Recently moved into town and was very nervous handing my bike off to a new mechanic after having only 1 mechanic over the last 8 years.. and it was a great decision.Fred (owner) is hands on and a straight forward guy. He got me in after scheduling a month in advance (that busy schedule speaks for itself) and got my bike back into my hands at the end of the day like he said he would.It was just a service visit but the love and care they put into your machine is noticeable. 10/10 I ll be back again for all my bike needs. Fred is the only person who I'll let work on my bike if I can't do it myself. He did an amazing job installing new bars on my Street Glide!

I had an outstanding experience with Discount Cycle Works in Pueblo. Fred has many years of experience and is very knowledgeable about motorcycle repair. Fred went out of his way to make sure my motorcycle repair was done efficiently, Fred found and fixed issues I didnt even know were wrong. I am very happy with the work that was performed and with the quality of his work. Fred communicated with me every step of the way.

I had a great experience, took long than expected but what hasn't been delayed lately. The motorcycle I had brought needed so much, that and it hadent been cranked in over 6 years. When he called and said it was done, I didn't think it would run as good as it did. Amaizing. I was very happy with my service and will deffinatley be back for maintenance work.

Amazing shop!! The owner is awesome, was on a bike trip from Ga to Az. As I was coming out Kansas I got some damage to my sidewall. Limped my way to his shop. He had me back on the road within the hr at very decent price.Service: TiresService: Tires

And the one star is pushing it. 2 out of 2 times my bike came back worse than I left it and when I got it back the 2nd time I had loose bolts everywhere that I had to tighten myself which I didn't notice till I was on the road. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time but now 2 times I won't be back. Just to add they put the wrong tire on at one point and he said I know you said to replace the back but I went ahead and replaced the front instead cause it looked worse. So I still had a big screw in the back and had to leave it another week. He admitted that now he remembered I showed him the screw when I dropped it off and it was also written on the sheet that said what needs to be fixed. Smoking dope maybe????

This is by far the best motorcycle shop in Pueblo. The owner (Fred) is one of the most incredible mechanics I've ran across in a long time...He's always ready to help you at a drop of a hat no matter how busy he is.....

Fred and Leo are very professional very kind. These two gentlemen knew my car more than me. I curb checked my car and low and behold my tire was flat. Here comes Leo and Fred to the rescue. The shop was already closed and they still helped me and changed my tire. I didn't have a jack. Needless to say I am thankful and I appreciate how fast they changed my tire. I would give more stars if I could. Thanks a bunch guys!Service: Tires

Fred has been working on my bikes for 8 Years. Great service and even better prices. For big or small repairs and maintenance Discount can do it all. Thank goodness I don't over pay at that place off the highway anymore.

Awesome customer service! I lost a small clip on my Harley that usually comes with brake pads. Local HD dealer wanted $68 for a new set of pads, these guys gave me 2 for free since they're normally thrown away when new pads are installed. Saved my weekend! An employee at HD in town would have probably been fired for missing the sale. These guys just got another dedicated customer though.

As I've taken my various HD motorcycle's here over bbn the year's rest assured your motorcycle's will be taken care of at competitive prices and as a customer you will be treated as a customer not just a dollar sign. Keep in mind this is the busiest time of the year call well in advance.

I needed a leak fixed on my motorcycle, and didn't feel like taking things apart to get to it. I brought it to Fred to have him fix it for me. He ended up fixing the leak as well as a couple other things (installing front brake pads and removing a broken off bolt from the passenger foot peg mount).I was amazed that all of this only came to $65! I've driven the motorcycle daily for a few weeks, and the leak hasn't resurfaced. I will definitely be bringing both my motorcycles here for repairs and regular maintenance.

If you cannot spell "waste" using a computer, maybe you shouldn't be riding a motorcycle let alone submitting a review. It's spell check and they light up if wrong.Fred replaced a set of tires on my Harley at a super reasonable rate and recommended a great set of Pirelli tires that made the MC better than new.Thanks Fred for your honesty and work ethic.

Rude customer service the second we walked through the door. We Let whoever the rude man was at the counter the sign said closed @ 10:00am when they open at 9:00am. And his response was okay and?? sorry not sorry. we were just concerned if you were open or not. I don t care what bad you got going on in your life, leave your problems at home or don t go to work at all. I wouldn t pay you for your attitude.

Fit my 07 CBR600RR in faster than anyone else in town and the best price for a new chain and sprockets install in all of Southern Colorado. Trust me I checked! Did the job in a timely fashion as well. Will definitely be going back!

Took my Klr650 and Ninja 250 here and so far it has been great. They actually treat my bike with respect unlike other tech that seems to not care at all and strip out bolts or scratch my fairing. Plus they're pretty cheap compare to other shop.

Great shop and great guy runnin the shop! Took my bike in for some work and he got it done in a couple days for a really reasonable price! Went the extra mile. Will definitely be taking my bike back if needed

Fred and his guy's are the right guys to work on your motorcycles and ATV's. I took my sons priceless ATV to Fred and his guy's in pieces. Needless to say that when I picked it up it looked brand new and I was in tears on what he and his guy's did to give me and my grandson an ATV that can never be replaced. I needed my carb rejetted for this altitude got a great price on the quote. He fixed a couple little odds and ends that I was planning on doing and checked the primary chain. The quoted price did change however, I was charged 5 bucks less than the quote. My harley is running great now.
