Justin helped me figure out exactly what I needed to upgrade my Bronco's sound. Super knowledgeable and friendly and zero pressure to make decisions. He listened to what I was looking for and gave me different options for different price ranges.Once I figured out what I wanted, it was super easy to get everything installed. When I made a last minute decision to add a dash cam set up, he and the Autosound crew were able to do the install along with my new speakers, sub, and amp.The install looks gorgeous - nice and clean work, accessories look pleasing to the eye. They even went above and beyond and installed a few smaller storage options for me since I hadn't gotten around to doing it myself. Super thoughtful and a nice surprise.The sound - aka the whole point I came here - is ridiculous. I can't believe I didn't get this done sooner because now I can actually hear my different genres of music the way they were meant to be heard. So clear and crisp with bass that doesn't overwhelm but delivers a solid punch. Super balanced sound - and for a music snob like me, it's a perfect experience wherever I drive. The dash cam adds even more peace of mind whether my Bronco is on the road or parked anywhere.I can't thank Justin and the Drive-In Autosound team enough for taking the care and time to get me the perfect sounding and looking install.

On 4/4/24 I was quoted over $400 for labor alone on a simple head unit swap and back-up camera addition using brand new, compatible parts I brought in myself.Reliable sources have told me this is at most 2 hours of work for a professional shop. I have several cars and do a lot of business with various auto shops around town.Other shops in town quoted at half this rate or less for the exact same work on the same day. Such a huge difference is simply unjustifiable in my opinion. When I asked what their standard labor rate was they claimed they didn't have one, but rather charge by the job.I think that model is predatory, and I feel sorry for those customers that are less familiar with prevailing labor rates in automotive service. I'm sure they sucker some into paying what they charge either out of wealth or ignorance. I sure hope the workers are paid very handsomely given what they charge.To the owner(s): I get that as a business you need to make money, but if you want a good reputation and repeat customers you should deal fairly. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this business.The only upside was that Justin, the manager, was very polite and professional. If not for Justin I'd rate 0/5.1/5 I would definitely not recommend. Be smart and take your business elsewhere.

They were super fast, very friendly. Jeremy was incredible. They installed my auto start the same day and beat Best Buy s price by $50. This will always be my go to spot when in need for any electronics for my car

You guys ROCK!! Clean. Friendly. Engaging service. I called ahead and was greeted on the second ring! I came to the shop, Jeremy was very knowledgeable and fulfilled my needs within 10 minutes! I will definitely be back here! And yes, they do have restrooms, just don't be a dck about it!

So, I own a 2019 Red honda accord. I came in at 230 pm to get a dash cam installed the m7 and the experience was great. They had me out of there by 430 pm and even helped me set up the dashcam to my phone. I was overall satisfied and I will be using them to get a radio installed very soon, as I already have the speakers. I would highly recommend your next buy to come from these guys. Keep up the good work. I have also recently had a sound system entered into the car and it sounds great however they don't make conversion kits for the radio so I was unable to replace the radio

Called the same day and was able to get an appointment for installation of my remote start. The gentlemen running the shop were kind and knowledgeable. Installation happened in a timely manner. I couldn t ask for a better experience!

Horrible customer service from Justin. Paid to have tint installed on my car and when I first got the car all the tint was rolling off and there s air bubbles everywhere. I was told they were going to make it right by redoing all my tint; sadly when I picked up my car I found out they only did one window and all the other tint was left with all the bubbles and creasing. After showing this to Justin he said he refused to do any more service on my vehicle and wants me to drive an hour and a half out of my way to go to a different drive-in auto sound to have them install the tent properly. Not only was I without a car all day but I was lied to and treated like I didn t matter and what I was pointing out didn t matter. Would not recommend this place go somewhere else save your money and time . My car s tint looks like I got it from Walmart and did it in my own backyard.Update : Josh from This store went above and beyond to make things right. He was professional and very accommodating. Best employee drive in auto sound has. He went through every detail and made sure I was happy . Highly recommend asking for Josh to do the work.

I had an outstanding experience at the Pueblo location. I had a full clear bra and window tint done on a 2024 Outback Wilderness. Their crew did an amazing job from Justin (Great pricing deal.) Jeremy (Great all-around knowledge and support.), and Roger (Tech who did all the product application. Escellent work!!!)Definately recommend this store!

The install went well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a 9am appointment and so did another customer. Our install was an hour and the other was 2-3 hours. We ended up waiting. Not sure why 2 customers were scheduled for same time.

I got a nice remote start, a while back, it work great on my '95 conversion van, thanks Jeremy,Recently I had a dead battery situation, & needed to have my unit re-set,,A quick stop by the store on West highway 50 store,,In 10 minutes tech. Update July 2023: Had the two front windows tinted on my Ford Escape. Definitely keeping most of the heat out, and looks great! Update Nov 2022 : Just got my Honda Odyssey tinted here. Once again, great same day service, and my van looks great! I will always shop here for all my window tinting.) May 2022: Excellent service! They were able to tint the windows on my Subaru on the same day I went in for a quote. I am very happy with the results. My car doesn't get nearly as hot on the inside as it used to. And the tint makes my car look great, too. Josh and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable, and I highly recommend

I was happy with the salesman and service, that salesman Josh is one heck of a salesman. I would have bought the store. Though ended up with a kenwood. I had some after sale questions which the manager I think he's name is Justin resolved immediately. I'm a customer for life now. Will but upgrades speakers amps etc.

This place is EXCELLENT! I walked in and told them I needed a new stereo in my super old car and they didn't judge me! They installed it for a fair price that afternoon and it only took them 45 minutes. Great service, great products, great people. (And if you're super nice then Jeremy & Josh will even do a comedy and juggling routine for you at no extra charge! ) Thanks guys!

We had a gentleman by the name of Josh Shah help us to get automatic door locks put into our vehicle. He was very well knowledgeable and extremely professional. He kept us up to date on the progress of the job as he went about it. Would highly recommend him for all your car needs. Price was fair for the job done and it was NOT and easy one for him. They take care of all our vehicles from top to bottom. We are repeat customers (Stereo Systems, speakers, subwoofers, remote start, back up cams) and wouldn t even consider taking our vehicles anywhere else. Customer service is top notch. Highly recommend.

I just bought a new jeep Cherokee 2022. Tinted: Driver, passenger and brow completed. Brow alittle off and was fixed. So nice, great customer service and would recommend coming here for window tint!! Thanks guys!!

I had a new car stereo still in the box, given to me. I took it to Drive - In Autosound and they installed it for me. Very professional Manager and staff, and friendly, that's always a plus for me. I told Justin "If I ever need stereo service again, I will come back to you". Turns out the installed stereo was a lemon. I went back almost a year later and purchased a brand new stereo from them and had it installed. They didn't let me down. Great place to do business with.

Jason at the Pueblo location was absolutely wonderful. I called in a panic my car alarm fob got wet and I couldn t drive my car. Jason talked me through how to deactivate the alarm so I could drive to the shop. Once there he knew how bad a situation I was in and he discounted the amount of the fob to help me out. I was in the area for work and he made a stressful situation much less stressful. Thank you Jason.

My radio was not working and I thought I was going to have to get a brand new radio but Jeremy Chavez checked out all the fuses and that is what it was. So grateful to him for his knowledge and expertise. I would recommend Drive-In Auto-sound & Window Tint for their services. Great work.

Went in and had a bunch of questions about how to put a better car stereo in my car because mine was stock & I was helped by an employee named Josh I think that was his name he has the tattoos.. he was absolutely delightful & had so much knowledge! Now I have a new stereo!! Thank you so much!!!
