My wife and I were in a very bad situation. We are not a rich family and we were trying to get a car. We both started new jobs and needed transport. A very kind man named Mario (I hope i remember his name correctly) talked to me with genuine kindness and empathy. We were not able to come up with the lump sum of money needed but I know I will be back in a couple weeks. My family has done business here a long time and we always walk away happy. I fully reccomend this business.

Would just like to give a personal shot out to some very kind people. My son and I were stranded on the highway near 5 star auto sales. My transmission just gave out. It was freezing outside and 2 of the mechanics from 5 star auto sales. Pushed my car out of the highway and into their business parking lot checked, my car, did a free diagnostic and helped me tremendously. You don't meet good people like this very often. And I am very thankful.

Got my Tahoe here! Amazing staff. Was able to answer all my questions and apply super easy. The Tahoe is self was super clean and very well taken care of. We're able to get q warranty on it as well.

Although the salesperson was nice, he tried selling my husband three different pick up trucks: one without a tailgate, one that didn't even start and one we without a working odometer, gas gauge and the check engine light came on during the test drive indicating possible transmission issues. Would NOT recommend!

Bought a car from Justin and it was the best car buying experience I have had. Justin was very professional and got me what I was looking for, at a great price. They are up front, honest, respectful, and patient.I had my other vehicle looked at by my mechanic elsewhere and he told me I needed new transmission lines because they were leaking and it would be about $400. I hadn't noticed any leaks, so I took it to 5 Star to get a second opinion and they found that it was a cut wiper fluid line not the transmission lines. They got it fixed quickly and for a very good price. I have had them do all of my vehicle maintenance work since. 5 Star is highly recommended for car buying and service!

Tyler Bogart was on my side from start to finish with the process of me buying a car here. He was very helpful and even with ups and downs like any dealership could have, I appreciate the honesty and integrity this place has. They really showed me they can stand behind their product. If it wasn t for Tyler staying in contact with me and providing me updates on everything I probably would have went somewhere else. Just when I thought I was about to be screwed over and everything was falling apart, Tyler reassured they were taking care of things and he stood by his word. I will suggest Five Star Auto Sales to anyone in my book!

Brandon sold me a 2008 truck this Valentine s weekend he was super nice and straight forward about everything. It was very assuring as a first time buyer I was quite nervous I felt comfortable. I got a flat tire and couldn t get air and Brandon sent someone to help me and even paid to get the tire replaced. He went above and beyond for me and I greatly appreciate it!! I will definitely be going back!!!!!!

I purchased a car through Five Star Auto just this past weekend. I inspected the car over and everything seemed ok to me, yet I m not a mechanic. When signing my agreement I insisted on having a 3 day grace period in order for my mechanic to look the car over. Five star agreed to fix all major mechanical issues or to rescind the deal. Very grateful I got that deal in writing. The car needed a minimum of $4700 worth of work that didn t include the cruise control and traction control malfunction diagnostics. When first discussing the deal I asked what the five star auto mechanic looks at when a new car comes in, and was told there s a 14 point inspection. But they couldn t tell me what the 14 points were. The conclusion I came to is that their mechanic does not do a thorough job checking in cars before they are put up for sale, therefore I didn t want their mechanic doing $4700 dollars worth of work on a vehicle I just paid 10g for. I would suggest having a trusted mechanic look over the vehicle before purchase. I gave 2 stars because Mario was a pleasant sales person, and other office members were accommodating when it came to getting the car to me the day I purchased. It s too bad the vehicle needed so much work.

I was an out of State buyer who purchased from Five Stars Auto. The transaction went smoothly and staff was very professional. Would especially recommend talking to Brandon Davis there, he was great! He sent me a ton of pictures and even help set up transportation. The truck was everything he described when I received it. Great job guys!

I bought a 2011 kia sportage from tyler bogart at this dealership less than a month ago. I was charged 3,000 more than the kelley blue book for a vehicle in excellent condition, this one was no wheres near that. I've had it in to their shop at least once a week since then. 3 times for the a/c not working,(the latest was today, when they informed me that i needed an a/c compressor that would cost me more than 800 dollars. ) then i've had to have the brakelight switch replaced twice in less than a week they fixed that well enough. I was promised a replacement visor mirror at the time of purchase, a small thing, but part of the deal, nonetheless.upon research, i found that i have no legal recourse here, so im screwed .all i can do is warm people, be careful dealing with these guys. Shady dealers all the way.

