Was not expecting having to purchase a new vehicle, but the one we had unfortunately went out on us. Jay was our salesman and was helpful and honest and picked out an amazing vehicle that would suitable for our family. Everyone we worked with at Spradley were genuine and helpful. I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future and recommending friends and family! Thanks again Jay and everyone at Spradley with our 2023 KIA Selto!

Great experience with Spradley Kia. Devon, John, and Chris were amazing. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted with the terms I wanted. They were very professional and courteous and worked a lot of my deal via email since I was an hour away and couldn t talk via phone. It took less than an hour to complete everything when I went to the dealership and there were no issues. I highly recommend Spradley and would definitely buy a car from there again.

Kia s service center is amazing! Dylan, Kyle, and the rest are friendly, kind, and very helpful. They always get me in and out in a very timely fashion. They make suggestions for services but never pressure you to have them done. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good car maintenance service.

I worked with sales associate Vince Lopez, and he was a delight to work with. He helped with information,ordering my Telluride, and guidance through the whole ordering and purchasing process. This is a dealership I will easily do business anytime. I did not experience any of the usual headaches associated with the car purchasing process customers normally complain about, and this due to the people at SPRADLEYS. Thanks guys.

Great car buying experience and service department. I have always avoided dealership service when I can because most are super expensive. Spradley has the best price on oil change of anyone in town. Get an appt because they are busy, but there is a reason for that !

My experience with Joe @ Spradley KIA was excellent. Joe listened to my needs. When he did not have what I needed he said he would call if something came in. A few days later he called and everything went smoothly from there on. Joe had listened and served me without trying to redirect me to something else. I got what I needed and this was an enjoyable auto shopping experience - much different from most previous such experiences.

Dylan has always been beyond accommodating with my oil changes. As a small business owner, my schedule can be hectic at times and makes it hard to schedule an oil change.Yet, Dylan will ask me to drop my car off first thing in the morning and he fits me in.Exceptional Customer Service Happy Loyal Customer, 7 years and counting!

My wife and I recently worked with the team at Spradley KIA to purchase a new vehicle. The entire process was professional and stress free. We began the process with Chris, who handles customers online. He was prompt and courteous with his communications. When we came into the store, Tanika and Randy took great care of us. They explained all of our financing options in a way that was educational and never pushy. I was impressed by their knowledge of the KIA product line and appreciate the transparency when walking us through the myriad rebates, tax credits, and other options they were able to offer. Overall, we were very happy with the experience and would highly recommend to anyone that you start your search for your next vehicle at Spradley KIA.

We purchased our car here a couple of weeks ago from a salesman named Louis who actually works at Spradley Cheverolet. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us all the cars that had what we wanted about them then mentioned this partner dealership that had one last car we could look at that met our criteria. We drove over, looked at the car and loved it! We got a really fair price for our trade in and felt our experience was was pleasant. We left feeling like we got a fair shake and we never felt pressured or hounded on about anything. Very smooth transaction and we are happy with our car!

I went in late in the afternoon. I had a long trip the next day and was having trouble keeping air in one of my tires. Dylan and the service team found a huge staple in the sidewall of my tire. He tracked down a matching tire and got it replaced quickly while I waited in the showroom. The team there was friendly and very helpful. Thanks again Dylan. I still think it was my wife's fault.

I had the best experience! From start to finish everything was great. Ian, Chris, and Tara were so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I didn't feel pressured into anything like other dealerships have made me feel recently. I will definitely be going back and would refer anyone to Spradley Kia.

It was terrible. We were told that our car was looked at and diagnosed just days after it had been dropped but it was not. We were told that it would need an engine and that it would take months to have it replaced. We were patient but had to call for updates and were told that it wasn't ready. After 5.5 months they called and said that they just looked at it at it was a sensor and could be picked up. 5.5 months of minimal communication and being lied to, we will never return. Do NOT recommend for any service.Update: After several attempts and voicemails being left, the service department does not actually want to make things right. They just wanted to write something on the review, they have never returned one of my phone calls.

The staff at Spradley KIA, were very professional and exceptionally helpful in finding the best deal for our budget. Manny was especially helpful having been paired with us at a moments notice. Every staff member we encountered was very personable and friendly, as well.

Spradley Kia has always provided us with excellent service. However this time I was quite frustrated while waiting to get knock sensor troubleshot and repaired. If they would have put my car on computer when I brought it in instead of assuming it probably needed an engine they would have found it actually WAS just a sensor and I could have had vehicle back quickly instead of waiting nearly 6 months for it.

We came here looking for a new vehicle, we where upside down in an old car and really needed some reliability for our kids. They treated us so well, they got us a amazing deal that worked for us. When we came in and started talking with sales reps and finance it was a profound feeling of acceptance and family and comfort interacting with everyone. Such great understanding people that truly know what it means to take care of people. The car we got was a 2024 Kia sportage and she loves it

As always, the service was great, and all issues resolved. The maintenance done was well priced. They were very flexible with us working around a snow storm. Allowed us to leave our car an extra day until we could get back to Pueblo to pick it up. Thank you!

Picked up vehicle on Wednesday had a clutch and axel replaced on a 2023 Kia K5... Drive home was slow about 45 mph. Next morning picked up speed on hwy 65 mph car is shaking makes a noise when I turn called and left 2 voice-mail to bring car back in. Haven't received a call back. Car is driving worse than when I brought it in. Expecting a call back.
