We had just left Denver on a 4 days road trip down towards Baja Mexico and the fuel pump on our Nissan Frontier died on us while 13 miles south of Pueblo. SKF was able to get us in that same afternoon and they stayed late diagnosing and then replacing our fuel pump. They certainly made a bad situation less terrible.

After struggling looking for a mechanic for more then a week, Remmy was happy to give a estimate and arranged a pickup. It didn t take them long to get the job I needed done. Glad to say he became my mechanic now, any issues I have I now go to him. You want a good, honest, reliable mechanic this is the place to go.

This is the only place I go for my maintenance and repair. The employees are amazing, the prices are great, and there's no pressure to buy more like other shops.

Raymond is a really cool old head. His team took care of the diagnosis and fix on my truck when my truck started leaking coolant. Very pleased with them, their work and the Price! Thanks SKF!

We have been loyal customers. We ve taken all our vehicles there, as well as referring several family and friends..They were hired for a few fixes on our truck. All but one was completed. We were told multiple times that the part was ordered and on the way. We were looking forward to getting this done. Weeks and weeks go by with ZERO communication. On the 3rd and last phone call voicing our frustration, we just got an oh well kind of reply. Not sure what s changed but we were definitely not treated like loyal customers. So unfortunate, I guess our money isn t good enough.

Never a problem, always fixed right the first time, I've had over seven repairs done here on my 4 vehicles over the last 5 years, outstanding customer service and mechanical knowledge.

My boss takes his fleet of cars here. I think it's a mistake. I ask them to check the check engine light, they don't, we break down in onley springs. I had to wait 3 hours for an oil change when he simply could have said to come back another day. I don't think this is how you treat someone who brings you their fleet of cars.I equate my boss as the abused wife who keeps going back to the abusive husband. In their defense, I think the mechanics are overworked. So perhaps they need to hire more people? Don't be so cheap!!The competition is fierce in pueblo; I wouldn't go here.

This is the highest rating I will give this place. Yes they took me in without an appt. Right on for that. But ended up being charged for a battery that they did not take out of my vehicle to keep charged when they knew my car wouldn't start especially since they had it in the snow storm so of course it died from there neglect. Was told by another mechanic they would tell me it had a dead cell so I would have to pay for it and that's exactly what they did. They ended up fixing my car but for almost 200 more than I was originally quoted. Not a bad business just a bad experience I guess. Not everyone is perfect.

I have used SKF Auto for years and always felt that they were very honest, had great communication and customer service. Unfortunately I found out they changed owners and sadly my experience was not good and I will not be returning. It started off fine, I was having issues with my car overheating and they were able to find the problem and fix the internal manifold gasket where it was leaking coolant. Then after they fixed the problem the car was still overheating so they called me and said they needed to fix the radiator and the temperature gauge and said they would send me the price and I could let them know if I wanted to fix it. I unfortunately never received any further info and the next time I got a call they had already fixed everything and I owed them 1600 for the repair. I wish they had called me and got the okay first as I was considering getting rid of this car to begin with and ended up paying more than it is worth. Unfortunately when I got my car back it developed another issue two days later and I had to take it back and get a coil replaced which I realize was probably not SKF's fault, just an unfortunate coincidence but I ended up paying another 200 dollars. When I received my car back there was a huge crack in my windshield (about 10 in long, very noticeable) and I told SKF about it as it was not there before I took my car in and I was told there was no way that they could tell if the crack was there before I took it in and they would not be paying for the repair of the windshield. I am extremely frustrated at the lack of accountability and refusing to admit they cracked my windshield. I can see from the reviews that they have also denied making mistakes on a few other people's cars. So disappointing, I will definitely be taking pictures of my car from now on before I bring it in anywhere to get fixed.

On/around 9/20/22 I had to get my pathfinder towed to SKF , as I used them many times before when it was under different ownership. When I called the next morning they said it was most likely the key fob. This seemed odd to me as I d been still able to use the other fob , knowing it wasn t working for many months prior. I took their word for it and paid for the repair. While paying Raymie(I think he is the owner now) said the codes came back as other misfires or something and to let them know if it kept doing it red flag! At this point, I m questioning if I was just taken for a quick $450 easy fix job.As I got on the highway to head back home to springs, it would sputter every few minutes so I got it home luckily. Next day I had to drive back to pueblo, and again, sputtered the whole way and then died at exit 108. I waited a bit. It started up and I drove about 10 minutes to a family members home and then to a business in Pueblo West. It died there again. I called another shop and they said it sounds like it s losing power. Start at the battery. (I just purchased a battery in June) low and behold my positive terminal was loose and SKF said they checked the battery. Obviously not. I may not even had needed a new fob. I secured the battery terminal after going to autozone twice. Now, after having another mobile mechanic come to look at it here in springs determined it s the O2 sensors minimum and possibly a fuel issue which I had explained to SKF when I called the very first time. Seems to me, they get ya in and out and pray they went far enough to find ALL issues. At the very least they could ve told me about the O2 sensors. Finally, the check engine light had been on prior and they were informed of that. They got me. Steer clear of this business.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Honest, fair, and dependable. Rami and his team did a great job on recent repairs and went the extra mile in ensuring that a failed warranty part was returned and replaced without any hassles, questions, or concerns. I will continue taking my vehicles to SKF for future repairs.

