I appreciate Troy s Auto more than they ll ever know. I ve gone to different places for help with my cars before and always walked away feeling scammed, burned, and disregarded. The team at Troy s is proactive with updates about your vehicle, fair on prices, and kind to you in the face of emergencies. I recently had my car vandalized and they were quick to fix it so I could be back to life as normal. They are always kind and never make me feel as though my questions are a bother as some other places have made me feel. For the remainder of my time in Pueblo I will take my car to Troy s every time. Thank you folks for your kindness and hard work!

Great shop mechanics are really cool to talk to if you have questions in my opinion the mechanics deserve a raise here because they're amazing and get the done fast

The check engine light came on as I was driving through Las Vegas, New Mexico, accompanied by a surging/slowing engine. I got the name and location of Troy's Certified Automotive from the clerk at a local auto parts store. However, it was already 5:30 p.m.I drove to the shop and walked inside. The owner said they would be closing soon, but he offered to run a diagnostic of the check engine code. He had the printout from the auto parts store, but could not get a check engine light to come on. His conclusion was that there may have been some water in the gas tank from my last fillup, but it was cleared out, and I should have no further problems getting to Denver.He was so kind and set my mind at ease

I popped in randomly, after work after my car overheated. After looking at it, it had multiple leaks and needed a lot more than I had originally thought. Tyler, was so kinda and helpful! My car is officially working better than it has in almost two years. He communicated everything with me and even gave me a ride back to work. Grateful for Troys! Broke down by Troy's Automotive. Most shops wouldn't even look at a vehicle and diagnose the issues at no cost. Troy's did and took one look and knew what was wrong with my vehicle down to a glance at some bolts & knew right away they were not for my car. The quality of care, performance, timeliness, professionalism is absolutely phenomenal at this location. I have so much to say and just do not know where to begin. I am so grateful for these men and I will always refer and go back to Troy's. I felt at home, respected and treated as if I regularly get work there. They squeezed me in and kept the job phone on them while everyone worked to keep up with demand and did not put me to the side. They very well could have car was unable to drive. A place that takes pride in their craft, cares about their customers and it shows. Best customer service in years!! I am blessed and so grateful to have found y'all. Truly, my car has never performed so Good. Thank you so much Troy's Automotive I will never go anywhere else!

These guys are fantastic. And fair on their prices. I am not an automotive person but I asked someone who is and they said the prices were good. It's nice to find people who are not out to gouge the customer! Plus they are fast and efficient.

Good guys. We came from out of town & they took great care of our diesel. We thought there was a problem after they were done and they pulled it back in and checked it out again even though they were about to close with no problems. We appreciate that since we had to hit the highway. Did I mention that it was a great price? We will be back we need to service our vehicles.#JosephAndDesiree

I love Troy's. They have an amazing staff. They are professional, informed, thoughtful and are good at what they do. I consider them my own personal mechanic. Definitely recommend. Hard to find a mechanic you can trust. You can trust them.

Troy was very nice and straight to the point. He fixed the issue promptly. He also recommended other work but did not push it like some other business would, which showed he was still looking out for his customers and not just trying to make a sale. I was recommended this place from someone else that took their car here and was not disappointed.

What a great auto repair shop! We were on our way home to Texas after a vacation in Breckenridge when our car broke down south of Pueblo. We had our car towed to Troy's the next day and within an hour we had a diagnosis of our car repair. After an honest discussion with us, they advised us that our car was not repairable and did not charge us anything for the inspection and diagnosis. They even advised us on where to purchase another car and were very understanding of our needs. Highly recommend Troy's for all of your car needs!

Best Mechanic In Pueblo, Reasonable and Reliable service, not to mention friendliest staff around. I'm thankful to have a good mechanic I can always turn to when vehicle roadworthiness is in question. Honest, hard working and very knowledgeable in every area of expertise. Trust them completely. God Bless Troy and All of his wonderful staff. Will never go to another mechanic ever for my needs, I have found my vehicles permanent mechanic at Troy's :)

I had an excellent experience with my dads 2001 car, I was taking my parents for a ride to get them out of the house. The car stopped on 1-25 call Troys and they sent a tow truck to where we were and towed car to Troys shop. The price was very reasonable. I will continue doing business with Troys automotive. Again excellent service.

I didn't know who to trust with my issue and I called up Troy's and spoke with Tyler. He said it would be no problem and once I got it in they handled it. My vehicle had to stay overnight and Tyler personally gave me a ride home. I cannot thank them enough for getting my car back on the road..and for going above and beyond!

The business was pretty good. I had fell into a ditch on the highway and damaged the front end of my vehicle. I called and they were able to get me in next day. They replaced my tire rods , control arms and did an alignment. They did their very best to be patient and professional with me to answer any questions because I don't know anything about cars. When they were finished with the work they showed me what I think was the tire rod which was suppose to be straight but was Bent like a boomerang. If I had one wish , it would have been awesome to have my tires rotated with my alignment. Another mechanic checked the front end and said the work was ok. I left thier shop with my check engine light on but was not able to address that issue at the time. . Overall I felt Troy vujcich did the best they could for me. Had my truck towed in with more then one problem it's a mess but they got the parts and fixed it and looked the truck over to let me know if there was anymore issues I like that and Tyler was very nice and friendly and helpful good guy everyone I meet there was really nice good job guys. I live an hour away but I will be going back when my cars are having a problem.Service: Steering & suspension repair

took my car here and now it's running better than it ever did. on top of that, they didn't try to sell me parts or anything i didn't ask for. if i ever have troubles with my car in the future, this is certainly one of the only places I'd consider.

People who fix our cars , are like doctors hard to find one you trust. Troys is just thay car doctor one you can trust for great service , excellent price and down right friendly all of them. Thank you for caring for our vets and taking such care of my truck .

Very professional. Got me in and out in a few hours. Resealable pricing. Replaced alternator and power steering pump. Would recommend highly. Honest and reasonable. Been a customer since 2002

I was extremely impressed with the thorough inspection and honesty this team provided. Pricing was great and I didn t leave there with a ridiculous list of services they recommended. It was actually quite the opposite; no list and no unexpected costly services.

I have had both my cars worked on and found the service was great. They saved me a ton of money on repairs. Troy is the rare mechanic you can trust. I recomend him to all my friends and family.

Today mr. vigil approached me and stated that he only drove his car for thirty days after my shop had repaired it. It has been over a year since we worked on mr. vigil's car, even after his cursing at me and my employee's I tried to help him out, said I would stand behind all work done at my shop. The problem is he brought his own parts for installation and I can not warranty them, so now he is making fake profiles as "MISTA TRUTH" and "THIZ THIZ", this is the one thing I can not stand about google reviews. Truth is this customer tried working on his car with his buddy, bent all the valves, we towed it in, gave him excellent service and a fair price to fix it, he wanted to use his parts, and this is what happens more often then not.

Best customer service and work I have ever recieved from a mechanic. He does great work at a very reasonable price. I have recomended Troy to all my family and friends.
