Staff is always friendly and helpful. Also only auto shop in town to open till 10pm currently.

Called and ordered two 5 gallon containers of Rotella 15w-40 I was told it would be delivered by Wednesday before thanksgiving. I called to make sure they were in and the lady on the phone was rude and very disrespectful. Will not shop at the store ever again.

The customer service is awful not going there again .Taking my business to Auto zone at least the employees help you find what your looking for not just point to an aisle and say it's over there.Not just one employee did it ,they all did .

When you ask for certain parts, you would think they would know what to look for. Well I've ordered parts there twice and both times they couldn't get it right. But if you go in and tell them what you need they seem to be ok with getting the parts you need. Only when you help them look for it in the store or on the computer. I would think they would have more experience than that. But they do have pretty good attitudes.

I like this store they are so helpful and happy and in tune with customers and their needs I truly appreciate all the professionalism they showed even under stress that truly is above and beyond customer satisfaction I really appreciate this store I m handicapped and they made me feel so good and not like a burden or headache they were so nice and helpful thank god for people who are interested in learning how to be the best customer service representative in auto parts business I will spend my money here any day before I pay these other rude companies thanks for being the best I m going to get tell all my family and friends to come in and shop with this company thanks for listening to my words

Their prices might be just a little bit higher but I trust their products and they can get products that nobody else can get check them out before you go anywhere else

Called before we drive an hour to this store, they knew we would be coming a few mins before closing at 10. When we got there, they had doors locked, lights were halfway off and would not pick up the phone. Very unprofessional to tell people you will service them BEFORE closing time and when the time comes, you re nowhere to be found. Do better!!

Incredible and deserving of a 10 star best service ever. I had a part i was going to but instead of taking it off the old one . The nice guy helped me get them off and saved me so much time and money. They are my go to car parts store

Nate at the Hudson store was outstanding, professional, courteous, got me the right parts the first time and was moving faster then anyone in that store. Even came out to my car and showed me how to easily install it. Took 3 minutes. Give that kid a raise. He is management material. I might steal him for my shop.

They did a free check engine light diagnostic and offered me some good advice on taking off from a stop on a hill in second. Very helpful!

O'Reilly always has been able to help me with whatever vehicular problems I may be experiencing. Staff couldn't be any more wonderful. There always seems to be someone who actually cares about vehicles and they generally have the knowledge to point me in the right direction. I have never had a bad experience at this location.

Went to buy an adaptor and clamps but left my card at home. I was trying to reach my wife to get the card number and couldn't. I was about to leave when the manager and worker told me don't worry about it. I didn't know what they meant at first, then realized they were paying for the parts themselves for me. I couldn't believe it. That kind of service is unheard of. It didn't cost that much but the fact that they took care of me in this way is the point. They just said pay it forward.The only reason I won't exclusively give my business to them is if they can't get a part in sooner than another place in the event of an emergency repair. Otherwise, all my business will go there. Thanks O'Reilly parts.

This is the best parts store around. The guys here really know what's up and I've never had any issues with any transaction. Even with getting my alternator warranty replaced 4 times in 3 months. (It was my car's fault). Always a good experience.

O'Reilly employees seem more knowledgeable and helpful then most other part stores.Prices are competitive, however they may need to check prices of a few items that I found at other stores for literally half the cost.

They quoted me all wrongs prices and even sold me the wrongs Spark plugs and then even embarest My friend bY accusing him of Putting Merchandise in his pocket He don't eveN steal or have anything in his pockets but cellphones.I wont be back

This is a really nice store. They had the small hose clamp the I needed and the nice lady working there knew exactly where it was. Bravo! I will be back.

Went in to get locking gas cap was told they had competitive pricing they said they didn't have it in but another shop did and I could go there to get it I asked do they do the same he said"yes" so I went not only did they not do it they charge frieght to have it ordered so I left. Two thumbs down.

Customer care was great. Staff was curtious and very helpful. Inhad even left my purse because I was in such a hurry. Staff immediately called me to let me know. Thanks Oreily staff on Hudson and Rupple, Pueblo CO

I've had better luck with parts that I've bought at O'Reilly than I have with AutoZone. Prices are about the same, and I'm pretty sure they have a price match guarantee, but I'm not 100% sure.

Great assistance when our RV engine light came on trying to get home from camping! Big parking lot and another large lot behind the store so very easy in and out for a big rig!!

Great place to get parts may not always have the parts needed but it doesn't stop them trying to find it for you as soon as possible. I like the staff they always are trying to help with what ever is needed.
