Best place to have your auto body shop needs.. went on a Saturday morning to have a license plate bracket put on.. I met with Dave .. he was able to attach the bracket within just a few minutes. Very professional and outstanding service. Definitely a class 5 business.. thank you Dave for helping me!!

Where do I start? So I had the unfortunate luck of being involved in an accident in Pueblo and I decided I d have my car towed to Front Range Collision. As you can tell the car got smacked hard and I had my doubts that it could be repaired. Well Front Range quickly changed that. Tara and Dave were amazing through this entire process, the communication and just honestly that they exhibited while handling my car were top notch and definitely hard to come by. The quality of work and just all around experience was prob as good as you can have in a situation like this. Everything came backed with a life time warranty that alone tells me they stand behind their work. If you re ever in situation and needing an honest, down to earth place to have your car fixed I highly recommend them. They gained a life time customer (Although I hope I m never in a situation like this again.) They re not there to just rush your car through and make money they genuinely are there to take care of you as a customer. Dropped off my 2018 Subaru crosstrek to lustre plus in need of repair from the June and August hail storm. My car was dropped off with a quarter tank of fuel and while being repaired it was driven 60 miles and left my tank empty.It took 2 months (with extensions) to partially repair my car.Chips on the paint are present, and there are still dents on my rear top hatch panel/door.My roof is not sealed, last week it started leaking water and started dripping from my headliner.Also, my interior was damaged. They must have used screwdrivers to uninstall my panels. This was a brand new car...The manager told me "your car won't look brand new..."Finally, they did wash and wax my car upon pickup.The photos will show their poor work.*Update*After my rework, under new management at Front Range Collision, I will say that there was major improvement. Angela, Andre and the rest of the staff were very helpful in taking care of me and my car. You could say that they went the extra mile to make things right and showed their worth.

The personnel at Front Range called or emailed me on a weekly basis on the status of the repairs ..when has this ever happened!!?. Their professionalism and care went above and beyond my expectations. This is the place you need to call if you ever have need. Thanks, Gaynell, and Felix for making the hail repairs a pleasant situation. GOD BLESS YOU

