Shout out to Joey Musso! Joey listened to our needs and provided excellent service to us throughout our trade-in process. We absolutely love our 2024 Hyundai Elantra. Joey was very professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He had our trade-in appraised immediately after our test drive, sat at our table with us while we waited, answered many questions, and got our new car right in to be detailed. I purchased a truck from Spradley Chevrolet last week and it was the best experience I could ve hoped for. Damian was so helpful and attentive. He worked with his finance department and got me an amazing deal on my new truck. He wasn t pushy at all and made us feel very comfortable. I finished up the paper work with Brett and everything went smoothly. They made the environment very welcoming and I was so happy to have purchased from them. I would definitely recommend Damian as your salesman. He has also called to check in and make sure I have access to all the features that came with my new vehicle.

Traveling thru Pueblo on 3/11/2024 when suddenly our 2016 Buick Envision would not brake properly. Made it over to Spradley Chevrolet where a technician quickly diagnosed the problem (gash in flex hose) and our Service Advisor promptly ordered the part so it would be available early the next morning. Repairs were completed earlier than we expected the next morning. We are impressed with the speed and efficiency of service, very reasonable price, and the caring, professional staff who came to our rescue.

Big shout out to Charles Rivera & Jeff Dunker. I had an issue with the way something was done, they made sure to fix the problem and take care of me like they always have and I will never take my vehicles to another shop for any of my vehicle needs. This team is amazing and they really do care about the people and making things right. Give those guys a raise, they deserve it! Thanks guys, best mechanics in Pueblo, CO!

I gave Spradley Chevrolet five stars and if I could I d give them ten,because it s the best Chevy dealership I ever had to deal with, I am a customer for life.I was treated like family. Brent, the service manager went above and beyond to take care of my problem and Ron the Corvette mechanic was one of the best mechanics I ever met. I can t thank them enough!

Our journey started in end of November 2023 when we approached Spradley Chevrolet to see if they had allocations to order our custom 2024 vehicle we wanted to purchase. Brittany Vigil of the internet Sales took our build information and said she would know more within about two weeks but thus far we would be the first on the order books for that specific model. First week of December I got an update from Brittany that our order has been placed and accepted by GM. Every other week I would check in with her on the status and things kept rolling along and after approx. 60 days our new vehicle rolled of the semi truck. Steve Salazar together with Brittany then helped us get PPF installed in all the locations we wanted and looked into all the shipping options they would be able to provide us as we live a few hours away. We opted to go pick it up. Once we arrived we noticed the dealer installed parts where not on the vehicle, Steve immediately started working with Jed Crowther, the Sales Manager and with the other department managers they figured out where the parts where etc. Everything was there and they went above and beyond to make it right so our vehicle was ready within 2.5 hours to take home. They offered to put is in another vehicle to go to lunch but we didn t need that as we had driven in another vehicle but they comped us our lunch and my wife even got a nice Chevy Cap. Mistakes happened but they handled it super-fast and efficient in making it right. We will definitely be ordering our next Chevy from them again.

Took my truck in for a repair and Matt Valdez did an excellent job taking care of everything. He went above and beyond on his customer service! Would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle in for service here if you want no hassle and great customer service.

Today was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had looked over the lot, test drive and signed paperwork. Joey ensured our questions were answered before we drove off the lot. Joey worked with me to buy a new car and he was great! Not pushy, very helpful, very patient, answered all of my questions. Buying a car is not always a comforting calm experience, and this was. I would definitely recommend buying from spradley and working with Joey if you can.

I will never go here again. If you do, I wish you better service, completed work or fixes, and all the patience you can muster. Not sure where to begin but from start yo finish this place is dysfunctional. I travel for work so I am not a local by the way. So, it took 3 weeks to get an appointment, few days to get parts, and 16 days later the work hadn't even begun. I will get to the disrespect I endured from the front desk staff later, but on that 16th day of broken promises I had to go down there and throw a fit. Like a loud, cursing, flip out in their lobby. The fit did lead to my truck getting some of the work done, but not all of it. Let me back up: my 2021 2500 HD long bed Chevy must have thrown up some road debris which struck the transmission pan. Small dent, but it would no longer seal. One time the lady (young purple hair female) said I'd have to wait for Chris... She asked me to sit but had me there about an hour before she came over and told me he wasn't at work and she could help... So why did I wait? I don't know. They also hung up on me when i called in twice. The staff constantly put me on hold for usually 30 minutes (ish) to give me any answers, so eventually I just started driving (I had to have a rental car this whole time at my expense) down there. They where verbally rude, lied, didn't complete the work btw, price didn't match the quote, and eventually told me they needed an additional 10 days (so 26 days) to do the work. This lead to the fit. Don't go here. Please let me spare you the complete incompetence you will be immersed into. They don't care, treat people badly, and ultimately don't care about your investment. One star is too much.

Joey is the man! Within 15 minutes this man had 4 cars from all 3 lots pulled up and waiting for us. Honest! Had us in and out in less than 2 hours! While the rest were playing angry birds, he was hustling! 1,000,000% would recommend and I will be back again!

