My husband and I showed up mid afternoon to test drive one previously owned vehicle we reviewed online. We were greeted by Kaleb and asked what we liked about the vehicle. After telling him that particular vehicle hit the mark on all of the things important for us, he brought the vehicle around to test drive. As we test drove the vehicle, Kaleb answered questions, then gave us a moment to discuss buying this particular vehicle even though we weren t anticipating making a purchase that day. Kaleb was polite, knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all. About two hours after arriving, we left with the vehicle we came to test drive. Quick, friendly, no-pressure customer service is refreshing at a car dealership. I love my new vehicle, and I appreciate the customer service at Dave Solon Nissan.

bought my first car here almost a year ago and Josh was wonderful!! he was so easy to talk to and get along with and we still chat every now and then about cars, especially nissan z s because we both love them lol!!! definitely recommend him when buying a car :)

Everyone was very professional and thanks to Luis for all the help. He was very charming and understanding regarding my budget. I shop around a lot because the salesmen only want their money, but Luis really cared and asked questions. He took the time to get to know me and my lifestyle in order to find the perfect vehicle. A wonderful young man. I plan to recommend him every single time.

I have bought 2 vehicles here and used them for service until now. I scheduled an oil change that turned into a 2 hour process, intern causing me to be late for a more important obligation. They did not even care enough to comp the oil change and cannot or will not refund the balance of the oil change package I purchased. Very poor support of what was a good customer.

Saw a vehicle available online at this dealership. Called and started working with Jarrett in sales. He made the buying experience seamless and pleasant. Majority of sale was done via mobile phone. The vehicle was held for me until I could make it to dealership to complete the process. Jarrett stayed in regular contact, kept me informed and explained each step of the process clearly, and the day I picked up the vehicle I was at dealership less than 2 hours to complete the process. Jarrett made the vehicle buying experience the best I've ever had in purchasing a vehicle. It was pleasant and without stress. Jarrrett was professional, easy to work and speak with, answered all my questions, and was friendly and easy going. I would consider buying vehicles from this dealership in the future because the process was so easy and Jarrett and others were genuinely interested in helping me get into the vehicle I was looking for and were friendly and genuine. Jarrett also stayed in touch after I purchased the vehicle to address any concerns that may have come up. They are taking good care of me as a customer, which is not easy to find anymore. Thank you Jarrett and Dave Solon Nissan you guys have it figured out and do it well.

Service team is ALWAYS friendly, courteous, and gets it done right. I never have to wait very long and am continually updated on the progress of the work on my car. I bought my car at Dave Solon Nissan and have since moved to another city. I continue to come back to this dealership to have my car serviced because I like them so much. Kudos to the entire team!

The young lady behind the counter at the service desk was extremely helpful and explained everything in regard to the recall on my KeyFob.I also chose to drive a newer vehicle, Kennedy was amazing, even though I chose not to purchase at this time. She was patient, kind and courteous and knows a ton about the vehicles she is selling.Moving forward I'll definitely have my car serviced at Dave Solon.Maybe next year, I'll be ready for that upgrade

I live in Montana and after an extensive online search, I found that Dave Solon Nissan had the exact model of used truck that I was searching for. I decided to purchase the truck over the phone and have it shipped to Montana. I had opportunities to buy from other states including some closer to home, however I felt mutual trust from the Dave Solon Nissan staff. Joe, Justin, and Josh were professional, timely, attentive to my requests, and put my best interests first. They listened to my offer, didn t try any bait-and-switch tactics on me, and didn t pressure me to make a rushed decision. The deal was fair. I respect this dealership and the business we conducted.

The staff are amazing. They helped me and my friends at both Nissan and Subaru. They helped me get all of the products after the purchase, they even got me set up with unlimited windshield replacements for five years!! I have been through three broken windshields over the past 5 months. I can drive without worry for years to come. Thanks Vince and Chad!

