Brought the wife's Jeep in for a coolant leak and they diagnosed and fixed it very quickly (1 day turnaround on a heater core hose assembly). We will definitely be using them again.

I will never take my vehicles there again and will never recommend them to anyone. Very dishonest company.

Great mechanics and diagnosticians. Reasonable prices and honest! Had a car problem while in town & they worked me in right away, fixing it while I waited. Not the first time they helped me out! So Glad Larson s was recommended by a friend!

Larsens has always treated us fair and does quality work. This time I called to bring my vehicle in for diagnostic and repair. After explaining what was going on Sledge suggested that I replace a certain part. Not to difficult to do so I replaced the part myself which fixed my issue. That is great customer service which is what we always receive with Larsens. Won't go anywhere else. Thanks Sledge.

We have been bringing our vehicles here for almost 10 years. They have always treated us honestly and fairly. I highly recommend them to anyone who listens!

Very friendly managementAnd staff. Helpful and knowledgeableUnfortunatelyWork took 2 weeks when was said to be a day or two.Price was 200 more then originally quotedAnd there was damage done to my vehicle during the repairsAnd the vehicle test drive is fine but 55 miles worth? Guessing my vehicle was used for the daily errands...Overall would not recommendUnless you've no other option

The customer is always wrong here.. They used to be good and idk what changed but I'd recommend finding a different place to get your car fixed. They are telling me my car has never been in this shop and I'm saying it has( I would know). But just the rude way they talk on the phone to me is enough for me to take my business elsewhere. They got 1 star on my review bc that's as low as you can go bc they definitely didn't earn the one star.

Joe got me in and out, in about 5 minutes!He plugged my tire, which had a screw hole, and checked to make sure that the leak was repaired! Excellent service, I will recommend them and continue to conduct business with them in the future.!

If i could give them 10 stars i would. We hit a curb with our travel trailer, denting the rim and gouging the tire, but not blowing it. I called and Sledge anwered and he was SO friendly and very helpful, going out of his way for us. They didn't have the tire we needed but he assured me he would find us one and told us to drive down to the shop just down the road. They look at it, find us a tire, drive to get it and the Mat fixes it in no time at all! We were on the road again good as new. I was so happy and relieved I could have cried. All of this and he only charged $140. Absolutely, worth every penny. You saved our day and what could have been an expensive disaster. Thank you so much!!

This used to be a quality repair facility. The last year or so it has had a serious decline. Had a brake job last year that resulted in the brake caliper coming loose a short time later. Had an appointment scheduled a week in advance for an oil change and tire rotation. Eight hours later they completed the requested service only to leave lug nuts loose. Find somewhere else to go

Dealing with Sledge was the most comfortable and easy experience I have ever had with anyone in the automotive industry. The work was done timely and they were able to get me taken care of without concern. No doubt in my mind I will be returning for future work!

I have been brining my vehicles here for 2 1/2 years. They are friendly, efficient and most importantly honest as the day is long. They will go out of their way to do only the work that is needed. They are reliable and stand behind their work.They also have great prices on tires.

Absolutely garbage they told me to drop my vehicle off and it was broken into twice they said they were not liable the guy working was extremely rude through my keys at me and said that it's not his problem do not bring your vehicles here it is an absolute worst idea you could have find somewhere else to go

I had a car that sat for years and decided to take it to Larsens to get it up and running. It took over twice as long as they predicted, it cost more, and I didn't have the car 2 months before a handful of problems arose that they should've taken care of! They also tried to charge me $1800 to install a "new" air conditioning system on a truck of mine! I will never go back!!!

These guys are awful. They have had my vehicle for two months and haven't done anything with it. They keep telling me next week..next week. I going to pick it up and take it some where else. They held on to my neighbors car for a month. Terrible service.

No matter how many times our tires have a slow leak sledge is always willing to patch them up. Now you have to get the tires from him. But they are always a big help and super friendly.

Made an appointment last week for today at 7:30 had not heard anything so stopped by at 4:30 and my vehicle was in the same spot I left it in this morning. Was told we got busy and could not get to it - bring it back tomorrow ..... I made the appointment to ensure they had time to work on my vehicle, they did not even bother to call to say there would be a delay. Totally unprofessional!!!!

Kelly was polite. Jeff was on the ball, but the wait time was difficult. The radiator wasn't properly warmed up. They put a gallon of antifreeze mixture in and sent us off fifteen minutes before close.

As soon as i walked in i was treated like family. The staff is very knowledgeable and helped me get my car in and out of the shop in one day. This is my go to place. If your looking for a great place to get your vehicle wored on this is the place to go!

Went in with a company vehicle for an oil change, headlight replacement and new wiper blades for winter. In and out in an hour. Awesome. Also gave a great recommendation for lunch. Honeybaked ham!

Larsons didn't fix what they were supposed to and what they did fix was poorly executed. Because of them I was left stranded. I had words with Sledge and nothing wad resolved due to an inaccurate receipt. Buyer Beware when dealing with Larsons. Terrible customer service and shoty workmanship.

Amazing people, actually worried about making sure your car is safe and working and flawlessly honest. So good to find a shop that actually believes I understand what's up with my car even though I'm "just a girl."

By past this place they are jokes they have a park in lot full of cars just sitting there and not getting fixed very unprofessional and rude. If you are a traveler like I am this is definitely not the place to stop if you have car trouble.

Best auto shop in town. Sledge and his staff are great. They don't tell you that you need anything that you don't. Very honest.

took the van in to have it looked at for a quick little oil leak the guys went above and beyond trying to locate the leak and then was patient enough to teach me what they found.I would highly recommend this as your mechanic and send all your vehicles there plus your friends and your families such a friendly family place.
