We are a young couple from the Sandhills of Nebraska, where honesty, good morals, and high quality products are all normal and expected. Knowing a lovely, genuine couple from Brush and trusting their opinion of Brush as a wonderful small town and myself having gone to college in Fort Morgan, we expected these same values from Korf Ford in small town Brush. We have always bought used vehicles from trusted dealerships and never had immediate issues. When we found a used 2016 Ford Expedition from Korf Ford in Brush, we immediately trusted that they were people of good moral and my husband and a friend traveled 3 hours from Nebraska to CO to check out the vehicle. They had it parked very close to another vehicle to try to hide a taped medium dent with chipped paint and that leaks water when it rains. The black tape came off when they washed it while my husband was signing the paperwork. They never disclosed this issue to us prior. My husband drove it around town prior to buying it but the second he got it on the interstate on the way home the whining noise from the rear end started. Inside issues: missing vent cover, broken sunglasses holder/overhead light, and filthy (had not been detailed). We have always bought used vehicles and never been sold one in this condition. I called the next day and was told all they could do was detail it, which we weren t going to drive 3 hours back to have done. They also tried blaming it on their sister dealership in Fort Collins, whom I called and they were very friendly, said they had done an oil change on it but it was Korf s responsibility to detail and for the integrity of the vehicle. We have since had the whining noise addressed and have spent thousands on having the rear differential fixed, and had it not been fixed, could ve locked up on us on the interstate and caused a wreck with our family of 6 in it. I have called Korf Ford in Brush 6 times in the last month to cancel our warranty and talk to the manager about the quality of vehicle that was sold to us and have not yet received a call back. We are very upset, thoroughly disappointed and very saddened that anyone could sell a vehicle in the state to someone with a clear conscience.

Called about a sale they were having. The guy was completely rude and acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. He wasn t willing to help nor seemed to care. Maybe they shouldn t post signs saying sale if they aren t prepared for a sale!

On a whim I looked at Korf s website, found a car I really liked, applied for an auto loan, and then went about my Thanksgiving Holiday. Later I was contacted not only did I get the loan, but I also got a great interest rate!! I then test drove the car on my schedule and really liked the one I chose. I was then able to trade in my vehicle and drove off in my new/used Mazda. Great experience all around and made car purchasing a joy and not a hassle. A big shout out to the wonderful ladies at Korf!!!

Lifesaver! Had my diesel derate unexpectedly on a road trip. They got me back on the road even though I came in late in the day.
