They did a great job on our Toyota Tundra.I called them and was able to set an appointment in about a week. Brought the truck in and they diagnosed the problem (front wheel bearing) and called me by the end of the day. They had it fixed the next day. It runs great now. They were nice, friendly and the price was fair.

Norick's is the friendliest and most courteous business I've encountered in Pueblo. Whenever I visit, I'm treated terrific and feel like I'm surrounded by friends. Of greater importance is the integrity and honesty thats always projected by the owner, Denny. I'm always confident that my car will be repaired as well as is possible. Not having to worry about unnecessary repairs or shoddy work is so important. I have an old car and Denny takes that into account and fixes it well. So, my 27 year old car keeps rolling along. From Denny to MIchael and all the mechanics, I am grateful for their kindness and the high quality of their work. If you need your car serviced, Go To Norick's and don't look back.

Charged me more that agreed upon and didn't receive any clear information about the work that was done vehicle still in the same state as when I brought it there, but everyone was very nice.

OMG! Best customer service ever. So courteous and helpful. I don t know when the last time I felt like I was treated like an actual person by an actual person. We all need more of this in our lives.

Michael and the crew are very attentive and helpful. Allowed me to come in for an engine light even though they were booked. Other places were wanting to charge up to $300 (ford) for diagnostic. Norick's charged $100 to find out what was wrong with my air conditioning. They said the air compressor was linking and it would be $2000 to fix. I passed and got another shop's opinion. The other shop charged me $50 and found a couple of hose leaks. Total repair cost under $250. If you were me, what would you think of Norick's?Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

My family is on a road trip and the alternator broke on our truck. We called several mechanic shops in the area trying to find anyone to help us but we were turned away. One of the shops recommended Noricks and they were kind enough to squeeze us in to their already full schedule and help us. They were able to order a new alternator and install it within the hour. We are so thankful for their efficiency and hard work! We were able to quickly get back on the road, they saved our road trip! Special thanks to Denny the owner for being so helpful

very bad experience, only went here cause I saw they had very good reviews.. went in for a diagnostic and a simple easy fix, had me back and forth for 2 weeks taking it and bringing it back.. they charged me almost $600 for something that didn't even make a difference cause when I went back they still couldn't figure out what's wrong with my vehicle.They then told me another issue it could've been and to bring it back.. NEVER AGAIN. I TOOK IT TO A FORD MECHANIC AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD CONNECTED THE WIRING WRONG AND IT WAS ONLY A $150-$200 fix.. makes no sense but they still wanted me to go back and pay another diagnostic I think they were just taking guesses at this point.. very disappointing

Norick's Auto Service was recommended to me, and I couldn't be more pleased with the customer services, expediency in repairs, and the repairs themselves that I received today. Michael was very friendly and willing to work around my schedule to book my repairs. It was completed when I was told it would be completed. My elderly mother uses Norick s and we are so thankful that she has an honest, reliable and good quality place to take her car. I live out of town or I would use them as well. My family has used Norick's for years. I made an appt for an oil change and asked if they could take a look under the right side because my car was making a squeaking sound after I'd hit a pothole on the right side the week before. This was Monday of Thanksgiving week, and we were going out of town. I told them I would be able to leave the car and would just need it by the following Monday. It had not been touched by the next Monday. I called every day and was told they hadn't been able to get to it yet - some staff had taken time off, someone was out sick, they were extra busy, etc. On Day 10 I called and told them I was coming to get my car. They hadn't touched it - for 10 days and an oil change. Unfortunately we're looking for a new shop now.

Norick s might be the hidden gem of auto shops in Pueblo. They found my catalytic converter was restricted when the dealership tried to tell me it was my engine. Norick s ordered the parts and replaced it within a week of diagnosis. Honest people and very easy to communicate with. My car runs good as new I ve never been happier with an auto shop!

