I can highly recommend Pueblo West Auto Tire and Diesel. They were able to give me a reasonable quote, provide an appointment time for the repair, and fix everything. I was extremely happy with both the quality of their work and the final price.Update: Had them perform additional work and again everything was praiseworthy.Further Update: Just had them do an oil change and I'm still a happy customer.

These days, most businesses are about themselves, not the customers. That s not the case here. I needed assistance with figuring out the air pressure gauge for my tires. The crew here were happy to help and did it immediately. Thank you for taking the time to show me how and help me add air to my tires! It s greatly appreciated and your common courtesy didn t go unnoticed. Thank you for being a business who still values customers and customer service above all else.

These guys were absolutely fantastic! My ignition went out 150 miles from home and I was quite panicked. They were able to help me get it towed and fixed the same day... miraculous. To say I am grateful is a serious understatement

Willing to work with you and adapt things to make them function. Kept the truck inside over the weekend as requested. A bit expensive but all prices on everything are going up and it had been a while since we needed professional work done on a vehicle. Will go back if the truck needs any further attention.

They were able to get me in within a matter of days and fixed my car sooner than I was scheduled. In addition, they notified me what was wrong, how much it would cost to fix it, and fixed it within a matter of hours. I will definitely return!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Super clean. Got stuff for people with kiddos, and the cell phone power bank was a nice touch. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Going to be making this a main stay for any other card things I need in the future.

These guys gone out of there way to above and beyond for complete strangers to make sure they didn't freeze to death on the side of the road I was only a 3ed party to the story but I seen it from beginning to end they may be busy all the time but that's cause they earned the business they receive with quality work and knowledge

These people are honest, respectful, easy to work with and very kind. As a female in their twenties, trying to find a shop that I feel comfortable, respected and listened to is hard. But Pueblo West Auto hits all the marks for me and their work shows that. These guys are great. Great service and pricing. I had an oil leak on my Diesel F350 expecting an expensive repair. These guys found the oil leak and had it repaired the same day, and they didn't charge for diagnostics. I will be taking all my vehicles here from now on.

Had a bad experience with them originally when I took my vehicle there to have work done to it everything went well and I had no complaints .But the second time I went there they overcharged me for my tuneup and if that wasn't bad enought someone stuffed insulating material on my blower motor so that I had to take it down and clean it out myself .My friend also had a similar experience there except for him they stuffed paper towels pieces on the vents so that the Air conditioning couldn't. Blow out and I had to with twicers pull all that stuff out of the vents .A person who wouldn't know any better would have had taken it in for a repair job were none was needed.Shame Shame on you .We are never again taking our vehicles there for service.The Dealer would have done the tune-up cheaper and not done what they did to the vents and blower motor.A once Happy customer now angry and disgusted with their service.Stay away if you value your money .

Very rude to me on the phone, i called and asked for a favor for a bolt to be loosen so i can continue to work on my car and got told i had to make a appointment that would be 2 weeks out for a favor that would take 2 min, i would would never do business here with customer service done that way, walmart for the win,they were very nice to me and said no problem

Brought my vehicle in today to have a suspension noise checked out. I was sure it was a ball joint or control arm going out, but it turned out to be a rock lodged in the works. Rock removal was $50. They could have sold me a new ball joint and I wouldn't have noticed.They gave me a rundown of service the car will need soon with different pricing options. No pressure to get work done on the spot and, after some research, very reasonable estimates were given for the work. I will be back to them to get this work done and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest repair shop.

Fantastic customer service and great availability for scheduling. Had an issue with A/C, they were able to take a look at it within a couple days. The problem came back and they got me in the next day. Wait times for repairs were very reasonable. Thanks guys!

I went to Pueblo West Auto/Tire this morning for a diagnostic on my A/C in my vehicle not blowing strong enough. My vehicles A/C was still getting cold, just short bursts of cool air then back to moderate cool air flow. I relayed this to Pueblo West Auto and the diagnosis was "System is low on refrigerant, no obvious signs of leaks. Recommend evacuation of System, vacuum and leak test the recharge system and add dye." Charged $51.30 for diagnostic and would charge $129.00 for recharge of the A/C.I went to Ark Automotive Repair West for second opinion and check price validity. Upon Ark's diagnosis, he found the A/C refrigerant was NOT low, but the Cabin Filter needed to be changed because of blockage from use. Ark Automotive charged only $89.93 to remove, replace and dispose of all applicable models for the Cabin Filter. My A/C blows INCREDIBLY strong now and is so much cooler due to the cold air being able to get through the clean filter. Refrigerant was NOT low, NO recharge was needed. I went back to Pueblo West Auto/Tire to inform them of this misdiagnosis this morning. Guy at the desk acknowledged and remembered that I had just been in this morning about my A/C. I asked if he normally checked the Cabin Filter during the diagnosis of A/C issues?!? He stated they did not. I suggested they include that in the diagnostic due to that correcting my issue. I also asked what happens for a misdiagnosis. He said "Nothing" and didn't even offer a partial credit.All of this being said, Pueblo West Auto/Tire has lost my business because of the lack of trust and honesty. I refuse to advise others to go there, as well. To charge $129.00 for work on a vehicle that was NOT needed, is completely unethical.

Very great experience. Help very well was told it be ready in 4 day called the next day saying it was ready. I give a 5. But i say 100% car drives great

We have been using PW Auto for years and have always received a very honest and transparent repair quote with reliable service. they have always treated me right and do all my repairs in a timely manner. They legitimately warrantied something as well with no additional costs. other shops would of made up something to make a buck

they snapped off one of my exhaust bolts while replacing my clutch and then would not fix the exhaust leak, wanted to charge me at least 200. Will never use any car doctor ever again, such a rip off and inexperienced staff and technicians

Was told they don't let customers provide parts. I understand that but the guy I was talking to dismissed me before I could even explain my disposition and the help I needed getting my daughter's car fixed.

Made a appointment for 1300 on 5/15/13, on 5/14/13 at approximately 1400. When I arrived at about 1245 on 5/15/13 they said that I had a appointment for the 5/14/13 at 1300, they said they were backed up and could not take my vehicle. I know damn well that I called after 1300 on 5/14/13. I haven t had any problems with them before this but; after arranging a babysitter and expecting my vehicle to be fixed on the 15 of May, 2013, I find their service to be unacceptable and amateur in nature. I would not recommend them to a friend.

A little pricey, they didn't order the right part for my truck the first time so had to return the following day to get my window fixed. Professional atmosphere.
