Drew & Larry both went above and beyond for our family. We had a rental car that the wiper failed and they were more than willing to help out and get the wipers fixed and didn t ask for anything in return. A great business and good people we are willing to help people. We need more people like them in the world

We broke down on the highway on our way to Grand junction from Denver in the fast lane on a wintery road! Yikes! We got towed to silverthorn and specifically autozone thinking we could fix it (clutch spring) ourselves. The gal offered the tools they had for loan and we bought a wrench besides. I was able to use the bathroom (which was clean)We asked if it would be a problem to leave the car overnight until we could get towed back to Denver (What a nightmare!)The staff said "No problem" and there wasn't!It was a great experience in a bad situation!Thank you auto zone employees that night!

Carlos saved me and my friend. We had a bit of an overheating issue on the way up from Boulder, and he taught us how to pop the hood (we truly didn't know anything), top the coolant, and do windshield fluid. Absolute legend and great establishment!

Woke up to a dead battery in Breckenridge. I got it jumped and made my way here to check the health of the battery. Everything looked good and the staff were super friendly as they checked everything out. Gave a lot of good advice about driving in winter conditions to someone from out of state.

Super nice staff! Quick diagnosis with the code finder. We did have to do it ourselves but contrary to other reviews, I think auto parts stores in colder locations typically don t have employees outside helping customers w repairs/service. Also plugging the thing in was incredibly easy so idk why anyone would be mad about that

Fantastic service from Drew! Drew was extremely help when I came in to discuss transmission issues on my BMW X3. He was professional, listened to my concerns and helped tremendously when discussing my approach to resolving my issue. Great employee!

My windshield wiper arm (that you can only get at dealerships) busted during a snowstorm on MLK weekend. Drew at AutoZone spent over an hour in the freezing cold to create a solution so that I could safely get home to Denver. This man needs a raise!!! He went above and beyond what anyone else was willing to do.

Best help and service ever. My car broke down in the mountains and I stopped at the autozone to get parts to fix it. Multiple people helped me fix the problem with my car and were very kind. Best service ever!!

Literally the worst AutoZone I ve been into to date. I was here over the summer to have a check engine light looked at and was appalled that the associate handed me the scanner for me to do it myself. At one point, I had my 2 year old with me and was told to do this, which having to do this in a busy parking lot is hard to do in and of itself. Another time, I was handed the scanner and then had to wait an additional 10-15 mins since other customers had gone in front of me since I was outside scanning my car. I m from TX, lived in CA, LA, and TN, and have travelled all over the states and have NEVER been asked to do this service myself. Fast forward to now, my family has moved here and I am in need of another scan and literally had to make the associate scan my car for me in order to not lose my place in line. He wanted me to do it myself since he was the only person in there but he clearly wasn t busy since he was on his phone when I waked in. (Spoiler alert: he wasn t the only associate working). I had to verbally tell him that this was the only AutoZone location that didn t help its customers with this service he chuckled. All other times I ve been in it takes forever for you to get service or get checked out or have someone ask you if you ve been helped. This place is a joke. I ve been in customer service nearly all my working career and have never experienced such a lack in one s job as this place. I would go across the street to AA but that place isn t much better. It d be great if a higher-up would take some initiative and change things around for this location because it surely is lacking. AutoZone I already have your customer service email from the other low star reviews. Give me a name and title so I know who to address my concerns to.

I never had such good customer experience from any auto parts store until I met Drew. He had helped me take my tire off an even explained my break system and helped me get back on the road. Can't say I've been helped any better. Thank you

The representative in the phone was knowledge and helpful. When the part number I was after did not quite match up with the one they had in stock, she directed me to call dorman's and verify compatibility.I was after a power steering vacuum control valve.

We stopped in here to pick up some wheel bearing assemblies for our 2015 JKU. My husband went to the counter and asked the young gentleman if he could check and see if they had any in stock and the guy rudely stated and pointed to aisle 4 and stated that they were on aisle 4 and went to walk away. My husband stated to him, no they are not, those will not be on an aisle can you look please and see if they are in stock, again the gentleman stated they were on aisle 4 and this time rolled his eyes and started to walk away again. My husband again stated NO sir they are not. Such poor customer service. Then when we went to leave he started talking about us in Spanish, like no one else in world can understand Spanish smh. All he cared about was going back to his cell phone.

We were on vacation and our car battery died. We called this store to inquire of a delivery service, of a new battery, since we only have one vehicle. Instead of politely telling us they do not provide that service (which is understandable), the attendant told my husband, "nope, and good luck", then immediately hung up the phone. Customer service isn't something that should be taken lightly and it's sad that this experience is causing us to take our auto needs elsewhere.

WOW! I just had the best experience here at AutoZone! Shayla (I hope I m spelling her name correctly) was amazing! I was super nervous and intimidated to go in because my husbands truck battery died and I know nothing about cars but he needed me to go grab him a battery! Shayla was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She immediately made me feel comfortable and was just so pleasant to talk to. I really, really, appreciate that she made my experience so positive because a lot of times, especially as a woman, going into businesses like this they ll take advantage of you or make you feel stupid. I will definitely be coming back!

Came in to get new wiper blades. Got what I needed no problem. They always offer to change them out but this time they also showed me how to do it. Something as simple as taking the time to be nice and helpful goes a long way. I will be back again if I ever need anything for my vehicles. Thank you for all the help.

Great staff team here! A truck had some loose rocks on its' bed and one of them cracked my windshield. The guy working helped me grab the right product and reassured me it would be a simple fix. Thanks!

Decent selection. Always tough to get service. Signs say they ll replace your windshield wipers with purchase but employees are always really put off when you ask. They are usually too busy to help out. I recommend the shop across the street.

My battery died while here skiing and I got a jump and came to AutoZone. The gentleman that helped me was superb! He helped me find the right battery and changed it right there in the parking lot in subzero temperatures. He was incredible and everyone there was so helpful.

My car battery was dying and I needed help. I called this autozone and i can t remember who helped me on the phone, but he was very friendly helpful. They had my battery in stock and were able to set it aside for me. I came in and Morgan helped me further he gave me advice on anti corrosion material and then swapped my batteries for me! From when I first called to when I left the store was less than an hour! Excellent location, friendly staff, and I will always recommend!

Waited for 25 min for anyone of the 3 employees in order to get a very basic part that wasn t on the retail side of the store, finally got the chance to speak to someone and he just turned around and left. I walked across the street and was out with my parts in less than five minutes.

Super helpful when our car wouldn't start. Didn't charge us for the diagnostics and pinpointed the issue to a faulty alternator. Strongly recommend.
