Top notch, never felt taken advantage of here. Always given options and they take care of you with flats and inflation in the meantime. You can always stay up to date with quotes on tires suitable for your vehicle, so when the time comes you'll never be caught off guard

I had a screw in my tire and went to the discount tire off woodmen in Colorado Springs and they did the repair and I thought everything was fine. Woke up the next morning and found the tire was low on air. I had a work appointment in Pueblo and when I was don t I stopped in at the discount tire in Pueblo and the Manager Todd took care of everything and got me in right away. Great Tire shop and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Updated:Always a good experience here. Sometimes there's a little wait when they're busy. They helped me get a winter rim tire setup for my previous vehicle and helped me get a perfect setup for my new vehicle as well. I ordered too large of a tire and it rubbed a lot. They went above and beyond to get me into a smaller set.01/23/23 Time and time again they've helped me with my rig. I will never visit another tire shop so long as I live near a discount. This one in particular.8/26/23Just ran across town cause I was told my tpms sensors that are not reading could be switched out for the correct ones. Once I arrived I was told I would owe the full 260. Not sure if this is a new manager but most have at least offered to pay a percentage. Not this one. I get to think about this through a 1500 mile overland trip while I have red flashing tire on my dash and I can't check psi while off road. Thanks again.

Hands down the Best in pueblo!!! Definitely go here cause the stuff is great & help u out without pressuring into something you do not want. Paul he was so helpful & a wonderful employee. Reasonable pricing. Thanks yall.

Like the main Discount Tire store that I use in Oro Valley, Arizona, just a mile or two from the Tucson city limits line, this store had an equally fine crew and terrific customer service. How do they do it? You could not possibly find a better franchise business investment anywhere as far as I can tell that can match what I have experienced in two different states at Discount Tires shops. After 18 years of using the same store in Oro Valley, AZ, I know how it goes. And they are always busy, full of happy customers, who always come back. Just like me.The Pueblo store on west Highway 50 had two talented front desk persons who did the entire reservations, billing, and explanations. The in-charge and focused/aware young woman who was in charge, Tanisha, was affectionately called The heart and soul of the company by Joshua, the young man who assisted my purchase of some 10-ply Goodrich All-Terrain KO2 tires for my Toyota Tacoma. He was the one who took my reservation over the phone and told me honestly that there was currently a 3 hour wait to have your vehicle serviced. I was 1.5 hours away so I continued my drive to Pueblo from Trinidad, Colorado. Once there Joshua spotted my vehicle as I parked and engaged me immediately to follow him to the office desk and continue the service description, the payment, and my tire contract. Such efficient service!I read my map book for awhile and then sat outside in the shade and watched the distant clouds that were bringing the first highly-anticipated May rain showers of the year. The cool breeze, the sky cloud colors, and the wonderful people-watching opportunity kept me peacefully happy and the wait time passed easily.In 30-40 minutes, my truck was backed out of its work bay, a nice fellow pulled up, got out, handed me my keys, and my completely satisfying visit to service my truck was finished. Off I went, knowing full and well that I was now driving more safely than hours earlier thanks to a crew of professionals in every category: front desk, mechanics, and tire shop assistants. Thanks folks, you are an inspiration.

I had a wonderful experience here, Paul was very helpful and informative and had wonderful customer service. They got my vehicle new tires and back on the road in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this place.

Don t go here stay away!!! 2hr job turned into weeks of trouble. I bought a brand new set of tires and wheels from them and they chipped them all installing them, so they ordered a new set of wheels and did the same thing again! After 2 weeks of going back and forth with them they offer a $60 discount off of $1200. Go somewhere else!!

I've been here for 2 hours waiting for a rotate and ballance. They said I would be out if here 20 minutes ago and my vehicle hasnt even moved. They've got techs in there chit chatting and open bays and they never answer their phone! Terrible experience and service overall.

