My husband and I first took our car to another automotive place before T's because we were informed by other friends it is an engine or transmission thing and had to find a transmission place. I did not feel good about this other place. They wanted to take us for our money and my husband was worried he would be paying thousands that we just could not do or afford and needed to stretch out the use of our car a bit longer. They wanted to charge $800 in diagnostic tests and then thousands more if it were a transmission thing! But they never got back to us nor communicated so we went to pick up the car after we drove by on the weekend seeing our car sitting out side! They could have called, but did not, bad Customer service. Since we said no to the diagnostics they probably did not want to work on it. So we took our car home chugging along the way not even looked at! This other auto place claimed they give good service but did not! We also witnessed they did this to another customer as well. I wished I could have told her to take it to T's Automotive.Well, I looked online and found T's Automotive on Erie and it was the only 5 Star automotive place, and not knowing who to go to, we took a chance. I had a great feeling just by the way the owner spoke to us, his friendliness, and demeanor who was willing to do the job and seemed honest. I went home doing the dance moving my hands around singing, "Yes, we're gonna get our car fixed" over and over! My husband just looking at me. I stated this owner I can tell will do the job; I have a good feeling. I had good VIBES from this place! If only other dealership and others were like this owner. The next day he called, and fearing the worst, he stated that the car only needed a complete tune up and I stated excuse me? So it is not the transmission? The owner worked on it the next morning and called us by the end of the day ! WOW!! We were just tickled!! 5 Stars to this business !!! I am coming back here next time for sure !!!! Wooo Hooo!!!

I was referred here by my brother and I am very happy with the service that I received!I had my air conditioner worked onThey seem to have found the problem I hope it works long term so I won't have to spend more.They did a good job!Nice and friendly, explains what he's gonna do before he works on it.It was fast once I made the appt.I'll definitely tell all of my family and friends about what a great job he's done for me!

T's is amazing! I had a really odd sound coming from what I thought was my engine and I had it towed to T's. Within an hour he had it figured out and had me taken care of. When you find a good mechanic keep them, thanks to T's automotive. Fixed what others could not find. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

I called them to see if they could change my fender on my car. They said yes, I didn't need paint or anything like that. I took my car there and they did it in just a few hours and they changed my oil. The cost was very reasonable. I definitely will go there for all my car needs. Great place, reliable and trustworthy owner. This is the only place we take our 2011 Dodge. Tony is great at telling us what needs to be fixed and what can wait. His prices are very reasonable and the work is solid. I highly recommend T's
