Our experience was outstanding! Our salesperson Logan Garza was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating and he gave us a great price on an amazing Bronco Sport. The finance and service team was excellent as well. We will definitely purchase from Summit Ford again Extremely pleased with our vehicle!

Horrible customer service from this place, my mom just got her brand new Ford Edge back after a few months it was here in service, vehicle was delivered dirty with oil marks all over the interior and to top it off they crashed it and tried giving her an estimate for how much it was going to cost for her to fix it, they ended up fixing it because the vehicle was obviously not dropped off crashed like they tried saying. She obviously needed a vehicle meanwhile and had to get a rental, now Summit Ford and Ford are saying they can t reimburse her money because it was not a Ford that was rented. It s a brand new vehicle with less than 14k miles and she was never told it needed to be a Ford in order for her to get reimbursed for her money.

As always Scott did an outstanding job for me. He is knowledgeable, efficient and very personable. He makes the whole ordeal of buying a car more pleasant than it otherwise would be. Scott is definitely a huge asset for Summit Ford! He's absolutely got my business and I wouldn't want to work with anyone else.

Sales staff was very nice and accommodating. We reached an equitable agreement between my trade-in and the new vehicle that worked out great!

We are very happy that we bought our new Bronco Sport at Summit Ford! Our salesman Logan is friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions easily. Henry and David are also great to work with. At no point were we pressured to commit to anything. If you live in the mountains there is no need to go to Denver this was one of the best car buying experiences we have had.

I called to reschedule my appointment 3 hours before closing, I left a call back number with the receptionist and never received any call that day. 2 hours after opening the following day still no call back. When I myself reached out another time and explained I wished to reschedule my upcoming Monday appointment the lady on the phone said I was booked for the 10 days into the future. Poor attention to detail as that date was NEVER talked about but rather to receive the service ASAP. When I went to pick up the vehicle it took 4-5 mins of shuffing through a box of keys to locate mine instead of neatly organized keys from services performed during that day. After leaving the out the door I then received a call saying she wanted me to return in to pay for the labor time associated with my services. Numerous times, in person, I told her that this vehicle and service will be billed to my companies account, which I called out the name. After the final time of repeating myself she then connected my service to the account. Service techs did a great job but the advisor I dealt with gets an almost lowest rating.

Staff was friendly and kind. Much better service and personalized care then the big dealership down in Denver, that's for sure. I'll make the extra drive to Summit every time now.

Staff was courteous and nice. Shuttle ride was a bonus. That said: I have typically bought my tires here for multiple vehicles over the last decade. Even purchased pre owned Toyota here. The last two times I ve tried to get an alignment after a tire purchase, they seem to find issues with the front end (2 different vehicles) that prevented them from performing the alignment.Normally I wouldn t take issue with this, but my most recent experience, they found an issue with an axle shaft I just had replaced less than 5 months ago, and claimed I need new front brake pads and rotors. (Just replaced my rear rotors two months ago and told my mechanic to change all four. As an honest mechanic he declined changing the fronts because he said there was plenty of life left.)Not calling these people dishonest, but I would recommend getting a second opinion on any parts they recommend needing replacement. I have a personal relationship with my mechanic so I know I can trust him. I m seeing red flags here from a dealership I used to trust with all my tire purchases. I will now sadly probably travel to Denver in the future.

Scott was a breeze to work with when I ordered a custom Ford Transit Trail. No pressure and easy work with! I have also loved servicing my current Transit at Summit Ford - Jaxson has always done a good job scheduling my regular maintenance and also addressing the few minor warranty items that have cropped up. Glad to have a capable and complete dealership team here in the mountains.

We looked on Ford's Blue Advantage site for a particular kind of used car, and found one with the right options at Summit Ford. We live in Fort Collins, 133 miles away, and didn't want to have to drive all that way, in addition to the typical hours-long buying process. We spoke to Logan Garza, who was able to answer our questions, get us a reasonable quote on our trade-in, arrange the purchase, have the car delivered to our home, sign the paperwork, and get our trade-in picked up. Everything went smoothly.

The service employee, Nate made sure everything was done and completed as stated. Our windshield got cracked while being serviced on a recall. Windshield was replaced at no charge and for the inconvenience the oil change was complimentary. Thanks!

Broke down on I70 and had my car towed to another mechanic in silverthorne. Unfortunately things weren t corrected at the other mechanic after being told they were and I was forced to crawl my car over to Summit Ford leaving my keys in the drop box. Bill gave me a call the following day and we worked out everything that had happened. Within just a few days everything was fixed and I was able to come pick up my car. Everything was running great again and I immediately drove it 3 hours back home down I70.

Loved working with Logan at Summit Ford in Silverton, Co. he was so helpful, very quick responses, easy to communicate with. Promptly found answers to our questions and helped us get i to our new car in the smoothest way possible. By far the best salesman I have worked with! He was kind, respectful and knew about the vehicle inside and out. I do a lot of research myself before I buy a vehicle and often have more knowledge than most of the salesmen I ve worked with. But Logan knew this Ford Transit van and respected me as a fellow enthusiast. Very happy with our new AWD Ford Transit Van and with the thourough service we received!Per Logan s suggestion we flew to Colorado. We were picked up from the airport and driven to the dealership to drive our new vehicle home to Utah. Very very awesome experience. I highly recommend working with Logan at Silverton Ford. Thank you!

