We stopped through on our way back to Arizona and talk about great customer service!! I ve been to many Rush Truck Centers and this location by far is the best. The staff here is amazing. I would drive the extra hours just to come back to this location. It s getting more and more difficult to find staff that actually care about their company as well as their customers. 5 stars across the board!!

We were in a very difficult situation with a Motorhome while on an extended trip. We called in on a holiday and contacted there mobile service The mobile service technician came out on short notice. He evaluated our problem located the parts and got us back up and running The technician Dustin is an extreme knowledgeable, professional and polite man. He explained what he thought the problem was clearly and understandable way. Some of the work had to be done inside and he was very considerate of of our equipment. In many years of RV ing this is absolutely the best service experience we have had. Many thanks to Dustin for his help and to Rush Truck Centers for having such an outstanding employee

Really great place for a pit-stop in the trip for restroom break, auto parts, snacks, souvenirs and even quality jewelry made locally! This is a wonderful place for a family to purchase anything that is needed for travel!

Don't take your truck here for an engine rebuild. They charged my company $30,000 for a rebuild and never did it. The only thing that they used from the kit was the piston rings. They also charged us for a new head, but instead put the original back on. Now my truck is sitting at Kenworth dealership in Oregon waiting for a rebuild that was suppose to be 6 months ago. So in turn I'm in a loaner truck until mine is done. So unless you want to be robbed of your money; go some where else.

Anywhere but here. Not sure why the parts counter doesn t know what parts are. I don t think it s a good idea for a parts guy to second-guess a mechanic with over 20 years experience. and Wendy could be nicer.I would recommend going anywhere else in the country in the state in the city but not here, I m sure thetechs know stuff but the front don t!!!!

Well.... my husband ordered a part last Saturday. The part was supposed to be in the next day, due to weekend order it should have been in Monday after 4:30 PM. Never got a call so we drove 1 hour to Pueblo to pick up part the next Saturday after 12 PM. They go to get part but can't find it and have no idea what happened.Now I drive another hour home and get to run back out when parts come in again.... 4 hours drive time for part.I will just order parts online from now on. I will get the part faster and for less money cause of not using gas.02/25/22One of the owners gave us contact information for them and they actually made it right! They delivered the part to my husband this morning. So nice to actually see a Company care about their customers. We will do business with them again!

Nice Employees and Really Busy Shop but I arrived at 10am on a monday for a Landstar Trailer Inspection and they squeezed me in 4 hours later and got it done.

So so so thankful for this shop!!! We are converting a school bus and needed to drive our bus from Denver to Texas this weekend. We had a warning light pop up in Colorado Springs and stumbled across this shop in Pueblo. They were super nice and had us wait in their nice lounge until the mechanic got back from a test drive.The mechanic (Bill) was SO KIND!!! He loved our bus and was so nice to talk to. He was super busy but stopped what he was doing to see what our code meant. He gave us piece of mind and helped us get back on our way!!!!

In and out! I called ahead for a Landstar 120 day inspection and a PM. They said they could get to me in about 2 hours. I showed up and they pulled me right in! 2 hours later I was rolling! Staff was very friendly and they have a pretty nice drivers lounge upstairs with reclining chairs and a nice television. This is definitely my new service location in the Pueblo area!

Stay away from Rush Pueblo. The service is terrible. They work only on there timeline not yours and the communication is horrible. I will never go back to them or recommend them to anyone. They act like they don t care about you as a customer. Twice when I ve had it there it came back with more issues than when I took it in. This place is to be avoided on the service side.

Tell ya what, I got here at about 9:30am. Had a few coolant leaks, no big deal. They had me out of there by 12:30. If you want great service from guys who aren't going to try hit you over the head, come here. Excellent.

The best shop in Colorado hands down. Top self performance on everything that they do. Been going here for 4 plus years now and never have had a bad experience. Thank all of you for your great service.

This place was a little blessing in a stressful situation. We were immediately greeted with a smile by the service manager, Kevin, who made sure to take care of us right away. We re traveling across the US in our skoolie and didn t wish to leave our home in the shop. Kevin called out Tom who is highly knowledgeable on our Cummins 5.9 and helped us assess the issue quickly. They had us back on the road within about an hour. If you re looking for any truck service, this is the place to be. We had other services performed at a Rush Truck Center in Tampa, FL and were hesitant to go back. Thank you Kevin and Tom for making our experience better than ever!

110 degree heat and my AC decides to calf. Called and said they could fit me in the next morning. Arrived that nite and put into a bay 40 minutes before closing. Found problem. Fixed problem. Stayed an hour after closing to get me on my way. That s service ! That s why you buy a pete!

Slow service and poor communication. Take 2 days to check on my truck and want me to wait another 3 days to fix it. I decide to call Kenworth and they said can fix it in 1 days. How ridiculous this place is? Don't go there if u have choice and they charge over price too. The worst place ever and really want to give nagative star not one star actually.

Kevin (service manager) was an inspiration to my very mundane Monday morning. While I was loading I discovered a leak on my rear airbag. I called up Rush Peterbilt and Kevin was more than helpful. They took my truck in the moment I got there. After replacing the rear airbag Kevin walked around my truck and noticed air was continuing to leak. With Dusty (the service writer) assisting Kevin they found I had another bad airbag. Kevin had to attain my part from a near parts store. Within 4 hours and excellent workmanship I was on my way. All I can say is Thank You for all that you did.Rodney Miller Sr

Had to go there twice today once for my reefer and again for my truck. Service manager rocks!!! Great service quick turn around rates are cheaper than Kenworth and the service writer is nice to look at to!

They had my truck for 2 weeks and couldn't figure out what was wrong. Plus charged almost 4k. Do not use these guys!!! They have no clue what they are doing!!!

Still having problems getting my cruise control fixed after approximately 2 months and roughly 8 phone calls.They also did a terrible job on my pm service.I wrote rush corporate and still have not heard from them either.Poor customer service and communication !

great place to stay the people very very friendly very helpful score of 1 to 10 I give him a chance or short one night with no towels and they brought us a whole bunch of towels and we were set yeah great bunch of people there

they said I needed an entire new airline from compressor to air dryer. said the hose leaked right at the fitting. went to ta, the fitting was loose. the tightened it, all fixed. avoid this place!!
