Justin really helped us out on a Friday! He got our part installed and back on the road within an hour. Justin and the rest of the staff were really great.

Justin Herman is an angel. My husband and I limped our car into his shop. Justin immediately figured out what the problem was and had us back on the road in half an hour without breaking our bank.

Thursday afternoon july 8th 2021 me and my two daughters ( 7 and 8) came over Monarch pass in my old motorhome! Trying to get to Lake City! Something went wrong and I lost my trani and coasted into the closest place a rundown qanset shop in Sargents Co. No phone service just me a dog and two little girls! We walked next door to The Tomichi Trading Post (amazing) called my hubby I live 6 hours away in Wyoming! I was upset crying and whatnot we walk out of the Trading Post to this angry guy in a can am SxS spraying my camper and brand new Polaris RZR with gravel . He then sent his friend over to tell me that the owner doesn't like people camping on his property! . Trust me I was not camping I had my hood up my slide-out out so my kids could have room and my window shade up to keep it from getting so hot without running my generator! And I was right off the highway not in the middle of his parking lot.I want to thank this guy who showed me and my daughters what this world is really like!!! Thanks for all your help understanding and compassion! It's no wonder not one person from Buena Vista too Sargents to Gunnison told me to call you!!! Bravo buddy keep up the good business skills!!!

My water pump went out on Saturday just as we came over monarch pass. Dotty's towed my truck and utv trailer to their shop and was able to get the part, then install the new water pump and belt within hours to get me and my family back on the road to enjoy our vacation. To be able to pull this off on a holiday weekend and save our vacation was amazing. Plus the cost was more than fair. Thank you Dotty's. You guys ROCK.

Had an idler pulley freeze and destroy my serpentine belt in my wife's Jeep go about a mile out of Pitkin. I requested AAA take me to Dotty's on my dad's recommendation, and they were on it! We love in Salida and had a ride, so we told them we would come back. Done the next day at a great price. Bonus: the hell that next door makes burgers with Scanga meat!

10 years ago as a rookie truck driver I went on a forestry road thinking it would lead me to a another highway but it lead me 1500 feet high atop a mountain don t ask me how I got up there without falling to my death but you can ask me how these gentlemen guided me through to the top of said mountain with snow blows and guided me about 2-3 miles back down the mountain before a blizzard hit that night I don t know if any of you guys still working there remembers that day, but I m still driving because of you guys and I m a lot more cautious of my navigation Thanks for rescuing me, and my future as a professional driver!!!!
