I work in the industry and deal with a lot of parts suppliers and vendors. The group of people here are by far the nicest, most knowledgeable, fastest, and most generous. They also have the best inventory. They're my go-to 100%. Kris killed it for me this evening - went above and beyond so that I could have a satisfied customer. No one asked me to leave this review. I just want people to be able to find a trustworthy source.

Store was closed upon arrival. After a light discussion, went in and placed our order. Two days later called and said they had it all put together on a pallet. Fast, friendly service.

First time I got hung up on, second time dude wanted to tell me where I got my alternator. Customer's always right!! I did get my alternator there.. Never had a problem until today, will be taking MY business somewhere else

Ideal location for this business, near several major car dealerships!! Tried to get a part at my dealership, they didn't have it in stock but could order it for me!! Came here to NAPA, they had the part in stock at a cheaper price than the dealer!! Very competent young lady at the counter was very personable and efficient. Will look for my parts here before going to the dealer!

One of the best when it comes to customer service. They have what I need and by some chance they don t they find it for me and I have it the next day. Chris the manager and the rest of his crew treat everyone with respect and go out of their way to make sure I get what I need... great place, great business, and a pleasure to work with

I can't reason why they would have a 5 star rating every time you go there they don't even know what they're selling and don't even know what a micro2 fuse is... This is a recognized autoparts dealers? RIGHT? I can recall another time I threaded a part with no visible wear on it only to figure out they sold me the wrong one and they wouldn't offer to refund it either 60 bucks down the drain. This is a franchise store and have no allegiance to NAPA corporate like all Napa stores. So guess what? The old man that runs it might be a nice guy but the fact is he thinks he can get away with doing whatever he wants. After all it is his business... Thankfully they have parts other stores don't carry. Great store if you're in a bind. Customer service needs training improvement. It's not like I called in and spoke with a teenager on their first day of the job either. I know these people as I deal with them on a yearly basis.

Great place to get parts they went above and beyond to try to get me what I needed even though it was a couple hours before closing. Couldn't get it so they gonna make sure the parts are in by 7am the next morning to keep me and my customer happy.

Jimmy I believe was his name. I was looking for some new lugs and they are rare. he took his time and even asked his manager if the only thing we could find would work. Like a charm!

Every single part you can possibly imagine and then 10 times more that you can't imagine if you have a problem and can't figure it out come and ask these guys most likely they'll be able to figure it out for you they carry top-end high-end Parts with lifetime warranties and a selection of other parts with 2 and 3 year warranties most of them on hand if not they can have them the next day one of the most renowned NAPA Auto Parts in Colorado

We needed to get back on the highway when we realized our truck had a bad u-joint. The other parts stores in Pueblo did not have the part in stock. We called Napa and talked to Chris who said he had the part in stock Chris was very friendly and went out to our truck and confirmed this was the correct U -joint. Unfortunately when we took off the old part, we realized the new part we got wouldnt fit on the rear end. We went back in to Napa with the old U-joint and Chris took his time to find what was needed to make the new U-joint work on our truck. We havent experienced such great Customer Seevice in a long time and really appreciate what Chris did to help us. The truck is running grear!! Thank you Napa and Chris.

Most knowledgeable staff in the area. Great at finding "thingys", "dodads", and "whatchamacallits" as well as the highest quality specific parts you could ask for.

This is by far the best parts store in Pueblo, Abe Montoya helped us out today, he was very knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. I will continue to use Napa in the future when I need automotive tools and parts.

So I needed to rebuild a Dana 35... Master kit and ring and pinion. Napa wanted $530, I got the same items from Rock Auto with next day shipping for $340. Just go in there to get part numbers then go home, order from Rock Auto and save yourself some serious money.

I always stop at NAPA first. Once and a while their parts cost a little more but then I don't worry about quality.

It was not good , no one knew what I needed. Tried to sell me parts that I don't need , only one person to help at the counter. Had to go to O'ReillyThey got it right .

This place had no clue of the promotional Napa email and didn't even carry what was advertised
