Took my car there nothing was wrong with it got it back and they made something be wrong with it. Then the boss man was being very rude and wasn t trying to work with me at all. Would not recommend for anything at all thumbs down all the way.

Great service fast and quality work, Randy was able to figure out what was wrong with my car he was honest. I'm not use to that a lot of mechanics try to sell you things you don't need! I highly recommend Midtown alignment & brake for your automotive repair needs.

Well never go back to them ne er again and my family has used them for years then I call and ask If they can do alignment on my dads car and they said they well not mess with it

Do Not Take Your Truck Here! Took my truck in here about a month ago to have my alignment and steering wheel sorted out after hitting a curb. They charged me almost 100$ to "fix it" because i had "oversize tires" (33s on stock suspension). Was only on their rack for maybe 15 minutes at most then they pulled it off and said I was good to go. Pulled out of the lot and my steering weel was still out of wack and it was pulling to the left still slightly, so I called back and explained that it wasn't right. The owner was very short with me, blamed my big tires and said he couldn't do anything about it. They shouldn't be offering a service if they can't complete it. I won't be gong back. Save your money and just go to prigmores.Service: Wheel alignment

DO NOT GO!!! The worst alignment and customer service I have ever received! Right when I pulled in all the employees looked upset that I was making them get up and do some work. My vehicle drove worse after the messed with than when I dropped it off. I took it back and was wondering if they would look at it again, I was told "it is what is." you would think after 40years experience he would know how to align vehicles correctly.Service: Wheel alignment

Ive heard they are the best at a variety of work. But From my descriptions of the symptoms they sent me to Aamco transmissions.Clearly an honest shop.

From my description they decided I needed Aamco not them.Honest mechanics. Recommended for drive train issues. It was my trany.

I called to get an alignment since I ve been experiencing some shaking/vibration since I replaced my wheels. They said come on by they aren t busy. I stopped in and the guy at the desk asked me why I think I need an alignment and I told him because of the consistent vibration/ shaking when I m driving and he bold faced looked at me and said cars do not shake when they need an alignment. Obviously he doesn t know what he is talking about so I left without getting service bevause he kept saying over and over that I didn t need an alignment without even looking at it. Please hire people that know how to do a basic alignment

Talked to them on the phone they said they could do an alignment on a lifted truck. Got there the guy at the desk told me how lifting a truck ruins it and put the ticket back under the desk. Definitely would not recommend this place for any lifted truck. Horrible attitude. It was on a new tundra with a Toyota 3 inch lift designed for the truck by Toyota. I used them when I lifted my 4Runner years ago and they did amazing I don t know what changed in the last couple years other than their terrible attitude!

Rude. Very rude. They told me they couldn t align my car and told me what s wrong but wouldn t give me estimates. I gave them a try because I hear good things. When I came back to get my car they were all sitting there but couldn t call me and tell me car was ready even though they saw me walking with my 2 kids.

The staff there were rude people. It's amazing that they are still in business. they did not perform the wheel alignment and charged me $ for putting in on the alignment machine. I never refer people to Midtown Alignment go somewhere else where you appreciated as a customer.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Randy was rude enough my 8 year old said something when we left. Wanted to charge double for an alignment since we replaced our own parts. Seemly was upset when i genuinely asked why its double the work, even pulled the service ticket away which sealed the deal. Price wasn t the issue. It was the attitude and the response.

Excellent service! Just got my front rotors and all 4 pads replaced from there. Very good pricing at $500, well worth it! :)

Came in for an alignment,took ten minutes and 50 dollars and my car still was not fixed. A true alignment takes longer, this place did nothing but take my money,lesson learned.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Just needed a quick modification for my Jeep s exhaust to clear my new suspension set up. They were able to get me in quickly and did exactly what I needed. They even had me come look and make sure it was done how I wanted it. I ll be back next time I need some work done!

I love midtown. Texas tire recommend midtown. Thankgod they did. it will be the only place in pueblo ill get my alignment done. They are affordable and fast. Friendly as well. I got big 26's and they can accommodate me! I drive from out of town to midtown.

I have taken several vehicles into Midtown Alignment in the last 33 years and they have never disappointed me. They are honest, trustworthy and thorough. They get me in right away and make me feel like they really care. Reasonably priced, as well.

Always get my alignment done here, never had a problem, they're quick too they always 1-2 hrs but never takes that long in reality.

I came in to do an alignment on my 2007 Cheysyler Sebring and it didn't need parts or anything so it was only $59.95! That's way cheaper than anyone else and better yet it only took them 20 mins and I was gone,So quick! The guys were very professional and sweet! Most honest guys I've ever met. My tire was squealing, he couldn't find the problem. Said everything was okay, could have charged me for brakes or something else, but didn't. Charged me only 22$. Nice to know there's a good place to go that won't take advantage of a woman.

took my boyfriends truck to get check had not a single light on the dash & when we got it back it had the check engine light plus the traction control on, when i called the guy said it was it could be cause of the cut exhaust. but the truck never had a light on even with cut exhaust. & he did not even know what to say he continued to say something with the computer and exhaust.

Went to multiple places in town and Midtown was the BEST!! Got a quote for my car that was affordable and realistic. Very friendly environment. Would go back and will definitely refer to all my family and friends.

Poor attention to detail. Poor workmanship. Left a bolt loose on an upper control arm. Serviceman told me alignments are not warrantied and that I would have to pay for them to realign my vehicle. So shopper beware, if you use this shop check their work. I will no longer use their services. This was also a major safety concern. I would not want my family in a car that they have serviced.

Wonderful,, friendly service. Got us in right away and the price was so much lower than we thought it would be. New alignment machine is great. We will be bringing in our other truck too

Tried taking my truck in for an alignment. The mechanic refused to do it all because I had a 3 in lift on it.... said he would have to take the liftoff... which doesn't make much sense considering the whole reason I needed an alignment was because of the lift. Asked him to max out the caster which he didn't understand. Would not recommend.

I was told I needed a 450.00$ steering gear box ,,,,,,,,,NO, all I needed was honesty ! Went home flushed out my unit, alllll goooood ! 2 years later STEERES GREAT