Wish I could leave zero stars.They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau, in fact, that's my next call after this review, and I'll call daily if I have to until they are shut down or fined heavily at the very least. They and their salesman Justin sold my husband and I a vehicle and assured us that we could cancel the warranty on the vehicle "at any time." Yeah right! Turns out not only are we not able to cancel the warranty, they charged us an extra grand for the warranty itself and pocketed that money outright. I can see from other reviews that my husband and I are obviously not the only ones they have fleeced. Beware and car shop LITERALLY anywhere else!!!!

Don't understand some of the reviews. I worked here until I had a serious medical issue pop up. I have been in the business for 25 years and ran franchise dealers and some independents as well. These guys are legit and very up front. You know what you are buying. If it has high miles, its not gonna be perfect, but priced accordingly. If it's newer, of course it'll be immaculate. I've checked their prices and compared them to the market, they are often thousands below market. There are no hidden things here. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. If you had to return your vehicle, it's because you don't pay your bills and the bank won't do the loan, or maybe you can't prove what you posted on the credit app. I assure you its not the dealers fault. They want you to be approved so they get paid. Duh. The owner is a stand up guy and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy. Its a great place to work and also a great place to be a customer. I miss working there. And those who post a 1 star review, be real, I know you are not telling the whole story.

I wish I could give it no stars. I went back here because they did me right a year earlier, I go back this time and I get approved I thought, I gave my down and left with what I thought was a nice car. The sales guy calls and tells he needs my insurance fixed, so I did then the credit company changes their mind on the changes so I call the insurance again and change it back this goes back and forth for a week. Next thing I know the car leaves Me and my children on the side of the highway. So I decided to call the credit company myself and find out they plan to cancel the deal in the morning. I then decided to take the car back to the dealership and I ask for my down payment back, it a holiday week and the owner is on vacation so I give them until the following week to give it back tge down and I'm still waiting.

I meant to leave this awhile back. I cannot express how impressed we are with these folks. I had taken my previous car to them for repairs many times until they finally stopped me and told me all I was doing was pouring money into a problem car and I'd be better off replacing it with a newer, better vehicle. I was leery about getting under a car loan but it was the best decision I have made. They gave me a fantastic trade value on my old car, great price on the new car, and my new car has been nothing but great to me. I am very very happy with Five Star and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone.

These guys are the best in town. I did not think I was ever going to get a newer truck with my credit. These guys came out golden they bent over backwards to help me. Justin the guy that helped me find the truck is awesome deserves a raise along with his boss. With out their help I would be driving my run down jeep or Chevy truck

Steve and the crew are so much fun. I had a recent repo on my credit but a good paying job. Everywhere else I went treated me like crap. I was about to give up when I stopped here. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with genuine enthusiasm. Steve asked the right questions to make sure he found EXACTLY what I was looking for. They won't waste your time and you WILL be approved!!! We were in the office laughing and having fun meanwhile they processed my credit application, did all the paperwork printed the temp tag and Steve cleaned the truck thoroughly. Efficient and friendly!!! They made me feel as if my business and money was valuable. They explained everything in order in detail and made sure I clearly understood the terms. They patiently answered my questions. I would recommend this place to anybody. Do NOT waste your time getting frustrated going other places. GO straight to FIVE STAR AUTO!!!! That was the BEST experience I have had buying anything EVER!! Find out for yourself!

These guys will sweet talk you and sell you anything they can but they are crooks. Told my wife abd I we could cancel the warranty on the vehicle "at any time" turns out not only are we not able to cancel the warranty, they charged us an extra grand for the warranty itself and pocketed that money. They will also charge you way more than a vehicle is worth. I hope no one else will get taken advantage of by these incredibly corrupt "businessmen."

Was thrilled with the customer service. Financing was very reasonable and we purchased a car from start to finish in about 2 hours. Will be back and I highly recommend this family-owned dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. My Kia Sorento (Stella blue) is a perfect fit for our family and 3k less than comparable vehicles at Colorado Springs dealerships. Nothing but good things to say.

Most of their trucks are rusted. They paint over it to make it look newer. Was trying to sell me a ram dodge that was probably worth $10,000 less than their selling price considering how badly rusted it was and the paint job and the transmission being loose. I would not recommend this place. The interior was also poor.