I can t say enough how great these guys are. I m on a road trip out west and in Colorado Springs, my coolant hose burst. I got towed to a shop in that area and they patched it up but they did not do it thoroughly enough because a couple hours later, my car broke down again. I got towed to Pueblo and spent the night. The next morning, I called every shop and they said something along the lines of sorry, but we can t see you for at least a week. Finally, I called Norick s and despite all the other work they had, they were very compassionate and agreed to take me in ASAP. As soon as I got there, the while team came to my car and treated me like I was a top priority. They did an extremely thorough review of the car and figured out the root problem which was causing my car troubles. When they thought they had fixed the problem, they didn t just leave it there. They had one of their guys test drive it for about 30 mins to be absolutely sure the car would be good for the rest of my trip. I can t say enough how thorough and genuine these guys are. If you want mechanic that you will trust to give true quality care, these are your guys. Highly recommend.Service: Engine repair

They got me in at the last minute before I took a road trip, I had procrastinated on an oil change. They were in communication every step of the way because of a delay due to my car requiring a special oil that they did not have in stock, but they were able to get it quickly delivered from one of their vendors. They were very friendly, the place was clean, and there was a cheerful and professional atmosphere.Services: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I had to make an emergency stop here after I smelled something funny and my check engine light came on. Solo female here with a dog on a cross country trip from Idaho to Louisiana. To say I was panicked, was an understatement. From the moment I called Norick's, I knew I was in good hands. They got me in that morning and I was on my way by lunch the next day. I feel their prices were fair and they went above and beyond to keep me in the loop on timeline and repairs needed for my car. They even brought my bag to me at the hotel I was staying at. If I lived in Pueblo's this would without a doubt be who works on my car. I wish I had a Denny and Norick's at home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I am new to town and had a really wonderful experience here! Had some issues with alerts popping up on my Chevy Cruz so I called to see if they could take a look. They were polite and professional and so so helpful in answering my questions!They got my car repaired quickly and were fair in the pricing of the repair.Had a great first experience and will definitely continue to bring my car here from now on!

In this day and age it's difficult to find people and businesses you can trust who have extensive knowledge and expertise and provide great servic at a fair price. Denny and his entire crew are the best I've ever had the pleasure to work with. I've trusted them to diagnose and repair problems with my Dodge Ram 3500 HD and provide maintenance on several occasions. They've always done a terrific job in a timely manner. Recommended by a friend of mine and glad he did. Very friendly and courteous. I was given options on the A/C work I needed repaired. The repair was done promptly and at a very reasonable price with a follow up included to insure there were no leaks. Just an excellent experience overall. I highly recommend Denny to you.

Wow! I had a fuel pump fail and didn't even get the van to them until 1pm, so I expected to wait at least a couple of days. Imagine my surprise when they called just before 5 and told me it was ready to go. Unfortunately I was 45 minutes away and they close at 5, but they waited for me to make the trip. Really cool guys. Can't recommend highly enough

Top motor mount bolt came loose -allowed engine to rock. They fixed it in 10 minutes no charge --Regular shop refused to look at it for 3 weeks. Now Norick's is my new regular shop!!

Very happy with the service at Norick's. The front man Denny and the man who did my oil change (didn't catch his name) were both helpful and pleasant. I told them that the quick lube places I had been taking the car in the past frequently had to replace my serpentine belt and to be sure they checked it here. They triple checked it for me, but said there was no need to replace it as those belts are meant to last 20k-30k miles, not six months! I feel like an idiot for being ripped off for such a long time, but thankful to Norick's for not letting that continue. We will definitely be taking our cars here from now on!

This family owned shop has cared for our vehicles longer than I can remember. Jerry has retired but the shop is stronger than ever.Denny has always treated us right. Great service and they help protect our vehicles to keep them on the road.Just did a 4 wheel brake job, replaced the ac manifold and have everything running great. Older cars require extra upkeep and Norricks has kept them running great.Price is always fair, and the expertise and care they offer is 5 star. That have a full house everyday for a reason.
