I have taken every single car that iv ever gotten since I found them to them, they are the most trustworthy and reliable mechanics I have ever came across , and even if I moved away from the area, I d still come back to them, I trust them with everything and they give the most fair prices!! They are honest and don t try to make a quick dollar off of you , If you were wondering about using them don t hesitate!! Not to mention they will fix your car relatively fast!! Iv always got my car back the same day or the next! I have taken my car several times to Direct Automotive for an oil change, new brakes and heater fix and have been satisfied every time. The Receptionist was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and my car fixed right. Best place I've found in Pueblo!

Most reasonable licensed mechanic for automotive AC recharge and repair work in Pueblo area that I could find. Quick had me in and out on my 1hr lunch break. I just randomly stopped in for a quote on brakes repair.Before I knew it, my car was fixed in a few hours, no appointment.I appreciate the way they listen to the problem and helped me out. Very reasonable. Glad I stopped!

I like how they take care of u when u go in I've been there twice the first was a oil change n the second was to do my wheel bearing n stabilizer bar control link n they did a very good job I thank them very very much when others wanted to charge me over the price others wanted to charge me 2000 to 3000 for what they did n I paid only 499.00 n they did a great job I just want them to know thank u very much

Stumbled into the shop while trying to look for an affordable place to get my brakes done. As a single momma of 4, I'm on a tight budget. The price was great, the customer service was outstanding. Joe, the owner, was very friendly and willing to help. Robert, shop Manager, was awesome as well. Definitely a place I will continue using for my vehicle's maintenance issues. These guys are amazing!! They are very friendly and personable. Their service is exceptionally fast and affordable. I live an hour away, but if I need anything else, I will make that hour drive back down there. Thank you so much!!! My car drives flawlessly :)

Experience and quick diagnoses comes with a price tag, and these guys price well and it felt like It was an even trade. Lower cost than anyone else for my particular issue. DONT GO TO MIDAS THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND DAMAGE YOUR ENGINE BEYOND REPAIR. LOOK FOR THE REVIEWS EVERYONE GOES IN FOR MAINTENANCE AND LEAVES WITH TOTAL LOSS.

Direct Automotive is the best place in Pueblo to get your car fixed. I've taken a half a dozen vehicles here to get lots of work over the past ten years. Always had the problem solved and at a reasonable price. Joe's a real nice owner and worked with me when money was tight to keep me rolling and prioritize repairs. Good location on the corner of Prairie and Jones on the Southside of Pueblo.

I went in for front end alignment. I was charged an extra $20.00 for heating tie rods? Never heard of that?I contacted other mechanics to verify. I was not given a copy of my specs. I asked for them, they said they keep for records? On my receipt they had 4-wheel drive it is a 2-wheel drive. I returned the next day because my vehicle drove the same exact way. He said maybe it's my shocks. Nope! I said so you are saying I didn't need an alignment? I'm not sure if the job was done at all or was done incorrectly! Maybe being a female they think you don't know when someone is ripping you off! I'm out $70.00 Not sure how many others have been cheated. I am very Disappointed!!

This place will steal your car parts!!! Do not trust them with your car or your money. The owner is the rudest most ignorant person I ve ever had the misfortune of speaking to. Take your business elsewhere. In the mean time I will be meeting with the District Attorney this week seeking legal action against this corrupt business/owner. Count your days Direct Automotive. They obviously like to take advantage of young women but they picked the wrong girl.Service: Air conditioning

I ve had various issues with my Chevy Tahoe . Serena , Joe and their whole crew , fixed my Tahoe from A - to - Z . Fast , friendly , knowledgeable , honest to the T . (Overly honest) . I ve been using Direct Automotive for at least three years . My Tahoe is 1999 , so it s been used lol . My oil needed to be changed , I went to Direct Automotive this morning (Wednesday the 7 th) so I ate a burrito from casa de burritos , right next door to Direct Automotive . Went in to pay my bill , Serena didn t have .50$ some cents so I said that was my tip jokingly . Drove all the way home (about six miles one way) to get some mail that needed mailed . Went to midtown post office . I noticed as I was paying for the postage , that I didn t have an envelope with some money in my pants pocket . Went outside and checked in my Tahoe nope nothing ? So I called Serena at Direct Automotive . Serena answered my call , saying thanks for the big tip . Jokingly . So I asked her if she found an envelope with some money on it ? Serena said yes that she did . Thanks Serena , Joe , and crew . As I was leaving Direct Automotive I said I ll be back . Thanks , I d recommend this establishment , for all your needs . Joe the owner and his crew are outstanding people and certified mechanics. Dave has 35 years plus a handfull of certificates as well as the rest of the mechanics there. Robert, the man who greets you and writes up the orders is a good man and will get you in and out, satisfied and happy.I can not say enough good things about Direct Automotive. They have never let me down. They help shuttle me back and forth and are totally committed to their customers. They are my go to shop for all my auto repairs.I have not been coerced or paid for my review. They are the real deal. Thanks everyone at Direct Automotive

Robert was amazing, he was true to his word. He was able to get me in on my lunch hour, which was awesome. Pluse the service was great and reasonable, I would recommend them. Plus there was a cute dog to keep me company!!

