To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. I called less than a week prior to my appointment. I already knew of several things that needed fixing. And what they found fit with what I thought.The Service Manager Bob is absolutely amazing. Every single person I interacted with was polite and friendly.At no point did I feel like anyone doubted my knowledge of my own car, as so many shops judge women incompetent.I believe my service advisor was Samantha and she was amazing. I chatted with her about what I wanted done and she made sure that I knew what. Would be done that day.I have to drive 2+ hours to get there but it was absolutely worth the drive.As a bonus my driver side windshield wiper was fixed, and the engine was cleaned. I did not even know that it could be that clean.

Nice dealership with friendly staff and a decent selections of vehicles.I would like to say that completing the deal took a long time over 2 hours almost 3 on our second visit. In total almost 5 hours, to me that s a long time. I ve competed vehicles sales at other dealerships in less than 1-2 hours in total. The reason that upset us because we came in earlier to test drove the vehicle and spend almost 1-2 hour already at the dealership working with a saleswoman. IMO this deal should have only taken about 1 hour to complete upon our arrival.

Vidmar is an excellent place to buy your next new Honda! The service department is the best. Love buying local and at a family owned business. Mandi Smith helped me get another vehicle from Vidmar. Paul Chavez also helped tooI would definitely recommend either one for selling you a car! Mandi is always awesome.Known her now thru at least 5 car purchases.

Vidmar service has been amazing to us since we have had our Passport! We had something quit working on us on a Saturday and they had us bring it right in and was ready to pick up right away! It was a recall issue that was quite a bit of work for them to correct and they did such a great job and are always so helpful and friendly. Do not hesitate to have your vehicle serviced here! They go above and beyond!!!

I had decided on the make and model of the car but not on the dealer until I found Vidmar Honda! They are a family-owned business with ties to their community, and they are a shining example of personal, competent, and friendly service. I was overjoyed to see the brand new, bright blue CRV waiting for me at the front door, and Larry patiently and kindly walked me through all of the features--at least three times! This was my first time buying a car from Vidmar, and I have to say I was very pleased with the whole experience. I'll definitely be a return customer in the future when if comes time to replace my new Honda Passport.

I purchased a new Honda hybrid CRV from Vidmar and had a great experience! While other dealerships are adding $3-5K "market adjustments" or other junk fees on top to take advantage of customers, Vidmar does not. Everyone I worked with was super friendly and helpful, and our sales person Mandi Smith was outstanding on every level. This is the second purchase my family has made from Vidmar, and we will definitely come here for any needs in the future including the maintenance department. I highly recommend Vidmar and am beyond satisfied with my new car. Thanks again guys!

We we re traveling from Arkansas to Colorado on a family vacation when my Honda Pilot had issues. We dropped it off at Vidmar Honda and ended up having to purchase a new Pilot! Mandy was the best sales person and made the dramatic experience on our family vacation a little less stressful. Mr Vidmar worked with us on a few things and we appreciate his values as a business man.

We recently purchased a 2013 Honda CRV from Vidmar. We were extremely satisfied with the process and our car! Shaiya helped us out and she was very accommodating. She was not pushy at all and really listened to what we were looking for. A few days after we purchased the car we had a roof rack installed. Vidmar's service department did not let us down either. Alexis was professional and very friendly. The guys who installed the rack did a great job and were very nice as well. Everyone that we dealt with during the process and after have been great! We will definitely recommend Vidmar in the future.

Bottom Line: Take the 45 minute drive to the Springs instead of getting overcharged here.Over priced waste of time. Parking lot was an absolute ghost town, not a customer in site. Sales rep took a personal cell phone call within 30 seconds of sitting down with us. When we asked about if they offer a military discount, we were informed it was for Active Duty only, which is fine. I explained my mother is a Surviving Spouse (her husband was Killed in Action) the sales rep actually said, "We can only do a discount if he is active duty." Kind of hard to be active duty if you're dead. Maybe she just didn't understand or listen to what we said, but it felt pretty disrespectful. I guess that some reps don't realize you can price compare on the internet so you can go knowing what other dealerships are charging so she gave us a line of bull about having the cheapest cars on the Front Range. The whole time we were there I didn't see a single other customer.We were actually interested in one of the cars we drove but since the dealership/sales rep couldn't even be bothered to knock a lousy $500 off, we decided to take our business elsewhere.

Went to look at a truck with only 8 thousand miles on it when the salesman started it up the engine was knocking salesman didn't act like he cared. Asking 40k and it needs a new engine!!!

Nate and his team helped make buying my daughter's first car easy! We did most of the leg work in emails and texting. We spent less then 45 minutes at the dealership handling paperwork (not including test driving and first time seeing the car). Nate thank you for all of your help.

We recently purchased a 2023 Honda Odyssey at Vidmar Honda. We had been looking for well over a year. I am very pleased with my experience at Vidmar.Mandi is very knowledgeable and patient. She facilitated a deposit by phone. When we went to get the new car, she helped set up the phone, seat memory, etc. She explained everything about the vehicle and encouraged me to call with any questions. I have called several times and she responds quickly and is patient and helpful.I really appreciate that Vidmar sells for MSRP with no market adjustment. I also appreciate that optional add-ons and the extended warranty were presented without any pressure to purchase.I recommend Vidmar and Mandi very highly.Sincerely, Ron B.

