Great service and attention to detail forover twenty years on 3 personal vehicles and 1 high mileage business vehicle for over twenty years. They take care of all manufactures recommended services on schedule, plus they do other needed repairs and service.Very happy and satisfied with this facility and have and will continue to recommend this company and staff.

Everyone is so friendly and their thoroughness goes beyond oil. Love that about this location. Have been using them two plus years now and not to mention their bathrooms are cleaner than fast food restaurants. Did a good job on our oil change. Asked for synthetic oil and they upgraded us(on our dime) to mobile one which was $30 more. They couldn't even reset our oil change required light. They got the oil changed going to check and make sure that they got all the hardware installed back in on the skid plate.

Mechanic did not fix my broken turn signals. Told me to go to a dealership to look up on computer. I instead went to my mechanic in Pueblo West that is reliable. He replaced part that was a switch that controls turn signals in my Lincoln Towncar and got signals working as they should. I'm not sure Grease Monkey installed new wiper blades that I paid them for because the middle of my drivers side windshield the blades don't clear the rain as it was before.

These mechanics are never pushy or condescending like the stereotype, though they are happy to go over anything they notice without that make a sale pressure. The waiting area is always clean and well stocked. Someone had a service dog and I watched them offer water and be as accommodating as possible to the animal and the veteran that brought her in! Add that they have affordable services and do so many little extra things like cleaning the outside windows and vacuuming floorboards, and it really is the best place in town.

Last year I paid over $600 for services. Including oil change, air filter changed, fuel filter changed and transmission flush. I took it to a different shop and turns out that the transmission flush was never completed and does not show up on my Carfax either. I called the company and he said if we said we did it then we did it. But when he looked up my vehicle those services weren't even in his system. I misplaced the receipt for now. So I will need to get my transmission flushed now at a different shop. Word of warning keep your receipts in a safe location so you can prove later that indeed you paid for them services to be done.

Customer service is great, but I am concerned with how I have visited twice but only my recent visit was on record. The wait time can be lengthy so plan to have 3 hours in their lobby.

Check engine like came on and just ran to get a diagnostic and the Manager Russ was awesome super friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this place!

This is actually a young female, and I m honestly disappointed. The guy asked what oil filter I wanted asked for the cheap one, they charged me $150 plus for my oil change. I never even asked for synthetic oil, MIND you I said the CHEAP OIL FILTER. Anyway glad car dealerships/ auto shops/ ect glad you guys love to take advantage of young woman then breaking down the costs of each oil, and not confirming the oil filter as I asked for the $17 one was charged for the $50 cabin filter one or whatever you call it, I could ve just went to Walmart instead of spending my money here. Wish they were more informative. Yes this was about 3-4 weeks ago, just forgot to post my comment.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

This location is amazing! We stopped by on a whim to get an oil change after having a bad experience with Walmart. Their full-service oil change comes with a 16-point inspection, they topped off fluids, cleaned our windows, and vacuumed our vehicle. And the guys that worked there were so nice and welcoming! We had our 3 little ones with us and they had candy in office to buy and they were so understanding and accepting of 3 children entertaining themselves. The entire process took MAYBE 20 minutes. I would give 10/5 stars if possible, absolutely recommend!

They were able to change my oil that same day.One of the managers, Russ was very professional and knowledgeable about the services they offer.The team worked very well together.Great and reasonable prices.Will continue to go there for my oli changes.Service: Oil change