My Expedition developed a misfire on our way to Breckinridge. Clay was able to get us in and repaired so we could drive home at the end of the week. Even provided us a shuttle ride to drop off and pick up our vehicle from Breckinridge. Thanks for the great service!

When I got there, I made sure to let them know how disappointed I was with Glenwood Springs Ford. And now, just as disappointed in. Silverthorne. I guess it makes sense since they have the same owner.I should have had full service since I purchased a prepaid premium plan. Anyway, Summit Silverthorne was supposed to do an oil change, rotate the tires, check all fluids, top off including def whatever was due for the mileage. When I got the truck back they said that everything had been done-fluids were good and tires are at 50%. The truck is 2022 with roughly 24600 miles F250 lariat diesel , as we all know that would be a new record to hit close to 50k with stock tires. I went to the truck (knowing the Def low alarm had been going off before we got there) well, it was still going off. When I said something the service writer the mechanic went out to check. Needless to say, he had to make 2 trips to fill the tank because IT WAS NOT OK. When we asked again about the tires, the receptionist asked what would make me ask that, I said I did not see any prints in the dirty rims/ hub caps on the wheels, tires. She said the mechanic changed his gloves all the time and I would not see them. Seriously?!?! Wouldn t marks be left even with gloves on to the hub caps and rims? Truck was dirty just drove over from Avon with melting snow/ slush on road. I also noted the tire pressure on tires before I dropped it off as per truck computer. Rear 70 psi each front 67left 69 right. That did not change or move location after service. Will try another dealership next time not owned by the same owner. Sad, bought truck from Glenwood Springs Ford. I am questioning if I will ever purchase another Ford.

Summit Ford guided me to a car that is perfect for me! Everyone I encountered was helpful and patient, as I am by no means a car expert. I felt supported and informed in my decision to purchase a vehicle. I would especially like to thank Mila, Henry, Jack, and Walker for their expertise.

Appointment had to be made almost one month out. I told The lady while making the appointment that rear wiper was broken, motor seized up, and needed to be completely replaced. She insisted that in a diagnostic needed to be done. diagnostic cost $300 to be told exactly what I told her. Estimate for the repair came in at over $670. For a rear wiper blade assembly. Complete highway robbery. It is unbelievable that a rear wiper blade assembly would cost over $1000 to be replaced. Appointment was originally made for a recall issue that was taken care of and with the appointment taking so long to get, thought I would get the wiper blade done. Unfortunately I can t afford $1000 for a wiper blade. For me it is no wonder that it is hard to take your vehicle to a dealership. I will make do with a squeegee and washer fluid

Brought my car (still under warranty) in because the remote start stopped working and they said that it was too hard for them to check if it was the battery.Edit: I already left the car with you for an entire day to have this looked at. I was called and told it was ready, and when I went to pick it up, two different people in your service department said they can't check the battery like I asked because it's too difficult to test the batteries in Transits. Suggested I take it to another dealer. SMH

Just got our new ride home, and just want to say, Thank You! We had a fantastic experience and greatly appreciate the entire team we worked with today to purchase our Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro. Our sales and finance professionals, Max, Logan, Henry, David and Scott were all highly professional, yet friendly and chill. We would highly recommend buying your next vehicle at Summit Ford in Silverton. Worth the drive from anywhere in CO.

Jaxon and the rest of the team are so great. Jaxon helped make sure I got my oil changed with my tough-to-work-with work schedule, kept me in the loop during the whole process, and just seems to be the nicest guy. Thanks!

I had a 10am appointment. The service manager SCOTT told me it would be a couple hours for a simple tire swap and balance, 4 hours went by, I called he said SCOTT then told me he d go check and call me back in 5-10 minutes, an HOUR went by I tried calling him and he never called me back. I then was transferred to another service agent named Jackson who was very helpful and far more friendly than Scott. I later found out Scott went to lunch and totally disregarded that I had to be to work that night and needed my car. I finally went back to the dealership where I was quoted 1100$ because apparently they found everything wrong with my car (that wasn t actually wrong with it) and decided to try and scam me into buying 4 new rims, lug nuts and brakes they then told me they sheared off 3 of my lug nuts and didn t have spares and I wouldn t be a getting my car back for at least 3 DAYS which supposed to be a 2 hours tire swap. Absolute scam artists. Then at the last minute they miraculously found some spare lug nuts to put on my car(how nice of them). Long story short I m now driving around with random lug nuts that my hub cap doesn t fit over so I only have 3 hub caps on my car. Absolute NIGHTMARE. Thank god for Jackson giving me some type of decent service but SCOTT should be FIRED. I found out SCOTT makes commission off parts so it s in his best interest to try and scam you into thinking your car is totally broken. Summit Ford=SCAM. Now driving my car with it looking worse than when I brought it in. How is this possible
