nothing else. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere because they will take advantage of you and take your money.

Friendly and prompt service.I was surprised at the notification of the 3% surcharge on CC, but I understand that will be discontinued.I saw a notice that vehicles before 2000 would no longer be serviced, but Jason advised, not to worry since I had been such a long time customer.I really appreciated the ongoing digital contact information, though some of the messaging was confusing.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Always pretty busy, quality work at the Steamboat price. Can be tricky to get all the information you need and want as there are so many people running around there. Got our snow tires changed out and then a week later found out the hard way our brake pads were down to 20% usage, something 1-off could have let us know before we had it towed there from Milner only to be told there was no opening for 2 weeks. Not the first time we've had something slip through the cracks or overlooked.

This is not the same Doc s Auto since the change of ownership. I am shocked at the treatment we received. Long story short, asked for diagnosis for electric issue, was provided with a $2,100 quote not including parts and only then could we (Docs) try to diagnose customers complaints , was told to discuss proposal with owner before Friday, was then threatened to be charged $50/day if I didn t move my inoperable vehicle by Thursday.Brought 2 college kids with basic tools and showed up in Docs parking lot to see if we could avoid a tow truck and the $50 fee. Within 30 minutes they diagnosed and fixed the issue. Asked to speak with the owner was told by Jen he would not be speaking to people today. Ironically, those 2 young men happened to be interested in helping Doc s fill their mechanic shortage. Having seen the way the customer was treated, they will look elsewhere.In fairness Jason is a reputable mechanic facing a shortage of help and the $50/day charge was likely due to miscommunication between employees. I would have preferred to have a discussion with him rather than resorting to a negative review but was denied that opportunity. I do wish the company the best despite our disappointing experience.

The minute my didn t turn over, I knew that I needed to call Docs. Brandon put a transmission in my older Subaru. Their team was fast and efficient. Now, my WRX needs a new engine and they assured me that they would get right on finding a new engine as soon as they found out what was up. I am so appreciative of this shop. Made an appointment with Doc s because of a problem with clock spring in my Audi, causing the front airbags, horn, and other steering wheel functions to not work. Given the severity of safety features impacted by the clock spring, I wanted to take care of this issue as soon as possible. When I shared my problem when making an appointment, I was never told that Doc s was not able to do this repair in an Audi. Although I understand many shops do their own diagnosis, I would have expected this business to be upfront about not being able to service this issue in my car. (Other Steamboat auto repair shops were upfront). After waiting a month for an appointment, I was told what I already knew about my car, and that they could not service the repair. Because of this wasted month, I now can no longer get in for an appointment at a repair shop in Colorado to have this fixed before an across the country road trip. Before scheduling an appointment with Doc s make sure you confirm that they are able to service your car.

I have about a 10 year experience with Docs auto clinic. I have enjoyed being able to walk in throw my keys to them in total faith and have my car running perfectly when I pick it up.They changed ownership last year and for a little while there I felt like I didn t have that faith.I absolutely have that faith now. I am back to walking in and giving Peyton the keys, and feeling perfectly confident that my car will be in excellent shape when I get her back.I enjoy the ability to speak to Jeremy on the terms of what s going on in my car and what I need to do to keep my car running, and what they re going to do for my car.Jason runs a tight ship, and I could not recommend docs enough!Five stars I absolutely love Doc s auto clinic! These guys are all around great. The owner really cares about the customer. I had my truck cold starting and they found a small issue and fixed it. Process was fast and their mechanics are knowledge. Recommend for sure.
