I was real pleased with there service on my Ford pick up they where fast and they stand behind there work and glass not like safelight who doesn't stand behind there glass. I went to safelight about a year ago and had a windshield installed in my chevy pick up a week later while driving down the highway I got a rock chip in the new windshield went to safelight thinking since I just got it they would mend the chip, well they wanted to charge me $288.00 to mend chip. I found First Class Auto glass and they stand behind there work and glass and if I receive a chip Crack break they will cover it for 90 days. To say the least my business will be with FIRST CLASS AUTO GLASS never again will I go to safelight and I had been doing business with them for years. I suggest you go to first class auto glass because they are cheaper and better than safelight (which sucksthe big one). Try them I'm sure you will be satisfied

Friendly and efficient. They replaced in less than an hour and even changed my oil change sticker to the new windshield and cleaned my dashboard! Least expensive in Pueblo for my 23 yr old car. Highly recommend them!

I had my driver side mirror shattered I made an appointment for 3:00 p.m. and they were right on spot.. it took them literally 14 minutes to complete the repair!! Excellent business for Pueblo.. the staff was extremely professional and helpful!! Best car repair ever!! great pricing.. I was so upset after finding my driver's side window was broken after someone tried to steal it. First Class Auto Glass was so helpful, and everyone was so kind too.If you're looking for a reliable and affordable auto glass company, I highly recommend First Class Auto Glass. Prices are very reasonable staff is professional and curtious treat your car as if it was theirs. Yes I did have small issue.but spoke to owner Marty and he handled the issue above and beyond. Yes I recommend it to you as he is also locally owned and it is in times like the covid that we really need to stick together and do our.best to support local businesses. We all are having difficulty dealing with covid just imagine how hard it is for small local businesses. I myself will do my best to support locally owned.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Went in Wednesday afternoon to fix my 2 driver side windows and had a welcoming encounter with the two women up front Bobbie, and Miranda they got me set up for the next day with Chris at 12 and said my car would be ready by 2 and an hour later they called saying it was ready!Thank you to the team that helped with everything!I will use for future service and recommendations!Service: Auto side window replacement

The dealership where I bought my truck recommended First Class Auto Glass when my windshield needed to be replaced. First Class took my insurance claim number and did everything from there. They were really nice to deal with. Very responsive and friendly. They did a great job on the work and had it finished in less than an hour. service is excellent. took off two stars because the first windshield that i had installed was installed with a nice sized chip in the corner of it, and the second star because when they replaced the first windshield they failed to put my oil change sticker (gonna have to guess now) and my car wash transponder sticker(which i had to replace) onto the new windshield.

These guys are great! Friendly and helpful on the phone when I called for pricing and scheduled. Young man who installed windshield was courteous and did a great job. Install was done at my house. 5 stars all around. The main reason I picked them out of the several other company's I called was because of the friendly office staff and that they were actually nice on the phone. Then they had the best price in town for either bringing the car in or for a mobile windshield replacement. I had them come out to fowler for the replacement and were on time, friendly, finished the job very quickly. I definitely recommend them for your windshield if you need it replaced after the winter is finally over.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I don t know why they only got 4.8 stars as of the time of this review. I would give 10 stars if I could. I called for a windshield one day and she gave me an appointment for 11:20 the next day. My windshield was done by noon. Excellent workmanship, no leaks and very nice people. I would highly recommend First Class. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Wonderful customer service from beginning to end. Miranda is great! I definitely recommend First Class for any glass issues you have. We had a windshield replaced in our motor home. They were very thorough in the pre-inspection, installation and the post inspection. From beginning to end, it was about 3 hours. Great company!

Got me in under 24hrs after I called for a quote. Best price in town for my 2012 Toyota Tundra front windshield replacement. They even went as far as making a hack job of a wire hide for my LED light bar look professional AF! For no extra charge! Got me in and out in under a hour and a half. They even throw in a free can of windshield cleaner for every replacement. They guarantee their work and have free chip repairs! Can't recommend these guys and girl enough. These guys replaced our massive RV windshield and were nothing but professional, friendly, and very accommodating to us because it was a very long day but they stayed longer to get the job done and not have to keep our home overnight. Highly recommend their services! Chris, especially, took great care of us

Prepaid for my windshield made the appointment and at my appointment time was there. But they decided to take a walk in before me. After waiting patiently for 1 hour I noticed they didn t even start on my windshield 400$ on a windshield and u put a person in front of me that has rock chips in their window. So after waiting that 1hour I ask what s the point of having an appointment if walk ins get priority? The installer said it should take about another hour I told them they can get me my refund. Which they did immediately. Don t waste your time there I wouldn t anymore a total inconvenience. Went to Novus right across the street saved 40$ along with great customer service. Installer was ver helpful was done in 35 minutes. Shame on you First Class Auto Glass!!

Very professional, friendly, and informative about the process as it is being done. The price for a new windshield was a lot cheaper then the competition and the 90 day chip repair is an added bonus this company offers. I would definitely recommend First Class for any window/Auto Glass work and plan on doing business here again.

This is the second time that I have used First Class auto glass. First time was a windshield replacement about two years ago. This time I had a rock chip on the drivers side windshield. That happened on a Friday, I called that afternoon and had an appointment for Tuesday. They arrived on time and replaced the windshield within 25 minutes on arrival. It was the same crew that replaced it the first time. Professional and friendly. They even remembered me from the previous repair. Unprofessional! Was given a quote, left sons car for 2 days. Called back to see if car was ready, quote was wrong and they couldn t find part. No curtacy call, I had to call. Found part, double the quoted price. Picked up car, tint scratch, window still don t work properly, and now the window needs the switch replaced.