I've had my auto repaired here a couple times and have always been satisfied. However this particular day I had an issue with not being able to start my car at a local drive in restaurant. First I panicked and then I called Joe (the proprietor). He dispatched a mechanic to me pronto and I've had no trouble since! I'm proud to report that my mechanic does go the distance for his clientele! Try them the next time your auto falters. I promise you'll be satisfied with the results, the cost, and more!

Thought I would write a more recent review. Been using this repair shop for years. Recently had car issues knew repair for part was several hundred dollars. But when I went in to pick up vehicle they repaired original part saved me hundreds of dollars. That's an honest and reliable place.

The only place i go for any of my vehicle's!! The guys are great! They're fast! For the past few years i have not once ever been disappointed. I truly recommend these guys in out of anyone in pueblo!!!!

I was advised by another person that they would check codes for free so I went in and he politely told me it would be 25 dollars. So I was confused at first but I understand he has to run a business. He hooked my car up to see where the problem is and all it was was a cracked gas cap. I went in to pay my 25 dollars and he told me it was okay. That he wouldn't take my payment. You dont find people like that anymore. Robert was very sweet and professional as well as the mechanic who looked at my car!!

Man. Robert the front desk guy is amazing. Really sincere and friendly guy. They originally helped me out just locating an oil leak. I kept their card and lo and behold needed their services again. Had my jeep towed into them. They got me back on the road ASAP... THANKS DIRECT AUTOMOTIVE.BOB.

I took my Ford Focus to have the harmonic balancer replaced during this process they blew my motor for 2 days they would not tell me the truth and kept finding excuses to keep my car for longer finally they told me the truth that they had blew my motor and had to replace it with a rebuilt one because they were over their head in costs they failed to fully complete the job. I had my car but one day and the check engine light came on. The code came up on the diagnostic test and when I called Joe to ask him about it he said he didn't know. This is a very common code he has been a mechanic for years it should have been able to answer me. Joe was always very rude and always lying couldn't tell the truth about what happened to my car. I would never take my car to them I have not only had a bad experience but I've talked to people around town and they say Joe sucks.

Great mechanics! Went over and above to help my army veteran daughter who was told her van was going to through a rod. Fixed it for lower than what a down payment on a cheaper vehicle would cost. Even came in on his day off to work on it.

These guys sold me my first car when I was new in town. It was reliable and the guy I traded it to, for work on my house, is still driving it. Recently I wanted a Subaru and I was searching Craigslist for one I could afford, that was drivable, without any luck. Then one day i was driving down prairie and there it was! In fact there were two Subarus to chose from in the lot of Direct Automotive. Why I didn't check there first, I don't know. It was affordable with my low income And they had done all of this work on it! It runs like a top! These guys make me very happy.

UPDATED: STILL do not have my car back. Still waiting for a call I was supposed to get YESTERDAY from Robert. No call. And I have called ALL DAY and never even got an answer.When they put in a bad motee and runied my transmission and didn't even hook up the electrical correctly and now I can not get anyone to speak to me. Seriously worst service ever. And Joe, owner man, when you send your car in for a SIMPLE repair, which we already had a diginostic for, and then your car comes back and runs worse then before and something as NOT hooking up everything correctly, like the lever for opening the hood of your car, is just lazy and shows bad management. And when you put an engine in a car that you don't TEST when it is not rebuilt, just pulled from a car in a junk yard and put in a car that ran just fine other then the smoking and needing head gaskets, and don't think it would cause MORE damage? Yeah. Not impressed. A personal phone call would have been better then a bland response on here. Fix your company, fix your workers ethics and get me my car back working properly. Oy.Had a car there for over a month and been in there 3 times for the exact same issue and they have YET to fix it. This is after taking it in for head gaskets and it going from that to needing a new water pump and turbo as well to a whole new engine in 5 days. Monday was head gaskets and by Friday we needed a new engine. All it was doing was smoking and the initial diagnostic was needed new head gaskets. And now we have a car that is stuck in 4th gear, has no spidomiter, no odometer, no dash lights. And being told it was like that when we brought it in. It was not. All it was doing was smoking. Then they replaced the motor with another bad motor and the car my husband uses for work or in worse shape then when we took it to them. I have huge doubts about the trustworthy nature of this shop. Not one person there has been honest with us.

I had them pick up my Jeep to replace a sensor and the exhaust manifold when I picked it up I didn't drive right. so they kept it a few more days. When i called they said they hadn't got to drive it yet. They couldnt figure it out so they flushed the power steering fluid (for free) I picked it up again but this time they didn't replace the cap to the power steering fluid. I drove for less than 15 miles and it overheated. I called the owner he said they were closed and that he would try to drop the cap off to me sometime later next week as far as the overheating he didn't touch anything else so it's not his fault. 480 bucks and it still doesn't work. The owner was so rude.
