I was skeptical at first, because us women well know how mechanics can overcharge women. I appreciate that they were honest and fair with their prices and they work with you. Mike is awesome. He listen to my concerns and reassured me i would be taken care not to worry he would wrk with me and he made it right. I scheduled my appointment on their online system, easy peasy. Took my car in for the service and wanted them to check a couple concerns I had on my new to me, SUV. They completed the service with no issues and we chatted about what they found. They put my mind at ease about a couple issues and didn't try to say there was a bunch wrong with it to get $$ (like other local shops try to scam women). Luckily, I'm fairly knowledgeable about my vehicles, so I'm not that easy.I'll be scheduling the appointment next week.Bottom line - I trust these guys and will continue to take my vehicles there for work. From desk to shop, all my interactions here were top notch. Keep up the great work!Side note: Mueller's did a Mother's Day free oil change last year for single moms with a local church. That gets extra kudos from me! It shows you care about your local community.

Everyone was really nice. There was a clean waiting area, snacks and water, tea and coffee if you drink that. They even had an option to use one of their cars of I needed to. So far I got an oil change and the back brakes done on my van. They literally brought me out to see that my brakes were paper thin to help me understand what needed to be done. I will be back.

I'm just glad I found these guys. I moved here just 2 years ago, and I had my place I've been going to for about 30 years in Fountain, which isn't that far and I've still been going back-and-forth to them. But then I found these guys and like I told them , they are like the doppelg�nger of my guys I used to go to. family owned, Christian based, very honest, very nice, reasonable. I'm just glad I found them so I don't have to drive to Fountain anymore. Both times been there service has been great. They've been wonderful.

My first experience with Mueller's auto was a refreshing one. I was taken care of right away. They listened to the problems that I was having with my pick-up.They repaired my pick-up and it is running GREAT! All of my pick-ups issues were resolved.I was treated respectfully and with courtesy. I would recommend Mueller's auto to anyone who wants their vehicle repaired and repaired correctly.Steven Hudson

I ve been going to mueller auto the last 3 years. They are an amazing team!Fast, reliable, and a fair price! They are honest and have taken such great care of everything when I ve had a car problem.I would highly recommend them!!

I love this place! I've been a customer for several years now and am always treated with respect. I trust them completely which is hard to say for a lot of places. Mike T is usually the person that I communicate with and he always explains anything I need to know.

So far...very good. Your advice to replace two of my tires to possibly cure the shake in the old Cadillac seems to be working. I'll be back next week to get the air conditioner back to working properly. See you then !

Took my car in & explained everything it was doing. They were able to take me in right away & diagnosed the problem. They were even able to fix it that same day & It was cheaper than they originally quoted me!! Very nice people & great work!! Will definitely use them again & will recommend!!

I have never experienced such careless, incompetent service. I would never recommend anyone taking their vehicle to this shop. I have a 1999 Toyota Tacoma that they kept for 5 months, did unauthorized work and charged me for it and my keys were stolen. I remained patient for as long as possible but at this point they are taking advantage of their customers. Supposedly the keys of my truck were stolen from their office and they did not bother to change the locks or the ignition until I insisted. At first they gave me a key that didn t work then separate keys for the ignition and door and completely forgot to change out the lock for the gas tank. Their services were completely unsatisfactory and I paid them so much money for them to be so careless and inconsiderate. Please take your car anywhere else but here. 0/10. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Not knowing who to take our vehicle to we got an advertisement in the mail. So we took it to Mueller. We thought it would be an engine or transmission since everyone was telling us so. They called us and stated it would be $800 in diagnostics and we could see it being way more if it was the transmission. I did not get a good vibe. Well, they did not call us we had to call them twice in a week. They still did not get back with us. Very unusual because most people get back right away. Not good customer service at all. I am thinking they have not called us or even look at our car because we said no to the diagnostics. So we went to pick up our vehicle after seeing it outside for a week and no contact to us. When we picked it up they still did not even look at it. We took our vehicle somewhere else, and in one day the other place got it fixed and it was not a transmission problem at all but something very simple. I also witnessed another lady frustrated going through the same thing we did. Waiting and waiting and her car not even looked at.

I can't say enough about the experience at Mueller's .#1, Complete, Polite, Gentlemen, Jake drove me to hotel, with waiting overnight for part. He was so polite and Gabrielle , was clear on all steps.But entire crew were Awesome, they got me back on the road. But they were all very calm, even tho it was stressful. Front desk guy was very polite. I appreciate giving me service recommendations without trying to press me. The service was fairly quick given that this is a busy shop. Price was spot on. I plan on coming back definitely.

