Subaru Pueblo exceeded all expectations with their exceptional service and outstanding team. From the moment we walked in, the sales team's professionalism and knowledge were apparent, making the purchase of our 2023 Crosstrek a seamless experience. The finance specialist went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with every aspect of the financing process. However, it was the general manager, John Coleman, who truly set Subaru Pueblo apart. My experience here was great! From scheduling my appointment until signing, all of the staff was patient and flexible with me. They went above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted. Jordan was a great salesman. He was incredibly knowledgeable. He even came in on his day off so I could sign. Cammi was super responsive and so helpful. Marcus made the signing quick and even fun!

We had our drivers side front window explode on I-25 and Cody was able to get the window patched up with some special plastic to get us safe to drive until we could get the window replaced. Truly beyond kind of him and his entire crew.We aren't done yet though! We called everywhere between Colorado to Texas to find a replacement window on short notice and could only find one at a dealership 2 hours north, but they couldn't install in the time frame we needed. Cody, the amazing guy he is, said that if we could get the window to him, he'd get it installed on short notice. After a lot of driving back and forth to get a new window, they were able to get it installed with a fast turn around that we could not have expected.Thanks again to the entire service crew, but in particular Cody, who went above and beyond to get us on our way!

Manny and Steve are awesome! My family and I are visiting from out of state but stopped in Subaru of Pueblo to look for some accessories to fit the Forester we already own. I saw the Outback in the showroom and knew I wanted it. Manny had given me a business card and let me know they closed at 7 P.M. but to give him a call if I needed anything. I ended up calling him at 7:03 and he answered the phone. I arranged for a test drive the very next morning and Manny had me set and ready to go when I arrived. Once I made the decision to purchase the car, Manny handed me off to Steve for finalizing all the paperwork. They were experts at getting everything registered out of state and making sure all my paperwork for taxes was in order. The customer service is unparalleled. I may live out of state but Subaru of Pueblo is my preferred dealer.

Pueblo Subaru Service Center is the BEST!!! I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and service center. Not only do love my Subaru, but I love having a professional reliable, and friendly service center to take care of all my vehicle maintenance needs. Special shout out to Scott Wachob who was so helpful when it came to getting my car to the service center and delivering it back to my place of work. Plus, he was so helpful in helping select a new set of needed tires. I highly recommend Pueblo Subaru service center to anyone out there that is in need of reliable vehicle maintenance service.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from John Coleman and I have to say it was a really great experience! They got me a fantastic rate and into a vehicle with low mileage, I absolutely love this car. His sales team showed me every in and out of the vehicle before I purchased it. Now I m able to operate the vehicle with a really detailed knowledge of all the switches and components. If you re looking to buy a car in Pueblo, I can highly recommend this place.

Two stars only because the staff I talked to were friendly, but I won't be back.I've had the ac serviced on two different cars. I had to bring both back because something went wrong or didn't work. Today was the final straw. I had an appointment for 7:30 arrived on time, watched people who got there after me, leave before me. After 2 1/2 hours, my car hadn't moved so I checked in at the desk. I was told I the tech was finishing up an alignment and I was next. 45 minutes later, my car still hadn't moved, while other cars continued to go in and out of the shop. After I checked in, there was no communication except what I initiated after waiting more than 2 hours.I'll take my car somewhere else, and spend more time and money fixing something that should have been done right the first time.

If you are in the CO Springs and need/want a Subaru take the time to head down to Pueblo just for the sake of good people and good service. Don't waste your time you know where. I cant say how wonderful the whole team was. I also got too hand it to Subaru in general for getting me back out there doing amazing things on amazing adventures. THANKS Dawn and all the others who made buying a car in todays world an easier experience

I recently visited the service department for an evaluation on my Subaru Crosstrek and Ford F150. Each time I was helped by service advisor Markus Garcia. His friendly demeanor and professionalism made for a streamlined and pleasant experience. He was extremely respectful impatient. I would highly recommend visiting Subaru of Pueblo service department - ask for Markus!

Dawn, Tracy, Tim, Cami were amazing!!! Amazing customer service, great price, great detail and cleaned up the car nice. Dawn was an amazing car sales women she explained everything to me perfect and set my car up exactly how i needed it. Dawn, Tim, Tracy and Cami were good at explaining everything for my car and my payments and insurance and the safety features and my warranty. Overall, very pleased with my service and my car from Dawn Rice, Tracy, Cami and Tim will be returning for a new car in the future. Once again shout out to Dawn, Tracy, Tim and Cami for helping me find my dream carr!! If you are considering buying a car from Subaru ask for Dawn Rice her team is EXCELLENT!!!

Kristy at pueblo Subaru was a total pleasure to work with. The whole car buying was experience was very low pressure and she took the time to make sure we got the car we wanted and could afford. We enjoyed the car buying with Pueblo Subaru and Kristy so much we purchased two cars! If you looking to find a high quality vehicle with Good people to work with this is the place to go! I have only dealt with the service department, so I can t speak to sales side, but I definitely had issues with the service department. The service department managers are friendly, and helpful, but their actual service techs did poor work twice on my vehicle. The first issue was a short block replacement. They did not assemble correctly, so I had my head gasket and other engine gaskets leaking within a year. While fixing this issue, they failed to seal things correctly, and all of my coolant leaked out of my engine and overheated with days of getting it back after the rebuild.The service department managers did admit the mistakes, and paid for repairs to be done at another dealership, but it was frustrating none the less.I would probably avoid having any major work done here

Took our 2012 Outback to the Service Dept for an oil & filter change. Service writer tried to pressure me into having a 100,000 mile diagnostic check for $1,200! When I told him we only wanted the simple oil & filter change, he got pissed & I ended up waiting nearly 2 hours, and paid for the service. Two months later, we went to a real mechanic when the oil change light came on. He found that the oil level was 2 1/2 quarts low and was black like tar. The filters had not been changed. The service manager would not refund our money and said there was nothing he could do. We will never go back to Subaru of Pueblo. THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!

Helped saved my trip with friendly service. Tire pressure low, hoped it was only elevation/temp change.On the way to a gas station, happened to pass this dealership. Tech checked, filled tires, and we were off. Probably took them less than 5 minutes, but it was peace of mind for the rest of our trip. They were very friendly and helpful.

Do not buy from this dealer!!!Bought a car from here. lights on dash came on shortly after. five months in it stoped accelerating. brought it back, and they said they could not fix the problem and blamed in on a chewed up wire from rodents (the wire was repaired and did not fix the issue) long story short, this car has been in three different shops, a total of SIX WEEKS and is still having problems. We went back to the dealer ship to trade it in and they said it had depreciated 6000$!!!!! They do not stand behind their cars and are rude. We are now talking to a lawyer.

Everyone I encountered were very kind. Kristy from sales and Marcos from finance made it a painless experience, as I was nervous about buying a new car. They both were patient and answered all of my questions . It s been a little over a month, and I am still happy with my decision in buying the Solterra and choosing Subaru of Pueblo to do business with.

Wanted to post that Cody Garbo is awesome. I stopped by on a Saturday morning with no appointment with all of my dashboard lights flashing. Cody let me drop my car off to be checked out and fixed the problem that same day. This was my first time there, but will not be my last. I can't say enough as to how helpful he was.
