Truly disappointed. Long story, I filed through my warranty. Water heater, furnace, toilet, and radio wasn t working or damaged. Without stepping into my rv he started diagnosing my rv charging me 3 hours@$160 an hour and when it came down to the job he went in started just switching out every part from my furnace without ever truly diagnosing it and trying to charge me 10 hours and saying it s a learning experience and still saying he s giving me a discount. THAT WAS NEVER FIXED. My new water heater started giving out codes since before even putting it in, after I told him it s a 12v and he insisted he could put it in no problem.. turns out he couldn t install it without running a wire out to my battery because he wanted me to pay extra to run the wiring through the inside of the trailer which is a couple thousand which warranty didn t cover. Instead of saying hey you water heater is throwing error codes which I could ve easily replaced he proceeded to install it without telling me. When I asked him to fix my ac too because it wasn t blowing as strong as before but it still through cold and worked fine. Also he procrastinated on filing the claim because he said it was fraud, which in turn it wasn t fraud, he just wanted me to pay out of pocket. My new toilet wasn t anchored properly and my new radio either. The guy he sent out to do all this work said everything was easy and quick but mark proceeded to tell me it was difficult and time consuming so added hours on top of what he charged warranty. I had to leave abruptly and after 5 months of back and forth with mark I had a wobbly new toilet, a wobbly new radio, NO FURNACE, NO WATER HEATER, and now my ac won t even turn on. So after charging the warranty 2300 he charged me about 2k on top of that just to be able to drive my rv out. I didn t even want to argue with him because of how exhausted I was from him lying, threatening me that he s not charging me everything he s doing and committing insurance fraud when in all reality I wasn t. He s the one making the claim and not fixing anything. Respect to the employee because he is a hard worker but mark professionally I would not recommend him at all. When I left he proceeded to make subtle racial comments not in a negative way but bringing them up as if the topic was relevant, and also how he makes a lot of money off warranties because they re easy to charge them until they need to send out inspectors that s where he stops wanting to make claims as if he s doing something illegal. I sent my rv to a previous technician I used and he said everything he did was just wrong. There is no reason he couldn t fix my rv unless he doesn t know how. Hence it s a learning experience . I don t pay for someone to learn, I pay for someone to provide the service they claim to already know. Thankfully I took it out before he actually did any of the work he claimed to want to do but never did and took it to someone that actually knows. No problems with the process, quick and easy. Which I expected from RV remedy.

Larry is a great guy. He went out of his way to make us a great deal and helped every way he could. Adam is the technician who got our camper ready and explained Everything.These folks are superb. Highly recommended.

Great customer service. Adam was so helpful and friendly! Unfortunately there was more damage to our pop-up than we thought and he was honest and patient throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend for those who have R.V./camper repairs.

Wow. What a nice company. Pretty much fixed my RV furnace through the phone. It tells you they know what they are talking about.To find a company where the technician will take the time to teach you about the furnace without charging anything is abnormal.

I purchased a RV trailer from them and they were awesome. Easy to work with and very pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a trailer or looking to have yours serviced.
