Elizabeth and Rick are amazing and was able to get me in the same day when I was having car troubles. This is one of the best auto mechanic shop that I have been to. They were able to help me out after diagnosing what was wrong as well as getting me back on the road after being on a time crunch. I truly appreciate them and the whole team!

Normally do my own work but with the weather and not having a garage had to make a call, Had to get my jeep fixed fast and they did the job the same day I called. I would definitely recommend them to anyone absolutely amazing people!!!

Brought my vehicle in for radiator work, continued to overheat. Now I had to put a new engine in my vehicle because they couldn't diagnose and fix my problem. They also charged me for a diagnostic that inevitably didn't solve anything. To add insult to injury they are selling used cars with massively jacked up prices in their parking lot. Avoid this shop.

Horrible, and untrustworthy service. I towed my truck to Geared up auto shop to get an estimate to get it fixed. Rick said the engine is blown it will cost 9,000 to fix or he could buy the truck. Rick said he will give me time to decide what i wanted to do with the truck. But that his shop is down town and he don t have a lot of room. So he will put it in his yard. And that I will be responsible for the diagnostic fee of 110 dollars if I decide not to sell it. So when I decided to not sell it to him he said I owe him 1,095 for tow and storage fee. If I knew there was tow and storage fee I would have towed it myself like I did when I towed to his shop and I would have put back in my yard like it has been for the last year for free. Rick is scammer!!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

What a great auto shop. Everyone is super friendly, the prices are very fair and the quality of work has been good. What I really like is it was low pressure and friendly. A real nice feeling to the whole place.

This place saved my family's last camping trip of the year! We were an hour into our trip with a camper and had engine trouble. Unbelievably, they were available and able to get us back on the road!Even gave our dog a big bone.

Incredible work, every time!! The people here have done such incredible work on my husband s vehicle time and time again. Not only are they skillful mechanics, but they re down to earth and make sure I have the fairest price for the work done. I ve gone to plenty of other auto shops over the years and none have the same combination of people skills, atmosphere, affordability, and technical know-how. I highly recommend trying this place out next time you need anything done on your car!!!

Rick and his team at Geared Up Auto are incredible! We were traveling through town and had alternator go out on us - Amazingly, he and his team were able to help get us back on the road in record time.Almost like having your own Pit Crew!Straight-shooting and really know their stuff. Highly recommend - they ll definitely take great care of you.Thanks again Rick!!

Rick and his team are thorough, polite, and very professional. Mechanical work is never cheap, but I always feel he takes great care to give his customers the best service possible for the money you pay! His shop is clean and his staff are very courteous!

I had my 1987 Grand Prix there and I came in to tell them I was gonna be a week late with payment and the lady owner, freaked out at me in front of my client from Minnesota and told me if I don t pay she was gonna keep my car as collateral. My client paid me early just to get it out! Hmmm very upsetting. She was so angry! I do not recommend this place at all!

Absolutely amazing customer service . The owner explained everything to me in detail and was very helpful when my blinker went out again . I have never been treated so wonderful . Highly recommend this amazing place .

Rick and his family, along with all the workers are really great! Very nice shop and waiting area. Will show you the problem with your car and fix it in good time and upfront about price. Their credit system is awesome for people who need help with paying for repairs... Brianna is awesome at the front desk and always nice. They also are pueblo proud and support the local economy. 5 stars always from me and my family

Rick and Andrea are awesome. All work that we have had done has been the best care and great service. They have always been able to get the work done on the same day. All of the employees have been real nice and informative. Pricing is very good for all they do and they guaranty all their work. They have a comfortable waiting area with free coffee and Fresh POPCORN.

5 stars though they do not install customer parts. However they did one. It's difficult in pueblo finding someone to install performance parts. Ya just need to keep looking

Brought my 2001 Dodge ram 1500 and to replace a 4 wheel drive u-joint. After the inspection I was told the ball joints were bad also and had to be replaced. The whole job would cost about $1600 and could be done that very day. Dropped it off about 11am and picked it up at 5pm. Final bill was under $1600, and it's been running great ever since. Would definitely recommend this garage to anyone who wants their car fixed fast and fixed right. It was a little expensive but quality parts and workmanship always costs little more. If you want cheap parts and half fixed for cheap go somewhere else these guys only know how to fix things the right way and it costs more to do that.

I went in for alignment check didn t cost me anything. Service was fast and the staff was friendly. Comfortable waiting area with snacks and coffee. Alignment was very fairly priced. They are fixing a problem I had with a previous garage. Straight forward and honest. Highly recommended.

The front desk worker was really nice and very friendly. She is the only reason I am giving this place two stars. If not for her, I would give one star (or zero if that was possible).I made an appointment and planned to run errands while they worked on my vehicle. I was told it would be 1 and 1/2 hours to 2 hours, so planned for 2 hours. When I got back, my vehicle had not been moved from the spot where I had left it. No work had been started. I went in and was told that my car would be next and it would be quick. Fast forward nearly an hour and they finally took my car in. Another hour later, they were finally "almost done" and said everything was fixed. I paid and then they came back in and told me there was another "small" part that needed replacing. They said they replaced it and only charged me for the part, no labor. I thought that was nice of them, until I later found out that the part was $6 and they had charged me $26 for it. They also then told me that on the test drive things weren't quite working right and that it would be over $2,000 worth of other repairs to get it working properly. The parts were going to be about $1,000 and the labor was going to be another $1,000. I found another mechanic who did the work for $100 and the parts were less than $500 and the vehicle is running wonderfully now.I had asked for a quote on another vehicle and it was also going to be over $2,000 with parts and labor about 50/50 (roughly $1,000 for parts and another $1,000 for labor). The other mechanic is going to do the work (and actually more than what I got the quote for at Geared Up) for less than half of what Geared Up wanted to charge and the parts were less than $300.I wanted to like this place and again the young lady working the front was great, but I will never take a vehicle there again and would warn others to check other places before agreeing to any work here.

I am impressed with this company! I came to them with a broken tie rod and alignment problems and they got me right back in, ordered parts from Denver that came in that afternoon so I was back in my car and on the road the next morning. They have a nice spacious seating area, a clean restroom, and great customer service skills. Thank you Geared up for not adding to my stress!!

Didn't put bolts in correctly. Said they didn't move it, but then says they "will put it back". Not sure why they thought this was correct. Only takes loosening the bolt to adjust so not sure why they felt the need to remove the capture bolt. Still had to pay even tho they did not fix my issue as well... lol Update: they had left 3 of the 4 screws for the alignment loose and that's why alignment went crooked after a short drive. Midtown Alignment and muffler got it sorted fast.

Great service and wonderful people. Unlike a few places I've been the atmosphere here was amazing. They make it a comfortable and enjoyable wait while they are giving excellent servince to your vehicle. Would recommend Rick and his crew to anyone.

These people are awesome! So friendly. I was having my car serviced and it was going to take several hours. Instead of waiting at the shop, they offered to drive me home & offered to pick me up when my car was ready. They also offer a clean waiting room & bathroom and snacks and fresh popcorn while you wait.
