This one comes from the heart so buckle in.If you are thinking about taking your vehicle to any shop other than Pro-Masters, don t. This is the one stop shop you will EVER need for your vehicle repair needs. Cars are my passion. A morning drive in my ride can make my day. July 2023 it was pummeled by a hail storm in Colorado Springs. Fast forward a few months later, I was heading out to go to work and noticed it was unexpectedly stolen away from me in the middle of the night. I was devastated and didn t even want to begin the horrific process of the vehicle repair. I was missing a stereo, a bumper, a battery, valuable belongings, had shattered glass all through out my car, and couldn t even imagine what else! My friends at Pro-Masters were just one call away for the headache to go away! Koleen was a passionate, helpful, intelligent helping hand right from the start. All I had to do was get my car down there and she did the rest!! She kept me informed of my cars state by reaching out to me by text which was my preferred method of contact and was readily available for any further questions I may have had. Her customer service is incredible and you will feel heard through the entire process. On site estimators took time to make sure every last detail was looked over to make sure my car was getting the full repair it needed. And the actual repair PHENOMENAL. I would have never imagined my car would have looked the way it looks. The paint job is seamless and there s not the tiniest ding to be found anywhere in my vehicle. I was so impressed by the paint match of my new bumper too!! My car looks like it just came out of the factory and it s 10 years old! This team of literally MASTERS is nothing short of outstanding. I stopped by mid repair to get a live update on my vehicle and was honored to be helped by the company owner, Doug. Doug was very adamant on ensuring my car was being fixed to perfection and didn t allow any detail to go missed. He even worked some additional small repairs into my vehicle repair at no additional cost to me or my insurance company! He takes care of his customers! My car was detailed to flawlessness and that s just an extra bonus you get from choosing Pro-Masters, is a clean car to return to no matter the state you bring it in. Also did I mention, they will cover your hail deductible which means $0 out of pocket, guaranteed!! So not only did I get to work with the best team of people ever, I was able to save so much money at the same time! This shop is for the people and if you work with them, they will work with you!! I m so glad I chose Pro Masters to complete my repair because I know I wouldn t have received this quality anywhere else. Do not make the mistake of going else where you truly only get this experience here. You guys are the best. Thank you so much times a million Pro Masters!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an amazing experience here! Koleen, at the Pueblo location, was very helpful! She got me in right away and she communicated with me often with updates. She was very friendly! My car looks brand new and they even detailed it! I will forever take my car here! The customer service is exceptional! Thank you for a great experience!

Pro masters has worked on my car multiple times for hail claims and collision repairs. They always do a great job. They took care of towing my car from out of town for me and Koleen kept in touch via text to let me know where we were at in the process the whole way. She was great. Thank you so much!

Sadly for me I am a frequent flyer at ProMasters. Each time they do outstanding work and they have taken great care to fix my cars expertly and quickly when I really needed it. They have even fixed things done poorly by other body shops before I found them. Now I would not go anywhere else. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Steve and Colleen and the rest of the crew down here have been absolutely amazing. They ve helped me from the very start, knowing that my insurance was taking advantage of me. They ve helped me every step of the way, answered every question, they are great about communication and overall an exceptional business. I will NEVER take my cars anywhere else and you shouldn t either. These people have literally went to bat for me and I couldn t be more grateful for their expertise and overall generosity. What can I say, I ve used Koleen at Pro-Masters now twice ! Once for my vehicle that they did an AMAZING job on and, now I referred a Family member to her to get their hail damage fixed! As always she went above and beyond from customer service to keeping them informed and myself as well, they truly are Pro s here. And I can t thank Koleen enough for taking care of not only myself when I needed my vehicle fixed with a t-bone but then also taking care of my family when they are in need of body work done to their own vehicles as well! Good work Koleen and Pro-Masters! Y'all will have my business and now my families!

The skid guard was never reattached or replaced and the original skid plate was sagging within days of having my bumper repaired. I can feel something tugging and scraping when I m driving at faster speeds. Definitely take someone with you who knows what questions to ask and what concerns to bring up when you go in for a quote so they can address these things. I would rather the parts not be there at all than to have damaged ones that aren't secured to anything. The bumper itself came out great at least.

I was incredibly grateful to the people who helped me after my accident. This shop was recommended by AAA and was close to where I had my accident. I was traveling out of state at the time of the accident, so they were able to coordinate with Hertz to help me get a rental car. The repair took 5 weeks. When the car was initially picked up, things looked good on the surface. The car was immediately transported to a dealership for sale who's service department found that there was an issue with AC compressor that was missed on the initial repair, there was a cap missing for the washer fluid, and the paint repair did not match the existing paint on the vehicle. I know that the damages occurred during/post accident as the car received a full inspection prior to my road trip. The fact that they missed the AC issue resulted in my having to pay for that repair out of pocket as insurance wouldn't cover anything once it left the shop. I called the shop afterwards and received no return call. The people here seemed kind and friendly, and I thought I could trust them. But it seems that their work may not be top notch.

Very thankful for the customer service from the staff. I came in with little knowledge of my car issue and they were very respectful and kind in answering my questions. I definitely recommend going to them if you want to feel respected during hard times. :)

The entire team at Pro-Masters is top notch and very friendly. I was excited to pick up my vehicle after they completed the hail damage repair and was impressed to see that they took the time to vacuum and clean out the inside of my car as well. A very nice and unexpected luxury service. I would surely recommend them time and time again!