I took my vehicle to Front Range after it was involved in a minor accident in a parking lot (not at fault). Dave was amazing to work with from the first phone call to the random questions after I picked up my car. Tara at the front desk was very friendly and incredibly patient as my insurance wasn t exactly quick in the processing of my claim. The repairs were made in a timely manor and the body work looks great!! I unfortunately was recently involved in another incident (once again, not at fault) that is going to require more work to be done and there is not a doubt that I will return to Front Range.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place was next to the hail tent where my car was inspected for hail damage. So I tried them out. it took '2months' to get my car back, it came out good after the wait.Cons car came back very dirty in all the door jams, airvents and inside the car do to priming for paint. And one window tint was scratched .pros the job was done good and hail damage gone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They had my wife s car for over 10 weeks. Had frontend damage that required the radiator to be replaced. When we got the car back it was low in coolant, that they did take care of that. Front bumper cover didn t fit correctly that we had to take back and get fixed. Gap between the hood and headlights is not even and don t seem interested is making that right when I discussed it with them. I would not take another vehicle back to them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have now had two vehicles repaired by Front Range Collision. Both experiences were nothing but positive. Dave and Tara were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. They made everything as simple as possible, from the time I walked in for an estimate until the time I picked up the vehicles. They made sure parts were ordered and on-hand prior to dropping off the vehicles so the repair process would be as quick as possible. Tara dealt with the insurance companies and kept me informed every step of the way (emails/phone calls with vehicle updates). Both vehicles turned out great. First time using an auto body shop after being rear ended on I-25. It was not my insurance that was paying for repairs and had a hard time finding a shop that worked with the insurance company or didn't have an outrageous wait time for getting an estimate or repairs.When I called Front Range Collision, Tara was great from the git go. Tara and Dave were awesome to work with. They did a great job, not only with the repair, but also with communication through out. Had an unfortunate encounter with a very large rabbit that did enough damage to my front fender to warrant an insurance claim and auto body work. Made a few calls to the places my insurance company has a network with, but didn't sound very likely for an expeditious repair. Called Front Range based on a glowing referral---and they made everything super easy for me, including working with my insurance company. Great communication and professionalism. My vehicle was stolen in Denver during a conference and was finally recovered a week later by Metro Police. My vehicle had damage through the entire body and had evidence of drug use and paraphernalia inside car. The staff at Front Range were so understanding and compassionate towards my situation. They took time and safety precautions to ensure everything was documented and adjuster was notified. Positives: Professional and friendly correspondence, great work!Front Range Collision, located in the Blende area of Pueblo Colorado, is the best place to take your vehicle if it is involved in a crash or even if you need some adjustments needed on your vehicle. Staff (Tara and Dave) handle all the correspondence with the insurance companies, including pictures and estimates. Customer service is top notch, as they give frequent updates regarding parts, scheduling, insurance correspondences and submittals. You can also call and see what the status of your vehicle is and they are always knowledgeable of where your vehicle is in the process of nearing completion. Furthermore, their work is awesome and they will get your vehicle back to looking like new again! The entire vehicle always comes out washed and detailed as well. You cannot go wrong taking your vehicle there. Front range did extensive work on my husband's vehicle after he was sideswiped in an accident. They made it an easy process dealing with insurance and rental and kept us updated the whole time the vehicle was with them. Even paid for 1 day of our rental when the insurance was pushing them to get our vehicle done at the end. They did such a great job too! You can't even tell anything happened to the car. I hit a barrier and my check engine lights and all my sensors went offline and pretty good damage to my car. I've delt with other mainstream companies in pueblo for my vehicle repair and found it to be sub-par work. Front range answered my first call and was very knowledgeable on what insurance companies needed and we're able to get me scheduled very fast. They also kept me updated with the schedule and delivered as promised. I had, what I thought, was hard paint to match and I can't tell where the damage was or where painting start and stopped. Also has a lifetime warranty on the work which is an added bonus and I consider myself lucky to have found a company with integrity and good business practice. Mike, Tara, and the crew did a great job on our truck. They were very professional, worked with our insurance company, communicated with us along the way, and were very timely. We are not from the Pueblo area and didn't know who to use, but they were honest and great to work with. We highly recommend them to anyone needing body work done. Thank you Front Range for all of your help and for putting out truck back together. It looks great!

I took my car to Front Range Collision for body work related to a couple of past hit and runs that required repair. I was really hoping for the best with their good reviews. Communication was decent and the work was completed fairly quickly. Some of the body work came out fine. The work on my door (where the damage was a little more significant) isn't the best.I can see where the repair starts and stops on the door. If you look in the sun it doesn't look smooth, it looks grainy. There was also an imperfection/chip in the paint on the door that Dave noticed on the day I picked it up. He even ran his finger over it, but shrugged off and didn't offer to fix it. Also, the little part that pops up and down on the door lock was either missing or loose enough that it fell off somewhere shortly after I picked up my car. When I noticed it about a week later, I called them to ask about it and they are claiming no liability because it was present in some "after" photos he took. Even if it was there when I picked the car up, it fell off because it was loose after the repair work they did on my door. It was there securely for many years, until they worked on my car. Also, I later noticed, when my car was in the sun, several superficial scratches on my car that weren't there before. My car is low miles and sits in a garage, so it didn't happen after the fact. I debated on 2 or 3 stars, I say more like 2.5. I'm not completely happy with the work on the door or the superficial scratches, however, I'm not sure it is worth the battle with them. That said, it will affect my decision to give them business in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Car was severely damaged by hail in Summer 2018. Colorado Springs shops are backed up until Summer 2019 so did some research and made the drive to Pueblo and the Front Range Collision shop (Formerly Lustre). Super friendly staff! John inspected my vehicle with me and said 'no problem'. I was skeptical at first but man did they deliver. He saved me money on my deductible, repaired other damage, got it done quickly, and basically delivered on everything he promised up front. So I drove away with my car looking amazing and less poor than I thought I would be. Can't argue with that. I highly recommend this shop and the work they do. Very pleased customer!

