These guys were life savers and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family every time. On a trip to Arizona from Colorado Springs, my tire light came on right near Colorado City on a Friday night at 5:30. I called around and the owner Paul answered and offered to keep the shop open for me to fix my tire and get me back on the road, even though it would take me at least 25 minutes to get to his shop and it would be after his closing time. They took amazing care of me and my car and I have had no issues with the tire since. Sometimes in life you meet good people and this was one of those times. They were unselfish and kind in a world where that tends to be rare. Bring your car here; you won't regret it!

Don't EVER go here. I went there to get my starter fixed and they charged almost $500 to "fix" it and 7 months later my starter went out again but it was still under warranty so I went back and told them and they said they would "fix" it and so I left my car with them overnight, came back the very next morning they told me it was all good, went to go start my car and it right away it didn't start in their parking lot after they said they "fixed" it. Do not come here they will rip you off and they didn't even offer to make it right. All he did was jump it just to get me out of the parking lot. Also I'm pretty sure he messed his pants when I went back in to yell at them cause anyone would've done it too

We had an absolutely awesome experience here. The owner is really nice and very helpful. They helped us get towed and got a new tire on my car in literal minutes! We were stranded two hours away from home, and over an hour away from any family members that could help. *** side note: Ford Ecosport vehicles do NOT come equipped with a spare tire!*** We will be replacing all of my tires there in the near future, and purchasing another wheel so I have a spare tire. We are so grateful for the amazing service! Also...this wonderful service was at the end of their business day, and STILL did a fantastic job!

I'm glad I stopped. I was in a bind ,had a blowout my car was around the corner. They got me a tow, then fixed my odd size tire. Highly recommend very fast and efficient. They earned my business.Excellent customer service!!! Great job!!!

Thank you Josh and crew at Discount Tire on Hwy 50! We got a same day appointment which was desirable since we re full time RVers with pets and we were on our way to Mosca, CO and couldn t afford to be delayed. We re first time patrons and we will definitely keep Discount Tire as our number one choice when we have tire issues or looking to purchase! We appreciate the quick turnaround to get us back on the road!

Discount tire in general is fine, I use them often, but the fact that they come up in searches for wheel alignment in the Pueblo, CO area is an absurdity as well as the reviews on here saying "fast" or "great" in regard to alignments. Discount tire DOES NOT do alignments at any of their stores in Colorado except for one in Denver and one in Colorado Springs. In Pueblo, they DO NOT do alignments, at all, period.

Had a tire go flat down by Stem Beach. We limped into town, and stopped at the first place we could find. The gentleman running the place was super helpful, and mindful of our budget. Half hour later on the road with a new (used) tire. So glad we found the place, saved time and money until we can get home and plan for a more permanent solution.

Great service! Honest and affordable! Kevin was amazing and helped us get a car ready to drive across country after being stolen for 2 years. We needed new tires and different things to get the car back in shape and we feel it was good honest work and we will being returning for future car services!

Went there to have my tire fixed for a nail. Not only did I receive that service but I was taught a few different things about my vehicle that will be helpful to me in the future. Gentleman was very kind and informative and cared about his customers. Will definitely be going back and referring anyone to him for his services!

We had two nails in our front tire 20 miles south of the store when we called Paul. He did some troubleshooting over the phone to make sure we could safely make it to his shop. Once we got there, he quickly repaired the tire at no charge and sent us on our way with a smile. We were back on the road in less than 20 minutes. We would go back to Discount Tires & Wheels in a heartbeat, and highly recommend. Thanks Paul!

Good service, and good prices. My window regulator broke well they worked on my car. They took full responsibility and had it repaired a week later. I would have preferred to not argue for 20 mins to get this service, but I'm happy with the end result.

Paul always takes care of you well, and goes out of his way to remember your name and offer personal service. If your looking for a shop where you can find an honest mechanic/shop owner this is it. Makes me feel like I have that "mechanic friend."

AMAZING SERVICE!!!! Drove in from up north for a job at the local college and on the drive over, got a flat tire. They really did an amazing job, quick and friendly service. There was also a super cute and friendly dog to greet us:)

While on our way to Breck from Texas, we caught a nail in a tire and stopped at this shop. The service was prompt and the crew very helpful and respectful, we left after only 15 minutes as highly satisfied customers. Thanks for saving our trip!

What a great experience! We needed a tire repaired on our rv. Inside one on a set of duals. Got it fixed well and quickly AND it was free. What an unexpected bonus. If you need something done with tires check this gentleman out.

Took my car over to get some repairs on my tires. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The guys were very friendly and professional. I was surprised when I waz told that the tire repair was free! I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

I have all good things to say about this place that does so much more than tires and wheels.For My RV community of Rummer Tramps and Nomads like myself this is awesome News, they can take care of you! tl;drGo here. Good people.Longer story: 2019 car. Full warranty. Screw in the tire. Dealership is too far to avoid permanently damaging wheel. Called three or four shops around town. These guys were the only ones who "smiled through the phone". People in customer service know what I'm talking about. Took vehicle here, guys had me taken care of in under twenty minutes.Top flight service all around. HIGHLY recommended.