Went in thinking I'd have to order tires and bring my vehicle back the next week which was okay with me. They told me they could have them done by 6pm. I got great help picking tires for my vehicle and they were replaced in just under an hour!

I bought tires and made an appt online. Once I arrived, my car was pulled in immediately, and tires changed. I was in and out within 20 min. Customer service was great. I've been a customer of this store for years.

Everyone did a great job! They were so busy, but got me out of there as efficiently as they were able. Robin and Gabriel were wonderful. Robin got me a great deal on tires and was very pleasant to work with and explained so I could understand. Gabriel was really nice and patient when I was getting a bit frustrated. Also thanks to everyone in the first bay! You guys rock!

Went to go wanttey a tire yesterday at DISCOUNT TIRE AND THEY HAD Odered it a day ahead and had me thinking they where going to do it then I had to find a ride to there and when I finally got there yesterday I got the run around and everything I even had bought the road hazard warranty..and u can see that the balt has broke inside so now they bsay they can pro rate me and give me discounts and work with me well I would love the owner to give me a call or the disicked manager to give me a call please l..this is not the first time discount has not gone tho there warrantys on there tire l..they don't help me with this I am done with discount tire no more and we have bought 3 out of 4 tire for my old man's hot rod. Told they would help me out and nothing they well never get r service again unless they step up and help us no one call notveven the owner called me like I asked

Great employees. Hard working, knowledgeable, & courteous. The parking lot is a mess. I get that the shipping crates are their storage but a car had to go over the inside curb,gravel, and down the outside curb to leave the parking lot. That's a good way to damage a car.

Prompt service, Friendly staff. I do suggest making an appointment so they get your vehicle in as scheduled. I arrived shortly after opening and chose my tires but they had to do the appointments first then the walk ins so I had to wait longer than I hoped but understandable.

I get such great service here. I know it costs a little more but never had a issue with either my tires or them damaging my car. I have been to others in town and while they do sell for a little less but you get what you pay for.

They put my tire on backwards and when I went in the guy told me that wasn t what caused my wobble. Then they flipped it and the wobble stopped. Be mindful.

Came in and needed four new tires. Joshua helped me out and made sure that everything was good! I had an issue from a faulty tire pressure sensor and he made sure to get me squared away! Definitely will be coming back and sending everyone I know his way!

January 24, 2024 I made a call to the discount tire on hwy 50. I spoke with a sales representative by the name of Paul. This gentleman was very kind and anything I asked about was answered in a timely manner. I was on a strict time limit for tires due to another appointment for shocks for the next morning. Paul was able to order me tires that night, and today the 25th got the tires I needed and was able to get me in early this morning. Customer service at its finest. Thank you, sir, for making this as easy as possible and not having to stress over it. Making my day that much better.

The best, most friendly tire service in Pueblo. They took the time to fix my flat tire. Set the rest of the tires to the correct pressure and sent me on my way with NO charge. I will always return. Thank you

This place has always been a good shop, but it s even better now. Josh Patterson happened to help me out twice in two weeks and discount tire is lucky to have him as an employee. Great customer service and it s obvious he s a hard worker. Today he got my car in the bay a couple minutes after he checked me in, and about five minutes later he rolled the tire right to me at my seat to show me the damage. 20 minutes from check in I was out the door. I can t say enough good about Josh. It s so rare to see such a great work ethic these days, I was very impressed.

Took my tire in for a flat and was told right away he couldn t fix the tire but could definitely get me a new one. He made the split decision so fast, I knew he didn t look at my tire and was just trying to sell my a tire. From the outside it did look like a big piece of metal but if he did his job and looked you could totally see just a small portion was in the tire not the whole thing. So just off that I took my car down the road and had it fix by another shop within the hour with no issue and actually got a tire quote from them as well. The fact that he didn t even try to help out and was so quick to try and sell me a tire is why I m giving a one star. Iv been to this location multiple times and always have similar issues. Last time I use discount tire for anything