I am happy to share our experience with Front Range Collision!On top of the fantastic customer service the actual work was done to expectation, our Jeep looks great. They communicated well, they called us when we needed to know something, we weren t making phone calls to get answers or updates. We can t even express the measure of appreciation we have for the pride they show in their work. In addition to that our Jeep came back cleaner than if we had taken it to a detail shop, I am impressed. Thanks again Front Range Collision.

Can not speak for there work but the women working there was very hateful. As I was driving down the highway my car started acting up, for the safety of my children I pulled over into there shop just to check out the noise. Being it was the closest place to safely pull over. Not even two minutes later she comes out. saying can I help you!!! Very rude I stated we were just checking on the car she told me to move I was in the way flinging her arm around. I told her I was and just needed to make sure it was safe. She said move now it's private property. Very disgusted in how she handled the situation. Could only imagine how she treats her customers.

My husband and I cannot say enough positive comments about Front Range. Very timely, high quality work and professional, friendly staff. We have all of autobody work completed here. They did a fantastic job of restoring a Crown Vic that sustained serious hail damage and had been deemed a total loss by auto insurance. Highly recommended!

These reviews are all right on the money. Brandy and her team are truly excellent. Always prompt, always friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for the customers (in my case quite literally - they delivered my car to me at work). They were willing to work with me and my ever-changing schedule and were always approachable when something would come up at the last minute. They went above and beyond in detailing my truly horrifyingly messy interior (sorry guys, you really didn't need to clean that). I literally cannot recommend this company enough.

Customer service is first rate. I got regular updates via email and phone.They did a very fine job on my 2013 Honda Accord. $11,000 in damage and it came out looking as good as new. Mike, Tara, and the crew are much appreciated. I would gladly go back to RFC in the future. jimg

In recent months, I ve taken two cars to Lustre Plus. I was so impressed the first time that when a second car was in need of repair; my first thought was Lustre Plus. Working with Brandy Aragon was a pleasure. Her estimates were reasonable, and I told her that her customer service skills couldn t possibly be any better. They detailed both cars as well, and after the work was done, the cars looked great! If you re in need of auto body repair, I highly recommend this shop. The customer service and repair work is excellent!

I had Front Range Collision repair my vehicle after being hit in a parking lot by a distracted driver (go figure). They did a great job. I also opted for the Ceramic coating on my car. Manuel did an awesome job applying the ceramic coating - Thank you Manuel! I'm impressed with how the dirt, bugs and rain roll off my car with ease now. No more power washing.. Hand wash with ease, just rinse with hose water, Dawn dish soap and wipe with shammy. Love it! Thank you again..

Highly recommend for excellent service and quality work! I took my van in after being rear ended and they did an outstanding job. They even washed/waxed the exterior and detailed the interior. I can t state enough how glad I am that I brought my car here. From drop off to pick up the customer service was fantastic. I spotted a small issue about a week later and the staff was very receptive. They got my car in and out within a day. I couldn t be more happy. My car feels and looks like it s brand new, which is a huge testament to the great work they do here.

A family member referred me to Lustre Plus. It was a very good referral. Brandy, took care of me immediately. She made me feel welcomed. She accessed the damages on my car, she was beautifully dressed and in hills, but she had no problem checking under the hood and check the bumper to see all damages. I was impressed. My car was fixed in the time frame she gave me and the amount she quoted me. She took care of me from beginning to end. Would definitely go back. I felt valued!!!! Thank you Lustre Plus, my car is back to being beautiful!!!!

We had to get our truck fixed after a hit and run. Lustre gave us a reasonable estimate & got us in very quickly. They did such a great job on it, we decided to have them spray on a bed liner since we had been wanting to get that done. After everything was finished, our truck looks brand spankin' new!! Brandy, Gary, Manuel and the entire crew are awesome!
