Use to be my go to but they have really went down hill. Tech support is no longer helpful, they either don't know the answer or say they will have someone call you back, surprise, they never do. Parts are always on backorder and they are never correct with their projected time frames. They are more than happy to take your money for late deliverd products with sub-par welds.

Don t do business with this company. I ordered a set of engine mounts from this company the design was good but the execution was very poor. I had welds with severe undercut, welds not tied in properly, one mount was leaking water from inside it because of poor weld tie ins. To top it off neither half s of the motor mounts would fit together! I would think they d have atleast checked that before sending them out the door! I reached out to them they did absolutely nothing. I sent pictures via email and was ignored. Don t do business with these guys plenty of others out there to spend your money with that actually produce quality parts that function as advertised.

Working with friends on a project, customer support has been terrible. Lead times have been over promised and the quality in some of the products we've used has been fair at best. Going to try other options going forward.

The customer service level here is outstanding. I ordered parts online that don't match my build, they called me to make sure I knew I order mismatched parts and corrected my order over the phone. I've also called for help multiple times for guidance one of their axel swap kits. Their axel swap kit is high quality, also.

Ordered a full set of greasable bushings for the suspension on a 86 K5 Blazer for the rear set 3 of the 6 shackle bolts were missing the cross drilled grease outlets (kind of critical for greasing the bushing). Then on the front set, 1 of the 4 bushings is a different size.Update: They shipped out the correct bushings and gave me a credit toward my next order. Still frustrating on my end but all in all they made it right.

Terrible company, they will refuse taking PayPal goods and services. After they charge you for shipping, a week later they will try to charge you more for shipping, then when you tell them no, and ask for a refund, they block you!Avoid this scam company at all costs!!!!!

Recently purchased their new tension shackle brackets with the super 6 inch shackles. The welds look great and the parts are pure beef. I would highly recommend this place. I emailed to ask about approximate shipping times and they emailed me back within a few minutes about my order.

I have purchased from Offroad Designs several times, and I have always found the staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Their tech support has helped me sort through any issues( even the ones that I caused). I can't say enough about this great company, so If you have a full size Chevy, you need to buy you off road parts from Offroad Designs.

I m rebuilding an 86 k20. These guys have been great. From providing different suspension options to answering many technical questions (some of which probably seemed stupid, but they explained it anyway) concerning installation, they have been extremely helpful. A few parts didn t fit my model truck and they had the correct part to me in 2 days.They re service s have been awesome, as service should be and I greatly appreciate it. Special thanks to David for going above and beyond. I won t hesitate to purchase from them again.

Ordered shackle quick disconnects for my 84 K10And they called me the next day and shipped it for a lower price due to being so close to Colorado. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great product and they don't cut corners when it comes to quality products!

They sell good quality parts that work well. Are very knowladgeable and willing to help. I have bought many products from them and have always been treated well and revieved good products. They shipped fast. On 2 seporate occasions i have had order issues that were my fault a simple call and they fixed it with no issues even shipping me the part overnight so i could complete my build in time. The parts and service are great. If your trying to decide between off road design or DIY4X its a no brainer the expirences i have had with the hacks at DIY4X were terrible. Will never buy from DIY4X again.

Great parts that hold up Extremely Well. (Magnum Doubler and NP205 T case.) Only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is cost (the quote given to me was about 10% under actual cost) and shipping which was over 200 dollars and that was with the military discount which applied only to the shipping.

Spent the big bucks on everything needed for a 203/205 doubler all the adaptors the new shafts new shift rails for the 205 and the triple stick shifter kit. Many guys I know run ORD products and are extremely happy with them which is why I chose them over companies such as northwest fab. Ordered the parts and one of the adaptor plates had to be machined because it was an uncommon on. Fine makes sense to me. Get all the parts in the mail very excited everything looks great. Except.... the 203 to 205 plate was missing some machine work so on the horn I get with them. Their solution just take a grinding wheel and grind it out yeaaa how about no. I spent a lot of money on these parts I d like them to be right. They will do nothing for me to remedy the issue except tell me to grind it out. Now onto the 205 of which no directions or any form of literature were given to me to indicate anything so here I am got the case half back together only to find the input bearing for the main shaft is to big for the hole. Back on the horn again oooo yea you have to send that out and have it machined bigger fine I get it but probably something that should have been told to the customer at some point so it can be done. Over all very disappointed with the product and extremely unhappy with the customer service after the sale. Was my first order from ORD and I ll be damned if i ever order something again

Got an SAS kit and numerous parts from these guys. All the parts are made with quality/thick steel.They also are very helpful and knowledgeable, any question I throw their way is quickly answered. They know their stuff!!

I know these guys a long time and they always take care of us