I leased a car on 6/24. Dealt with Justin Their Gm. Everything was going great I had my mom with me. We took the car for a drive & came back & continued to proceed to paperwork. Everything was signed & also I gave a $2000 dollar down payment. Was given the keys & all paperwork was legit & would be hearing from the bank to proceed with car payments. 3 days later Justin txtd me stating I needed a co signer I said no problem. I again brought in my consigner re signed all leasing documents & was told what bank id be dealing with for car payments. We all signed everything AGAIN JUSTIN SAYING EVERYTHING IS GOOD & LEGIT & The CAR IS YOURS CONGRATS!! I HAD THE WINDOWS TINTED, Bought Seat Covers, and floor mats & had put my personal belongings in the back seat & trunk. These SHADY PEOPLE CAME TO MY HOME WITHOUT ME KNOWING & TOOK THE CAR I LEASED WITH NO CALL OR Text NOTIFYING WHY THIS HAPPENED. I called the bank Prior to that & this bank said that Justin was trying for more money THEN WHAT the car was worth. They gave him a counter offer & he declined. With that said he falsified everything he told me & kept my personal belongings & my down payment of $2000 dollars. I turned him and this shady company into the BBB and they havent gotton a response from FIVE STAR. Please BECAREFUL IF U PLAN ON BUYING OR LEASING A VEHICLE FROM THEM. Also make sure the car is in perfect shape, during the few days I had it the battery become faulty and signal lights.I took the car to there repair guys across the street from them and they couldn't figure anything out. Big 5 is Very Shady and Screws Customers over and ruins there credit. These people r still trying to get a loan for the car I no longer have in my possession.They have tried 8 banks and gotton denied. Watch these PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS. THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET FREE MONEY FROM U OR YOUR BANK ACCTS.

First I was really happy with there service when I bought a 2011 KIA Sportage. They were really nice and didn't pressure you in buying. Then when I was home, I realized that the radio wasn't working at all. Yes, and it is also my fault that I didn't try it out before, but I don't use the radio often so I forgot to try it and I guess I trusted them to much. I went to the KIA dealership and was hoping it was something small, but they told me it has to be replaced and it would cost around 750 bucks for a refurbished radio and installation. Sucks! I will go to Auto Sound for a new radio, because I think that would cheaper. But I'm not happy with Five Star, because they must have known. I can't recommend them.

I bought a car 3 weeks ago. I traded in my car and also paid a $1500 down payment. I came up to make a payment and they said that the financing didn t go through and I couldn t have the car. I asked if I could have my car and my money back and I would go elsewhere. They told me unfortunately no They tried to sale me a Durango that had paint spilled all over in it! I live 2 hours away so had to take a deal they gave me for a car. I will be contacting the attorney general and a lawyer to take them to court!!!!

My friend went with his mom on 6/24. Put $2000 down went home with a vehicle. Done deal. Gets a call 3 days later stating he needed a cosigner. I went down, and we signed all of the paperwork, including for the Premier Credit Union that was handling the loan. Was told by Justin as we left, it was a done deal and left. Making a long story short, they never secured a loan with Premier or any financial institution. They came and picked up the car with no warning, and refuse to give back the $2000 ! Be warned-Very dishonest, and fraudulent practices by this establishment !!(btw my friend lost his job. No transportation, as he needed his $2000 to get into another vehicle)

Bought a lemon truck off of these guys. After 4 months post spending close to 10K on a POS, I've already dumped about half its "worth" in repairs. A/C didn't work within 50miles of driving it. Exhaust leak that wasn't disclosed to me. Radiator leak that wasn't disclosed to me. Seriously screw these guys, go somewhere else.

Horrible dealership bought truck for my son the transmission went out, brake master cylinder went out. Took it to Troy's for transmission rebuild and replaced brake master cylinder. Upon further inspections the front brakes were toasted there is soo much rust and corrosion on the rotors that the front brake caliper was seized up. So five star claims that all vehicles go through a 40 something point safety check. If so how were soo many things missed? I stopped in to see what they could do and was told you didnt buy a extended warranty and it is as is . Never ever go there. Public be warned they are horrible.

I am sorry but i bought a car from them and have had trouble ever since. I have tooken it back they didn't want to help me and was rude about it and when they said they would they wanted to charge me at least 1700$. I have always tooken very good care of this car since i bought it but their service sucks. They will be glad to sell you a car but not happy to help when something goes wrong i a short time of even having the car.. wouldnt even give them one star.
