On March 12, I scheduled my appt to have my truck estimated. at 10:00 on March 29th.Running late, I called 8 min after the appt time to let them know I was running late. The girl at the desk said ok, & thanked me letting her know.When I arrived 7 minutes later, the same girl said they couldn t get me in and needed to reschedule!I asked why she didn t tell me on the phone, we are busy I waited 17 days for an estimate, and they couldn t wait 15 minutes.Boooooo!!!!!!!Q:Just to make clear,You blew me off,You have all my info,and you want me to contact you?Will do, amigo.Just a wait 15 min.

Wonderful job! The car looks as if nothing happened. Josh was very communicative throughout the repair time. Very pleased with the work, feel good about choosing Caliber Collision.

These people are absolutecrooks and totally shady. They have had my car for 3 weeks now and are refusing to do the work, Saying that they feel my car is a total loss to the insurance company, this opinion is not theirs to decide. My claims adjuster has told them several times now that it's not a loss , but they keep changing the quote and adding more money to the repairs. Refusing to talk with me in person, and 0 return calls for updates... Might have to involve the authorities to get my car back in the same condition that I dropped it off in , so I can take it to an honest body shop . BTW I drove the car for a month and a half after the accident before I could get an appointment, the only damage was a broken radiator support air conditioner drier canister ,and the front bumper ., once again not a total loss did the research myself on the parts, it's less than $500 and now the quote is over $6000 for repairs Avoid these people at all cost... Lazy and crooked people ... Could've done all the repairs myself in less time .

Caliber Collision in Silverthorne is awesome. Fearing the driver door on my truck was about to fall off, I contacted them to see if they could take a look and give me an estimate. Even though they were fully booked out, Sarah was able to squeeze me in to have their tech take a look and provide an estimate. Josh took a look at the door and thought it might not need a major fix. He went to the back and returned with Tyler, who expertly and efficiently adjusted the hinge mechanism on the door. I was back on the road in minutes feeling confident with the solidness of the door. Thanks to all for your assistance. I will definitely recommend Caliber Collision to my friends and would use them for any future auto body repairs.

Caliber Collision Silverthorne, Co location is the best! They completed repairs on my 2022 Silverado. They went above and beyond. Josh was great and kept me informed every step of the way. They did a fantastic job!

Anyone can navigate an easy job. But, the pros at this shop were able to navigate a job that had not only the dreaded insurance company garbage (Don't worry Flo, I'm not going to name names) but also unforseen problems. Matters were handled with finesse and grace by not only Chloe and Josh, but with Sarah up front who keeps a fully legit candy jar stashed. I almost can't wait for my next car accident, just to have the pleasure of dealing with these all-stars again.Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Our experience was fantastic. New 2023 Ford Bronco Sport edition, we hit a deer directly on the hood; had damage to grill, ac, radiator ~ luckly no damage to quarter panels or hood. Caliber was USAA preferred company in the mountains. Joshua (Susi) Service Advisor and Sara (front office) couldn't have been more helpful. They did not sugar coat any completion dates. It was speculated to be a 4 to 6 week job and it came in right at ~ 6weeks + 1 day. The repairs / restoration were incredible, the car looks brand new. I will definitely use & refer this company again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Absolutely terrible. They moved our scheduled appointment back a month for lack of staffing putting them behind schedule which is completely bogus they would have know they were a month behind schedule when they scheduled our appointment.They admittedly made multiple errors and dragged their feet (their words, not mine), gave us 3 confirmed pickup dates to which my wife and I completely shifted our busy schedules around to go pick up the car. (mind you this place is 35 minutes from where I live)Each of those dates they pushed back, and pushed back and pushed back. Excuse, after excuse, after excuse.So, what did they do to make it right? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. No effort, in fact I got attitude from Josh during our last phone call like somehow I was in the wrong. I was patient and respectful on the phone until the last phone call when I had had enough of getting pushed over and stomped on.Terrible customer service, incompetent workers Bring your money to a local shop and not a franchise. Anywhere but Caliber. Absolutely terrible.

I waited over two weeks for my appointment for them to tell me that they are not aluminum certified and cannot fix my truck. They new what kind of truck it was. I cannot get this time back

I was very pleased and satisfied Josh handled the whole account everything was on time that the work was unbelievable everything was back in place I will always recommend caliber collision. They took 2 months to get vehicle back to me. Got an update 7 times with a new date during the vehicular would be finished. Very unprofessional in how they work with the insurance company. I would highly recommend looking at other places.

The team at Caliber Collision in Silverthorne went completely above and beyond along every step of the process. I needed a door replacement on my vehicle, it is an older vehicle and they had trouble locating the part that I needed.This could have very easily been a bad situation to be in, however, Josh communicated with me through every step of the process and very professionally answered every question that came up. I was never at one point unsure of the timing of the process, or what needed to happen next; top notch communication.Apparently a regional manager from a different area found the part needed in a scrap yard and drove up from the front range early in the morning to personally deliver the part so that they could meet the deadline. Over the top service from Josh and the rest of the team at the Silverthorne Caliber Collision. Great experience. Took van in for estimate on sliding door repairs. Josh found that one of the doors was not having the problem I though it was. I offered to pay for the work he did and he wouldn't charge me since there was really nothing wrong with the door.Great business ethics, friendly and skilled. Great experience working with the folks here. Had a very small job that they were more than happy to help with. While I unfortunately had to repeatedly cancel my appointment with them, they were more than understanding and seemed truly appreciative of my business. The kicker is that when all was said and done, they completed my job for NO CHARGE! Kudos to shop manager Brit for her focus on customer service. Should I ever need repairs, Caliber will be my first stop.

The company was designated by my auto insurance for accident repairs. Let me start by saying the external appearance of the work was fantastic and the damage almost 100% unnoticeable. I provided 2 stars for the external appearance of the work.That said... upon further inspection (I did my own oil changes on the vehicle) the front undershield was damaged and never replaced nor attached properly (zip-ties!!). The front bumper clips which attached the edges of the bumper were also not properly replaced, but rather rigged to work as a fix and eventually failed. This was negative two 2 stars for me. After all, they are a repair business. Repairs should be complete . Also, this repair was covered by my insurance, so I m a little confused why they didn t replace every single damaged part. Regardless, I didn t catch it until it was too late and wasn t ready to go through the entire experience all over again to have it fixed properly. (That s on me.)The last minor negative was the general mood of the office. It just never felt like a welcome place to be. I related this to a doctor with poor bedside manner... I d been through enough to even have to be using repair services, the last thing needed is a blah environment to wait to talk to someone about how long, how much, etc.If you ve read my entire review. I honestly believe that this business could easily be a consistent 4 star service given the exterior quality of the work. I may simply have had a poor experience. Your call. I m not saying I won t use the business in the future, but if I do... I will make certain to do a VERY VERY thorough inspection before I leave the lot...I will update my review after my next experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Despite all the reviews, I took my car here to get three separate claims done at once, and was very pleased with the service I received. The jobs were estimated to take over a week and they had all repairs done within four days. Paint was matched perfect and car looked just as it did when purchased. I received multiple calls throughout the repair process keeping me updated on the status of the car. Overall great customer service and great experience!