I have been customer of Dave Solon for more than 20yrs.The professional and outstanding customer service is why I have been a return customer throughout the years. I recently had the pleasure of working with Chad ( Sales Manager)-for a second time, to help me make a seamless sale of my newest vehicle, he is always very professional and friendly. I live out of the Pueblo area, Chad made it convenient by having my vehicle delivered right to my driveway. Additionally, Lloyd was the driver who delivered my vehicle, he was friendly, delivered my car in a timely manner. Josh (Salesman), also contributed to the seamless transition to a new vehicle as he made sure to be in contact so that I was familiarized with my new vehicle, all of its functions and tech specs. I will continue to work with Dave Solon Nissan as they truly do go above and beyond for their customers and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking into buying a new vehicle.

I was skeptical of buying a car before I went here, but then Joshua helped find the perfect car for me! he took care of all the worries I had, reliability, mileage, and best of all it fit perfectly in my budget! My experience at Dave Solon Nissan was terrific from start to finish. The car I specified for driving was waiting for me at the scheduled time. Kennedy, the young saleswoman who stayed with me through the entire time at the dealership, was extremely knowledgeable about the EV and all the new 'bells and whistles' that the LEAF presented. Once I decided to buy, they made it very easy by taking a small down payment, and delivering the car two business days later all the way up to Denver where I live. All in all, it was the easiest purchase of a car I have ever experienced. In particular I wish to thank Kennedy and Chad. (By the way, I LOVE the LEAF!!)

In our lifetime we have bought now four vehicles from Allen Lile. This time it was a used but hard to locate vehicle that I absolutely love. What I loved most was Solon s honest ethical manner. Allen, Myles and each member of the entire Solon team was respectful, honest and low pressure. They have us time to decide and respected our decisions and opinions. No pressure just partnership. I had been working with a different dealership for a similar vehicle and dreaded every interaction. It was my customer experience that ultimately made the final decision to make the purchase. This was my 19th new vehicle and my best sales experience yet. Chad, the sales person who managed the sale. It was very easy to get an out the door price; no back and forth and no sales pressure. Any time I had a question, Chad answered it promptly. At the showroom excellent customer service continued. Thank you to all at SOLON, each of you that I interacted helped make this a simple, quick and exciting process.

My husband and I have both had the BEST experience buying our vehicles from Dave Solon over the past few weeks.Joshua Aveo is hands down the most impressive sales associate we ve ever worked with. He s knowledgeable about his products, an effective communicator, and very personable. He took the time to understand exactly what our wants and needs were, and carefully explained which options were the best fit for us. It felt more like talking through things with a friend, than an actual business transaction, it felt easy and comfortable! Im loving my new pathfinder, and will definitely be back should the need arise in the future!If you go, ask for Josh! He s the best.

I made an appointment the previous day for service for my Nissan. I was there prior to my appointment, the customer service was horrible after waiting for a considerable time with out even an acknowledgment of my presence there, I left. I immediately went to the southwest service center where I was helped immediately. Much better customer service there and very close to this inconsiderate establishment.

Went to Nissan and Allen lile was so great and helpful.He got me financed and in my new car fast and was really friendly and went way above and beyond to make sure I left happy! so if your in the market for a new vehicle I would definitely go see Allen !!!

This is the second vehicle I ve gotten from Dave Solon Nissan. Jaret was so attentive and excited about the cars we were looking at. He knew every detail about the cars on the lot and helped me feel at ease in my anxiousness about choosing the right vehicle for my family. Chad helped me get the best deal possible and swayed us to be in the safest vehicle possible for my my kids and I. You can tell the employees are treated well and I believe that speaks volumes to the dealership and how the customer will be treated equally as well which is why I will never go anywhere else! Me and my boyfriend drove 2 HOURS today to go purchase a vehicle. We called in the morning to confirm the car was still available and they said it was. When I arrived they said the vehicle was gone and offered me the worst deal on the planet. The establishment gross poop all over the toilets, mean staffing super shady, seems like they want to just scam you and take your money. Don t recommend

MY wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Dave Solon Nissan. The whole process was so smooth and easy. Kennedy help us both on the phone and in shop. Joe helped to explain all financial matters and they both treated us like family members. Drove home in our new Nissan pathfinder.