Overall experience was great. Three hours from the time we walked in until we were out the door with the keys to our car. Not bad. Nathan greeted us and got us hooked up with a test drive. Super friendly. Mandi was our sales rep. Phil was the finance manager who helped us. Straight and down to earth with us all along the way. No funny business. I feel we got a good deal and had a straight forward experience

I was able to buy my Honda without going into the dealership! Mandy and Derek were so great with sending photos, answering my questions, and filling out the online credit application was so easy! I absolutely LOVE my new Honda!!!!!

Not impressed. I purchased a used Volvo here, the maintenance needed light was on which I mentioned multiple times. They told me it would reset because they had just donw maintenance, which it did not. I reached out several times, they told me they could "walk me through" resetting it. I had to take it into the Volvo dealership here to get reset. I don't care if it is a used car, you don't send it out the door that way. I questioned them on the tires, they told me they replaced them and they were brand new, they were not.There were additional issues after the purchase as well. They talk a good game but at the end of the day, it was all lip service. Buyer beware applies.

Larry Miles has been great to work with! Just put a deposit down on a new CRV and the experience over the phone and in person has been so much better than Toyota on hwy 50 for example. We are so grateful to work with good human beings when making big purchases character, integrity, and mutual respect really matter to us!

Great experience. Purchased a 2023 CRV. Typical time for the transaction. Only dealership out of 5 that didn't add "Market Adjustment" (Profit) to the sales price. Paul Chavez took the time to explain all of the cars features (Thank You Paul). Definitely worth the drive from Colorado Springs. The best experience out of the 8 cars I have purchased at various dealerships over the years.

This is an excellent dealership. Made us a fair offer for car and trade in and everything went smoothly after that. Paul in sales communicates well, was very pleasant to work with. They didn't have a bunch of sellers hanging all over us when we got there, just Paul. I liked that. Overall good experience, I would buy from Vidmar again, no question.

Bob and his service team have been amazing. I'm a long time customer bringing my cars for service and repairs since 2006. First with my VW diesel passat. Then I purchased my 2013 Honda Accord new from them. The Accord is now 10 yrs old with over 210,000 miles. Still purring. Bob and his team have always made sure my cars were running good and i was satisfied. I'm getting ready to give my car to my daughter and had some repairs completed. Bob made sure the Accord not only was mechanically running in excellent condition, he also had the interior and exterior detailed. This car has had dog hair, slobber, and PW dirt embedded in it. It now looks and smells like new! My daughter is going to love it. I do! Thank you Bob and team. I can't wait to get my next Accord. I appreciate you and your team's professionalism and services.

I got my Honda Pilot 2022 special edition from this super nice dealership. With out Mandi, the most friendly and knowledgeable Sales consultant I have ever met for Honda Pilot I would not easily get to know the Honda Pilot hidden functionalities. She knows every details of this SUV. She is easy to talk with and will definitely make you buy. . By and Large, the while team is superb. It s all started with Mike Baer, their Internet sales Manager, he is super kind and very helpful. With it comes to their financing, I was really easy with the help of their Business Manager, Phil. He is really nice to talk with and very professional.Kudos to the whole team.

Honest salesmen. The markup was surprising in how little it was, and they didn't push for any unnecessary add ons. It was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership and I was mentally preparing for a battle, but it turned out to be pretty painless. Would recommend.

Had my Honda serviced here today! All staff were incredibly kind and experienced. They showed me measurements and explained the why behind recommendations, and they were receptive and responsive to questions. I felt comfortable having my car taken care of here and would definitely come back! Absolutely in good hands. Also - special shout-out to Duane and Kristen for being awesome. Thank you!

Staff are very friendly, but the tech that tried to diag my van was sloppy. Told me I needed 3 motor mounts to fix a transmission vibration issue (not the root cause, which is that my transmission has an issue). I think 2 might actually be bad, but if he would have looked at the third, he would have seen that it was just replaced with a brand new Honda part, that I purchased from them. The reason I took it there was to get an inspection done on the rear cylinder head for a warranty claim due to a ticking noise on the rebuilt cylinder head that I installed at my shop. The tech said it was coming from the front head instead of the rear. I thought maybe I had been mistaken, but I took it back to my shop and used a stethoscope, and the ticking noise I wanted diagnosed was clearly coming from the rear cylinder head. I called them back to ask if they could reinspect it if I showed their tech that the sound was actually coming from the rear bank, and they declined and said their was nothing else they could do to help me. I will continue to buy parts from them for my shop, but will not be taking a vehicle there for service again.

Had a great experience buying my Honda Civic from Vidmar! Mike was quick to get back to me with inquiries and helping me know what was in stock and what they had coming in. Tom was super helpful and made the buying process smooth and efficient. Phil was excellent at explaining the financing options and making the process quick and easy with no pressure Great experience all around!

The service is A+. The mechanics and staff are very attentive. I've bought tires there for a great price and when I had a screw in one of them, I brought it in and got it patched very quickly. They also washed my CR-V with the oil changes which is a nice touch. Weather new or used, like mine, bring your Honda here for service and maintenance.

Excellent Service! Went in undecided between three vehicles. Mandi walked me through all my options on all three. She listened intently and was patient as I tried to come to a final decision. She and Phillip made the financing process a breeze. Follow up was even better. She ensured my vehicle prep was quick and painless. I must also give Kudos to Daniel. He zipped through the set up and clean up. He was fastidious and professional..Overall a much better experience than my last vehicle purchase with a different auto maker. If your considering a Honda give these guys a call.You'll be pleased with your end result.
