$1800+ for ujoint put on the wrong shaft and 2 sloppy carrier bearing, 1 failed 1300 miles later.Blocked our truck in when we questioned the bill. Finally knocked $300 off and called it a discount :)Call anyone else if you can ! Mechanic was nice, but still messed upOh and expect to pay 133% for parts, not in their contractEdit: your reply shows your ignorance. I'm the owner, I was there. I dealt with your incompetence. I never declined any repair. The mechanic never offered a yoke, once again terrible service. Just stated "he couldn't install it"So we did, like we fixed your ujoint screw up.Once again, FIND any other company!

They fixed the coolant water in my truck. Took 11 hours to insert a small pipe, and after driving 12 miles the coolant water leaked again from the same new pipe. They have no knowledge about truck repair. And their truck repair mechanic Casey has such arrogance that I have never seen him have the manners to speak. and took $1519 from meBut fix it because I stuck on the road @ night time after 12 miles again

Ripoff. Drivers look for other options. We had this shop replace clamp on turbo hose (fyi 5min of work) and they charged us $1000.I understand 2 hour minimum, I understand 2 hours round trip, but this shouldn t be $1000.You can make $600 and have happy customer but no it s better to rip some off so that way you don t get called from that customer. This is big shame and disappointment.

I needed a fuel hose replacement. I came in the shop itself but they charged me far more expensive than TA or LOVE S roadside assistance ($359 per hour for in-shop labor while LOVES charges $139 for roadside assistance. It s in COLORADO, they responded that it s normal here, but you guys can check yourself like me) even I was IN their shop I was charged RUN FEE for delivering the parts I needed (and another big problem is they don t have any parts except tires, fuses and several basic stuff that can be found in any travel center stop). My parts where $92 and they gave me $620 bill and seven hours of waiting time with mechanic present and no other customer except me in the shop, during daytime working hours. Btw 620 was their Generosity as they wanted to charge me $720 in the beginning.Be ready for regrets, sky high prices and long long wait time if you want to choose their serviceService: General repairs

We called for road service in Colorado. Our truck shut because our fuel filter clogged up. We spoke with someone and gave them all the details. They said technician will call you back shortly. No one called us back for 3 hours. We found someone else who showed up in 1 hour.

Called them and talked with Justin (or Dustin, sorry I can't remember), set up service for 7AM in Brush CO , after waiting more than 4 hours he called back and informed they are not able to help. I understand mechanic can not help everyone in the route but I do not understand why would they have to wait 4 hours to tell costumer that they can not help, called them first time and got really bad experience, i would not recommend to work with them which is not reliable and will not do promised job

It s my opinion that this road service makes their money on road service call s. Not work. My truck broke down after getting some bad fuel. I called these guys. I explained to the dispatcher what was going on. I gave him my engine model and information. I also told him that I needed the tech to replace the filters. At least the fuel filter and the water separator. The dispatcher said okay and that the tech would have the filters. The tech got out. He had no filters. So he couldn t take my fuel/water separator off and at least change it. He took off my fuel filter and put anti gel in it. Put it back on. My truck started but again wouldn t stay running. He says he needed to replace the fuel water separator. But unfortunately he didn t have any filters with him. (Sorry) He gave me a bill for over $500. And pretty much took off to the next road call. Thanks for the fine service!

Gary with Axle Surgeons of Denver recommended this shop to tear down my RGN trailer wheel / hub so that he could come out and replace the "Spindle" for me. He prepared me in advance for the costs and told me Safe Assits costs would be separate. He also said that he and Safe Assits manager "Dustin" were honest businesses and that they BOTH would only perform work that I actually needed. I explained to them that I just paid another shop 3 days earlier $1,500 to fix this issue but that they said I needed a new spindle and the cost they quoted me was $7,000 and up to a week down time. So if I didn't get the spindle they wouldn't warranty their work. I didn't have them do it and the new wheel seal they installed started leaking within 200 mies. Dustin explained everything to me up front and after tearing everything down informed me that my spindle was not trashed ... and he then sent Gary pictures and measurements and after they discussed everything said my spindle replacement wasn't needed and Dustin could handle everything at the shop. Safe Assit and Dustin took GREAT care of me and I'm beyond THANKFUL. I would highly recommend this shop to EVERYONE!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs, Brakes

the so-called tech named Dustin would rather go on a service call then finish my truck up when I had already sat here a whole day I was late on a delivery and extra day because of this guy and he's very unprofessional and I told his boss about it and then they got mad and they took the parts off so I called slick spot over in fort Morgan which is much more friendlier and very much more professional than this shop was they got me on the road shortlyService: General repairs