Looking for a mechanic can be a nerve wracking experience especially when you are already faced with unexpected expenses and the stress it brings. I absolutely love this place. If you're looking for an honest affordable place to take your car then go no further. I suggested my boyfriend bring his car here when it was having issues and we felt like another shop was screwing us over. The service was so great we returned with my car 2 days later. Finally an affordable trustworthy place I can take my car.Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

My experience was great. I didn't have enough money to get my brake done. So Mike the manager explained that there is a finance company they work with. I applied was approved. I was able to get my brakes done that day. Now I'm riding safely.

This place is absolutely amazing! I went for my coolant issue and they got my car fixed in a timely manner and went over pricing with me as well as let me know exactly what the issue is and where it is located! I would trust them with your vehicle 100% and I am extremely grateful.

First off the repairs done were done to my daughters Dodge Durango!She was very pleased with the repairs done!She even expressed to me that there were some small things (lights) that were changed to make her vehicle 100 percent!So far we are very satisfied with the repairs as well as parts used and want others to know that if you take your car to Mullers you will have piece of mind with their work as well as parts used!

I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.they went above and beyond working well with my insurance company. My car runs better now then it did before my accident. They explained what needed to be done. I felt they where being very honest.The turn around time was excellent I will always go to them in the future. God bless Mike and Keith.

Finally I found an auto repair company who actually care about their customers. Just wish I could have found them years ago.Great service, both repairing my care and explaining everything to me. I was even more thrilled to find out that they work with Car Shield members. What could have cost me $800 only came to about $200. When a Comany is willing to work with me regarding saving more money for myself, I will always continue to be a loyal Mueller s customer.Oh my god, they did it to me yet again. I just don t know how much more of this I can take. Enough is enough, I m saying something about it! Mueller Auto is now the ONLY place I will take my Jeep. The repairs were done and the quality of work was excellent as usual.What I respect the most is how they always keep me up to date as far as repairing my vehicle. I can honestly say that Mueller s Auto is the only auto shop who really go out of there way to make the customers feel more at ease and find you discounts when available.Thanks again for putting my life back together. When it comes time to do any more repairs you re the only auto company on my list.Thanks again guys! If we re up to me I d give every Mueller employee a nice fat Christmas Bonus.

Mueller's takes care of all my trucks needs.This morning I heard a strange noise when turning on my truck... I drove straight to Mueller's where Keith their manager inspected and took good care of my truck! As always was professional, timely, and put all my concerns to rest... Thank you!!!

My car was taken in right away to check it out. The mechanic called me to the back and showed me what was wrong then wrote up the quote to fix it. They took it in the next day and fixed part of the problem then ordered the other part. I called to see if the parts were in and they had so they had me take my car in right away and called me when it was fixed. I am very satisfied with Mueller s employees.

Our truck was towed into Mueller s after a breakdown. It was purchased from CarMax and had the maxcare warranty. Mike and team diagnosed the issue, submitted the warranty claim, fixed the vehicle, and provided a loaner while they completed the repairs. You won t find better service or work in Pueblo. Highly recommend!

I needed just a diagnostic and quote of how much my Navi would cost to get fixed and they were even truthful about a part they recommend getting fixed from the dealership that I got it from. I will be scheduling to get my ac compressor fixed from Mueller's here soon.

Very honest and satisfactory mechanic shop. Took care of multiple cars in our household including a 2004 Lexus and 2007 Volkswagen Jetta. Superb work on both vehicles, they were efficient and both vehicles were ready in a timely manner. No complaints whatsoever, everything we came back for was covered under the warranty, very safe and reliable establishment that will not disappoint! Proud to have found an amazing place that not only prioritizes the individual as a client but the vehicle as well.

Recently moved to the area and took my vehicle in for an oil change. They diagnosed several other issues with my van and set up a service scheduled to complete the tasks. Great customer service and I haven't been this satisfied spending almost 5 grand.lol

I recently had my 2011 ford escape serviced at Mueller s auto and the service was astonishing fast, convenient, and very polite. I m very pleased with the work and happy to have my vehicle working again. Thank you Muellers auto!

I was driving across the country and woke up to find i had a coolant leak. The guys got my vehicle in right away and replaced the water pump on my Silverado. This got me back on the road in only a few hours. Good work at a fair price.