They did such a good job with my car. They even cleaned the inside and fixed my broken grab bars. But it did take a month for them to fix the damage on my car. But I really didn t mind. Overall they did a great job!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

If I could rate zero stars I would. They don t return calls or take responsibility for anything always blame the insurance when I clearly verified that its a hold on them. I asked for a call back on an estimated time frame its been three days and no call back theyve had my car since September.

They are the best! They are easy to work with and I got the BEST possible results. My car was in a hit and run accident and then a few months later it was stolen and recovered. Promasters took care of my car both times and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!

If you want honest reviews about this place you really should look at YELP!I wish i had done my research further than just google reviews!YELP is way more helpful because the business cannot "boost" the good reviews hiding their bad ones!They will ask you to write a FACEBOOK REVIEW before your car is even taken care of just so all their Facebook reviews are GOOD!!!!My car is horrible i still see dents from the hail i see buffing marks all over my car, the sunroof is full of debris and white residue, my tan leather seats were black and dirty, they left broken glass all over my car, there is water marks on the roof, as well as you can see creases and air bubbles on the roof!I am extremely dissatisfied with the work they did especially after taking $7000 from my insurance!AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Took my car that I only had for 2 weeks to them and got back a piece of JUNK!!!It's amazing that this place is even still in service!Let me begin by letting you know how they get you: first they tell you that they will handle everything with your insurance and you get a rental, but when you take it in they just take your keys and drive you to pick up your car!They are pushy and are quick to call your insurance to get more money out of them! They tell you you don't have to pay your deductible... NEWS FLASH PEOPLE when your insurance inspects your car they give you an estimate then they send you a check for that estimate MINUS your deductible, so technically you never pay it!!!!Alright so after sucking more money from your insurance they take your car to PUEBLO! Yes yes to PUEBLO they don't tell you that either!Oh and the owner will tell you that if you take your car anywhere else and they tell you less than 30 days they are not going to do a good job! UGH disgusting! They only tell you this because they take average 3-6 months to give you your car back!!!!!!Wait did I mention that there will be a 90% chance your car will come back with mistakes and unfinished jobs?If you call to check on your car they will say we will call you back, "someone will call you back"I called everyday for 1 WEEK and NO ONE RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS!!!!! EVER!!!!!!Their manager is rude and doesn't care if your upset! She doesn't care what you have to say she will tell you "I'll give you a call back in two hours" just to get you off the phone but will NOT call back!!!!My car went "through inspection" but you will see the pictures of the condition of my car!When I drive and hit a bump there is rattling, they did not even bother to clean up the broken glass, the rubber is falling off of the roof, MY SPEEDOMETER GLASS WAS BROKEN, there is paint or debris on my sunroof, the seats where absolutely dirty and disgusting, there is STILL WATER MARKS ON MY ROOF, oh and they gave me my car back with absolutely ZERO GAS! Barely made it to the gas station!Oh and be careful when you pick up your car they tell you to sign a paper which shows what your insurance pays, but what they fail to say is that the paper states "I'm 100% satisfied with the work" and you sign this BEFORE they show you your car!!!!!!

Will not take my car there ever again if I need repairs. They don't call you back when you request updates. They had my vehicle there for 3 months and it was minor fender bender collision. If I could rate no stars I would.

Had my truck in to put a piece of trim on the truck. Left there all day ,when I picked it up the trim was slapped with a bunch of silicone to hold it in there. Instead of screwing in the right way. Obviously their workers don't care about doing the job the right way. If you don't want a bunch of headaches don't take your vehicle there.

This company did a wonderful job on restoring my vehicle after it had hail damage. The best part was they waived my deductible! However, the whole process was so easy, and handled with friendliness and professionalism. I had my vehicle back within their estimated time frame and I would definitely recommend them and use again if needed!

So happy I chose Pro Masters! No one ever wants to go through insurance claims but Molly was so nice and openly communicated with me throughout the entire process! They were amazing, I used this shop to repair my hail damage on my brand new car and they were phenomenal. They were fast, very professional and had a rental ready for me. I had a bad experience somewhere else recently after my car was stolen, and this body shop blew me away with how easy and stress-free this experience was with my new car. I recommend them to anyone, especially if you aren't sure what to do about your hail damage. They also help deal with the insurance, so you don't have to worry.

I recently got scratches on my truck door that had been damaged at an auto mechanic shop... I wish I would have gotten the name of the person that did the repair work, because he or she did an amazing job, not only did he repair the door but I believe he may have washed my truck and cleaned the interior, put some shine on the tires and it looked like a brand new truck.Thank you and please let whoever did the repairs that I am beyond happy.I would definitely recommend them for any type of hail,dent etc. repairs that need to be done on your vehicle.Also the girls at the front desk were great, wonderful customer service representatives JoAnn Filler-Neumeister

My 2018 chevy was backed into between the two doors on my truck while we were hunting in Kansas. Their insurance company was with farm bureau and Pro Master took care of everything with the Insurance. When I got my truck back it looked just like the day I bought it. Thank you everyone that work on my chevy truck. Hope I never get into another wreck but if I do I will go back to Pro MastersServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Hail damage from this summer was repaired along with replacing my windshield. This was all done in a timely manner. My vehicle had significant deep scratches on the hood and body from my dogs which i asked if they would be able to buff and polish out while repairing hail damage. My vehicle was returned to me looking brand new. The outside has not been that clean since i drove it off the lot, the tires were shined, the interior, and mats were even cleaned. My vehicle was absolutely spotless. The windshield and hail damage repair is fantastic!Everyone was very friendly and polite when scheduling and picking up my vehicle. Highly highly recommend. THANK YOU!