So I have been back to SKF auto. Let me start by saying, I feel deceived. I had no idea that Steven no longer owned this business, that still holds his initials. He earned my trust! To take over another's business and not let the public and Steven's customers know that you have purchased the business is deception. I went back under the understanding that Steven was taking care of my vehicle. I did a lot of research, while I sat in the waiting room, because of my concern in not seeing Steven in the shop. I read reviews and saw that he did not own the business anymore. I looked at the sale certificate in the shop that contained the new owners names. Again, I feel deceived! The honest thing to do was to inform the public and Steven's customer base that you purchased the business that still holds Steven's initials, and earn a customers trust on your own merits. The first time I wrote the review was for an oil change. The second time was for something going wrong with the rear end of my car. I was told what needed to be done and the price. Thinking Steven was still there and was just busy fixing vehicles, I agreed to the repairs. I sat there for 3 hours thinking the problem was being repaired. I paid for the service done and left. I went to run errands and low and behold the issues I was told had been fixed, were happening still. I called the shop and was told to bring my car back in. I sat another 3 hours while it was looked at again. During a total of 6 hours in the shop and you still cannot tell me what the problem is and then you want me to leave my vehicle and want to pick it up from my work ? When the subject of the repairs already done were brought up, their response was this was going to need to be done at some point. That was not the problem needing to be fixed! I paid over 500.00 to have this issue fixed and it wasn't fixed!! Now I should spend more money to hopefully have the real problem fixed??? This wouldn't have happened if Steven still owned the shop. Steven was always honest and upfront. When I took my car in for repairs to Steven, he fixed the issue. Steven earned my trust. You have not! I trusted Steven to the point that I'd pass out his business cards when friends and acquaintances needed a good mechanic. I will NOT be back! I will pass along my experience to anyone I know. Dishonest from the start!

This is the best, most reliable, most honest auto shop I've ever been too. They will have my business for life. These amazing guys got my car in right away and fixed my car in lightning speed. No hassle, no crazy add ons, they just got the job done with precision and a welcoming smile. Everybody was friendly, helpful and honest. They are a one of a kind shop that cares about their customers and their quality of work. I will never go to anyone else. Amazing job guys!!!! Thank you for everything! We will see you again in the future! 100% satisfied!

Asked them to fix my sons flat tire along with $1900 of other work being done on his truck, they forgot to tighten the lug nuts and his tire fell off his truck while driving down prairie immediately after picking it up from them. It did a good amount of body damage and could have killed my son had he been driving down the highway. They denied taking the tire off and took zero responsibility. Yes I m upset at least admit you made the mistake!Service: Steering & suspension repair

This place is GREAT! They were referred to me by my father-in-law who said they were honest. What he failed to mention was that they were not only honest, but fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable! They had my SUV diagnosed within an hour of me leaving the shop and they had it running and ready for me to drive the next morning! I ve been to other shops for work that I can t perform myself, but THIS shop will have my business from now on!~nate

This is long overdue, and for that I apologize. Rami and Michelle are amazing! I was trying to return home to Utah (already late getting back to work) when I had what I thought was basic transmission problems. Turns out the whole thing was cracked and local Colorado critters had chewed through A LOT of wiring.I made my way home while a couple of family members managed things from Colorado. Michelle and Rami kept all 3 of us up to date on how things were going - almost daily! I was given an initial quote that was very reasonable. Michelle also made sure to check different options to get the job done right but at an affordable rate - total cost after finding all the issues was still great. Rami test drove with each repair and tweak to make sure the car could handle the drive home.2 weeks later (had to order parts in) and the drive home began. About 200 miles out of town, and it started having issues again. We called the shop, were assured everything they had done was under warranty, and Rami helped figure out back roads to start driving back to Pueblo while they sent a tow to meet us. Got it back in the shop, repaired a missed wire, and had no more issues.HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing repair or service in the area. This location makes sure you are taken care of and offers next level service. Many, many thanks from Utah!Services: Transmission, Air conditioning

SKF was recommended to me by a co-worker a few years ago. Since then,Ihave brought both of my vehiclesin formultiple major repairs, including a 28-year old pickup and an 18-year old SUV, and they have done a great job of repairing them and doing the work at a good price.I appreciate that Stephen takes the time to explain the vehicleissues in detail and even helped me with troubleshooting ignition issues I was trying solve a while back. He is very knowledgeable and he definitely values his customers and treats them well.A few years ago Ihad taken the SUV to a dealership in Colorado Springs to have a transmission drain/refill and they came back with a list of major repairs that totalled close to $6k, one of them being to repair the rear main seal to address a major oil leak. When I drove back to Pueblo, I brought the SUV to SKF and they figured out the real cause was a bad oil cooler line, which was much cheaper to repair.Just recently, the SUV started leaking coolant and I was concerned this would be another major repair, but even though the problem wasn't apparent,Stephen found it quicklyand didn't evencharge me to fix it.I would definitely recommend SKF to anyone looking for an auto repair shop they can trust.

They were quick and easy and had many options to choose from with my car and how I wanted to handle the situation on fixing it. MICHELL is great at her custom server skills and make everyone feel like they are wanted in that establishment. Steve took the time to find the second promble with my car befor even letting take it off the lot. I recommend them to anyone and everyone who need work done on their car. I will always and forever take by car and any other business to the. SKF is a prime example of what business should look like today and in the future. Not only are they great but the shoe is super clean and organized. The are all about business!!!!
