Nice people. They helped me navigate my insurance claim. They finished the job sooner than they said they would. The work was great my car was cleaned inside and out when it was returned. Great experience would recommend them

Gunderman Auto Body provided excellent service! A vehicle cut me off and crushed the front end of my Civic. Gunderman fixed it up and now it looks brand new. They also thoroughly cleaned my interior dash, a lovely surprise!

This review is long over due. I hit an elk December of last year. Worried about having to argue with insurance or with any mechanics, I was surprised to meet a family of good folks that were there to help. Once all the back ordered parts and pieces came in, the truck was put together in no time. They were always happy to pickup my calls and answer any questions. They even took a look at my front quarter panel after I had picked up the truck with no gripes. If I ever have the misfortunate luck of hitting any wildlife in Colorado again, will be giving Gunderman Auto another call. Thank you!

Gunderman has been fantastic advocating for me when the insurance company (of the person who hit me) was not being cooperative. Brenda knows her stuff -- both cars and insurance companies! And Brock was so helpful and remained so calm and polite when the adjustor was overlooking or disagreeing about items that needed repair. I am a car girl, and I have been so impressed with everyone at Gunderman. I couldn't have been in more capable hands. Such a relief to find a team that really knows what they're doing and are great people as a bonus.

Just bought and a brand new Denali and within 60 days we found a deer with it. Gunderman Was extremely pleasant to do business with. Very nice and explained what needed to be done very well. They exceeded my expectations for return time of our vehicle and worked very quickly with our insurance. When we picked it up, we were very pleasantly surprised to see that they had cleaned it up and it was immaculate. My wife s comment was it s like nothing ever happened . Great job!!! The truth is, I hope to never see them again, but if a time comes that I need body work, I won t go anywhere else.

Here, at this company, is without a doubt, the best experience I've ever had with a body shop. I'm no spring chicken and I've had, unfortunately, more than a few experiences with body repair shops. Here in a small town in Colorado, is the most professional, caring group of auto body experts I've ever met. I can't think of anything better to say. I'm glad a friend turned me on to them.

Great people. Great facility. Great service. Most honest and respectable repair shop I have ever been to!EDIT: the repair they did on my wheel bearing lasted 5000 miles and then i had to go replace it again. the other auto body shop thought whoever did the original repair had no idea what they are doing and charged me way too much.

Brought my car here last summer after 'the' hail storm in Colorado Springs. My car looked show room beautiful when I went to pick it up. I was so happy with the results, when my daughter was in an accident in Denver, we brought her car the 3 hour drive to have it done right.

Hit a deer. Repairs were to the front of the vehicle. They were kind enough to fit me in much more quickly than Clyde's. Six months or so after the repair, took it back because there were gaps or spaces getting larger. Wanted things tightened up. They found a bolt that had fallen out that was probably responsible for the noises I was hearing, but the owner told me the work was tight and the gaps (under headlight, etc.) were a shadow. He even said he thinks the gap under my headlight, which I can put my finger in, is in my mind. He went on about how when something happens to our car, it gets our minds working and imagining things that are not there. Could tell he did not put much time into my concerns, just brushed it off as if I were hallucinating. Do not think he meant to be rude, but it was embarrassing to experience.

Only got an estimate today. Out-of-the-way place but navigation got me there. A county road number is different but very close at that point. Very good first impression of owners.