Do not bring your vehicle here. SHADY CROOKED establishment. We have been having our 2005 Chevy avalanche serviced here for the last 5 years and never had a problem. We dropped our truck off Thursday night June 22 and received news the following Wednesday June 28, almost a week later, that it had been broken into the night before on Tuesday June 27th. We were also informed that the services for the vehicle had not begun despite the fact that it had been there for six days. Even though the truck had a broken driver window and damaged ignition switch, the truck was left out for two more nights on the lot completely unprotected other than the one security guard that monitors both dealerships and 5 company security cameras that we were told do not work. Subsequently, on June 30th a family member arrived at the dealership to retrieve the pictures of the break-in which are needed for insurance purposes. However, upon arrival it was discovered not only did the dealership not have the pictures they were asked to take for insurance purposes, but the vehicle was missing from the property as well. Everyone including our service technician Matt Valdez claimed they had no idea that the truck was officially stolen and off the premises. Had that family member not arrived on the 30th to retrieve those pictures and documentation, who knows how long we would have been sitting here with no knowledge that our family vehicle was stolen. This dealership has neglected to communicate in a professional timely manner that both crimes were committed days apart to anyone in our family. Both incidents were made aware to our family when we continuously called, left messages and eventually showed up to see exactly what damage had occurred on Tuesday night. To make matters worse, their invoice claims the vehicle was broken into over the weekend even though the owner of the vehicle was told over the phone on Wednesday June 28 that the original break-in occurred the previous night on Tuesday June 27th. In addition to the lack of correct information concerning the dates of the break-in, there are no pictures showing the damage that Matt Valdez promised to send the owner by the end of the day Wednesday June 28. Their invoice also states the vehicle was stolen the night of June 30, which is impossible considering the family member made the discovery that the vehicle was missing and not on the premises at 11 am on June 30 after she contacted the local authorities. This dealership has made no effort to take this this matter seriously, and has not been helpful regarding our loss of our family truck, which is used to haul water and trash and is a necessity as we live in a remote area. After being a loyal customer for 5 years, it is a huge disappointment at the lack of professionalism, and customer care regarding this dealership. Rather than being sympathetic, multiple individuals who work at Spradley Chevrolet brushed off this recent crime and claimed it happens all the time, that s Pueblo for you. How many times does it actually happen?, our family is left to ponder in the distress of this unfortunate and terrible event that seemed completely avoidable. Had this dealership taken better precautions to ensure their customer s vehicles safety while in their possession, and provided correct information regarding the incidents without contradicting themselves, we would still have our family truck. This company is not affiliated with the Better Business Bureau, which we were unaware of and would have never trusted them with our vehicle had we known. Our family strongly believes that foul play occurred and would suggest finding a credible dealership that not only protects their vehicles but values their customers trust and business.

If you re in the market for a car, come see him and you won t have to deal with any nonsense, over promises, or games. Made the whole transaction very smooth, fast, and painless

THIS PLACE IS THE WORSE, that guy matt valdez has a bad attitude and LIES 100%, I wouldnt call any man a liar unless I had proof, I left my truck there for 2 weeks for disgnostics and repair and just wasted my time the matt guy told me that they drove my truck to test it wed, thurs, and friday but the gas needle never moved and someone told me they never drove it. And at first they said they did a diagnostics and didnt actually do it. Take your business somewhere else. Dont take your vehicles here, DONT BUY HERE.

it was pleasant ,clean quiet environment friendly staff.had my truck 2 days couldn t seem to find issues video recorded. told me they typically keep for a 7 day period. But No LoanerDidn t have parts said to be in to do recalls.No progress. Have to go back once parts have been received. As far as issues with truck NIT prepared to leave for 7 days

Took our car in for an oil change. Service guy tried to sell us an alignment that we did not need. We were also told, by not getting the alignment, my tire would be sucked up under my car. We wanted to take our car in for a repair and was told that it would cost us $165 for the diagnoses , but the amount that we pay for the diagnosis would not go toward the repair. We were told that they would not put my car back together until we pay to have it fixed. Almost sounds like once my car is torn down that it would be held hostage until the repair would be completed. Not willing to take that chance!

Don t buy a car from them! I traded in my car with them with another dealership and was supposed to get back money for my gap as well as my warranty. Only thing I ve been able to do is leave messages and never get a call back

I'm writing this review on behalf of my Godsister Kandi Gonzales. She purchased a 1995 ford Escort GT back in 2000 and her salesman didn't tell her that it had a Mazda Sourced 1.8 Liter Inline 4 Cylinder, or a Mazda Sourced 5 speed Manual transmission that would produce a reverse whine when she backed up. Other than that she really liked the car . She helped me get used to the reverse whine by saying shh shh shh it's okay hito I'm right here with you.

Hello Car Shoppers.. your trip stops here at Spradley.. so does the stress and anxiety of buying a new car. My wife and I swung by on a Sunday and dealership was closed, so we walked the lot and found a car we both liked. I submitted a request for more info and was contacted first thing Monday morning, arrives at dealership and had the great pleasure of meeting Ryan M. A Spradley SALES PROFESSIONAL!! Ryan was great, and made the buying experience great. The Manager was very nice, and the Finance Department was great, they worked and got me a great rate for a Beautiful new car. Spradley is my new Dealership!! If you keep up with my reviews and see i take a no holds bar to reviews and for Spradley there is no exception.. this was a 100% Awesome buying pleasure!!
