I wouldn t even give this place a half a star. They supposedly fixed our AC but now makes noise. They broke a piece off our center console. Said they d fix it but never did. Now we find out they broke our oil filter housing and won t fix it. We now have to pay $1600 for their recklessness.

Had a great experience in a bad timing situation. My daughter and I were on our way to ski during the holiday and my pickup started missing and losing some power and needed to be looked at asap. I called Meineke in Pueblo and was lucky enough to talk to Josh, the Service Mgr. He didn t hesitate at all and said bring it by and we will get you fixed up so you can enjoy your trip. Long story short, it needed new spark plugs and coils. I had to leave my pickup there and needed to find a way to continue our our trip. Josh was so helpful with reaching out to a rental car place to get me back on road. In between our trip, Josh continually updated me on progress of my pickup repair and let me know that it was ready to be picked up on my way back home after trip. We headed back home New Year s Day and I was able to return rental car and pick vehicle up at the shop. All in all, a great experience and service to get me back home. Would highly recommend using their services.

My car was sounding as loud as a tractor I took it in and the guys literally let me see the cracked manifold before they started to fix it and turns out, the manifold had cracked in half!!! They replaced it in good time at a fair rate and were kind, informative, and helpful. So very impresssed with Joshua's knowledge of car mechanics. He helped me so much with a car with a multitude of problems that 2 previous car shops missed, did not and could not fix. Also, he very kindly listened to my endless questions. I will recommend Meineke Car Care Center to friends and family in the future.

Good attention to detail.I was not only given a verbal presentation of possible issues, but it was backed up with photos and being shown those concerns.An oil change with an appointment took almost 2 hours.I suggest all filters be mentioned for replacement when setting an appointment for an oil change.Otherwise, you'll be waiting for the parts to get delivered.Nice, friendly service personnel.Good service.Friendly Staff and Crew.Service: Oil change

My car broke down and had to take my car in. They were able to diagnose the issues quickly, but it was their honesty and willingness to work with me that made the best of a bad situation. Josh and the rest of the crew were quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Had a axle seal replaced here and then they gave me my car back still leaking transmission fluid after charging me over $300. So I brought it back and they kept telling me their transmission guy was coming to look at it that evening or next morning. This all went on for over a week until I finally just brought my car to Muellers Auto and they took the car straight back. Also when I got my car back the floor mats looked like this the steering wheel had grease on it and even the arm rest was black with grease. The least they could do is refund my money and at least have the car clean like when they received it. I would've confronted them but I'm on a time crunch today and just need my car fixed at this point for work. I will never take any cars back to this place or any meinekes, and I'll also make sure none of my friends get scammed like I did coming to this place.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Mechanic either out of neglect or intentionally ruined timing components while replacing the water pump on my Ford Explorer in order to have me or my warranty company pay for extra repairs. The shop manager and district manager both claim that it was not their fault. But my warranty company, an independent mechanic and the FORD DEALERSHIP confirm that the timing issue could only have occurred from the mechanic who replaced the water pump doing the job incorrectly.

I am newly back in the states and my sister had gotten and oil change from the Walmart in la junta on my car while I was gone.My oil maintenance light came on so I brought it to this shop. Joshua came out and opened my hood and to both our surprises my oil was extremely old and didn t look like new oil either.He was very up front about prices and options and extremely knowledgeable about every question I asked. Every step of the process I was asked if I wanted to do x,y or z and given the prices for each and an explanation on why those options were needed.I m from Pueblo, and live in Co Springs now, but I bring my car down to them every time because I know they will get the job done and not try to up-charge any service.

Josh is HANDS DOWN, one of the most professional mechanics I've ever had dealings with, and I'm a 53 year old man, so I seen a lot through the year's, he's very knowledgeable and courteous, he's very patient and understanding, I'd recommend Josh for ANYONE, he's brilliant with intoxalock, the manager, or manager's at Meineje are lucky to have him

Michael was very nice and friendly. The waiting room had 4 or 5 chairs. There was a Kerig machine. It took an understandable amount of time to fix the many problems I got when I inherited my car. Meineke tried to charge me over $200 for an oil change. Just bad customer service, bad policies, and bad management. This place used to be great and went downhill fast. Terrible customer service. Tried to scam me by charging me different pricing from what was listed. Stripped one of the parts on my car and said they didn't touch it. Though they obviously hit it with an impact. Since the inside was shiny and free of dirt. Took it to an actual shop and they told me that Meineke screwed my stuff up.Take your business somewhere else.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Great service. I came in with a cracked radiator. They were able to diagnose the problem, get the parts and get my truck fixed and back in the road in 4 hours. I especially appreciated the updates with pics of what the tech was seeing. I felt very involved in each step of the repair! We broke down on the road and had to towed, so I started calling shops. Willie, the manager, said they could get it in but couldn't guarantee that they could get it fixed before Monday. 5 mechanic diagnosed the issue and realized it was the fuel pump! They ordered the pump and Bryan said he would stay to get it fixed. I offered to help when needed. Long story short Bryan swapped out the fuel pump inside the tank and had us back on the road 30 minutes after they closed. I would recommend this guys. We were on vacation and headed home when this happened. We made it about 5 hours later than planned, but we made it! Thanks guys!UPDATE: I have had several problems with this pump since. It was back in the shop 2 weeks after it was changed out and again after 3 months. The 3rd time was a loose fuel line that the mechanic didn't get secured to the pump, and it finally came loose, pouring gas everywhere.

With holding my opinion and comment till I see how everything is handled after the current problem is hopefully fixed. Till then rating a 1, because zero is unavailable. If the problem is fixed without any hassle, will change to 5. But till then. This is where it standsIt has been 6 weeks that they have been working on my car. The manager at the Fountain location Alex has been nice and friendly and Josh that was covering on Alex's day off was wonderful, but the others answering the phone unprofessional. Even the District Manager was good in the beginning but has totally dropped the ball now. Called the number listed in the response below and no one answers, had to leave a message. I have been nice and patient with them, but my patience is done, I have been having to pay for a rental car for 6 weeks out of my pocket. NOT MONEY that I had for this use. Meineke needs to get their act together. This Business is a total rip off, had a second opinion from another shop after getting my car back they put the new parts in wrong and can't get a answer from them to fix it. District Manager refuses to now answer emails and phone calls! I have the call log and sent emails for proof. Turned in to BBB and they refused to answer the BBB also.

Josh was great and super helpful my car overheated on my lunch break, and I was on a serious time crunch. They let me know my water pump was leaking, this was under warranty at another shop and they willingly held my car for me until the tow truck arrived, and handled everything in such a timely manner. Thank you Josh and meineke for being so kind and professional!

I was pleased that Josh was able to get my truck in so quickly. He provided excellent customer service. Front brakes & rotors were replaced on my Tacoma. They also cleaned the rear brakes. Fast, friendly & good work with no high pressure sales.
