We went in this morning to get a piece of glass repaired that our son broke & they got it done in 15 minutes. It looks immaculate!! You could never tell it was even broken !also way better priced then we even thought they were going to quote ! 10/10 recommended :)Service: Window repair

Had some window screens replaced and they had to make a new frame for one of them. Over the past few years they have done several for me. The front office staff knows what they are doing and is always friendly. They have always done good work.

Came in looking for a specific door part. The older gentleman that helped us was super helpful! Showed him a photo of the part, he new exactly what it was and had it in stock. Took the time to show us all the operating parts and also showed us a few other tricks about commercial door repair. Give this guy a raise!. Couldn't have been more please with the service. Needed 2 Windows price was hundreds lower than other quotes, gave me a 30 day time frame to have custom made. Called .me 10 days latter and had them ready. Thanks for your great service.

While we have not been in this new location we were impressed with the vast layout and nice displays. We were a little disappointed in the delayed and lack of a warm welcome when we finally reached the counter. The young lady never got up from her chair except to check with someone in the back. We were finally able to look at a few options and schedule an appointment for someone to come out to get measurements and we are waiting for estimates now. Very nice place and we have worked with Jay in the past.

Locally family owned and operated glass business. These guys are the real deal. They will take care of you even if you have custom needs when it comes to windows and doors. I also get all of my cut glass and mirrors from these guys.

By all means the best customer service! I had a glass cut for top of table. I missed judged measurements and they cut again with no charge. Fits perfect now! Also received a glass cleaner that is great. Will be buying more from them and definitely use there service in the future.

They did decent work for a client of ours but never stated that payment was due upon installation. When they called us the day after installation, they had contacted our client to solicit payment from them without having contacted us first for payment. Very unprofessional way to handle business.

I needed screens replaced at my home on Ruger Dr. they did an excellent job. Enjoy working with this company.When I moved to Pueblo West to my new home, I went back to this company. They actually helped me decide on the solar screens that I needed for my new home.They are friendly, professional and they got the job done timely.

I am for the most part. A very patient guy. This whole thing started November 21, I believe was my first contact from my phone records. They came out, looked chatted, left. I was very pleased at this point, they were very nice. It is now December 28. And I don't have anything to show, my kitchen re model is now nearing the end, and still no windows. NOT EVEN MY BID FOR WINDOWS. I have called, and called, and called. 8 different days to be exact. And not 8 straight, I gave plenty of time In between for them to call back, about 5 days. I would however, sometimes call multiple times that day and get asked to leave a message, and I'll get a call back... no such luck. They seemed very friendly and knowledgeable, this why i have given it so long. Because I really did want to use them, as I have a bunch of other windows and sliding doors and rental properties that will need work in the future. But, I'm done waiting. Over 5 weeks to get just the bid, and then get the ball rolling. Not even a phone call back, let alone. I was planning on using them regardless as long as it wasnt outrageous. Shame, because they sure seemed genuine.

We bought an older home several months ago, and in the process of fixing screens, I discovered a window with broken internal latching hardware. I brought the window in to Mountain West, and the OEM parts weren't available, but they provided me with tools and advice on how to fix the problem anyway. The window now works perfectly.They're friendly, helpful, courteous, and pretty darned funny too.

WOW!!!! This is the only word I can use to explain everything this company did to help us out with our new front door. We called an spoke with Jay, and informed him of the horrible process we had encountered at one of the "big" box stores. Jay moved some mountains and was able to build and install our front door in 5 days!!!! WOW WOW WOW......... Thank you so much for saving the day and all your help!!!!!

My initial order was cut incorrectly by a new employee. Once I made contact, both owners met me at the shop on a weekend to make sure the issue was corrected to my expectations. Excellent service.

I needed to replace a small piece of glass in one of the doors of my console unit broken during a move. The gentleman who helped me had it cut in just a moment while I waited and then didn't even charge me. He said to come back when I had a bigger order! Living in Colorado, I will likely need to have a windshield replaced on my car one day. He was very professional, as were the others working there. That small jester of kindness will result in not only my future business, but recommendation to others as well!

Ordered nine windows for a remodel,they delivered them on 4/9/20, one had a cracked pane they said they would replace it. Five of the windows didn't allow rain water to "weep" to the outside. When they came out, they said the windows weren't installed correctly! But tried drilling holes to allow the windows to weep, turns out, they drilled through the frame allowing water to weep to the INSIDE walls!!I finally had to file a BBB complaint about the cracked pane, they responded to it saying we were "out of their service area"! (they didn't care about that when they SOLD the windows)! I also did a one star review on MAPS, Jay said if I didn't remove it I wouldn't gat ANY service from him!! (so I deleted it) I finally talked to the Jenn-weld rep, they came out and declared the windows had manufacturing defects that didn't allow the water to weep correctly, Jenn-weld ordered and shipped new replacement windows for warranty replacement, including the cracked pane. Total time, almost nine months and thousands of dollars! BEWARE if you plan on large purchases here, get bids from OTHER local companies!!

Had to file a BBB complaint about window with a cracked pane that they delivered and refused repair in a timely manner, when calling them, was hung up on several times. THEY never did the repair, had to get the manufacturer to do it. Glass shower door kept jumping off track, (of course when they showed up it seemed fine), we finally had to rehang it our selves. The (manufacturers) defective windows that didn't weep correctly, they tried to repair by DRILLING holes to let the water out, but DRILLED into the frames letting water INTO THE WALLS! They declared the windows were incorrectly installed, but when the manufacturer inspected them, they said the windows were installed correctly, but had MANUFACTURING defects. They replaced all the defective windows. Be very WARY of any large purchases you make here, they WILL NOT provide competent service if you need it.

I came here for the internal locking mechanism and handle for a jell-wen sliding patio door. an obscure part, that I would have either waited weeks to receive or had to replace the entire patio door. the young lady working behind the counter found the exact parts that I needed in a miscellaneous box of parts. it really saved my butt on a job that I'm working.

Its a little pricy but they have a Nice selection of custom glass last few times I requested quotes their response time has kinda sucked called at 10:00 am and they where supposed to call me back with a quote but never did so a little dissatisfied with that.
