Caliber collisions did an awesome job on my truck when I wrecked it, it actually looked better after they finished it. Then it did before I got in the wreck. They took good care of my baby. Thank you so much! Caliper collision!

Caliber on Enterprise in Pueblo is very professional well organized and treat you as a person not a number. Harlan an estimator followed up as promised with his calls on a daily basis to advise me of the progress.The end result was the car was perfect, the wax job on the entire car was not expected but much appreciated.Don't hesitate to take your vehicle to this shop for your repair needs.

Would love some actual customer service. Tried being nice but starting to feel taken advantage of per the Caliber Collision standard. Wish I could say this is a first for me, but my insurance has Caliber as their preferred place to do repairs. I thought I would give them another chance but try the Pueblo West location versus the one on Alma. Seems the lack of urgency to resolve their mistakes is a common theme in both locations. You have to provide yourself with the customer service, apparently. I hit a deer on Memorial Day this year. Took it in, had it fixed, returned to me in 2 weeks. Great! I was initially very impressed. Until about a week of driving. Then, my hood looked off things had shifted. I thought that was odd so took it by Caliber. They adjust my hood and off I go. About 2 weeks later, before I go to wash my car, I notice a small piece of my panel where my car sustained the most damage, is loose like, about to fall off. Odd! Then, I notice the seams of my panel are also not flush great! So, I go into Caliber again. This time, I meet with the Service Manager, Erica. I am as kind as can be and understanding that things happen and allow her to do what she can to resolve this obvious error. Erica takes my vehicle back to inspect and tells me later that small piece that almost fell off was missing a screw, go figure. She informs me the panel appears to be ill-fitted to an after-market bracket and that she will order one from Toyota (manufacturer) to get this resolved for me and apologizes. This was several weeks ago. I have heard nothing back. I told Erica that day that I am in the process of closing on a house in Lamar and need this resolved before moving. She hasn t bothered to call to give me updates about the part or anything. I get it can take time, but what about customer service when you are the one correcting the mistake your company made? So, I call her today to ask about the part and she tells me she will call Toyota to find out then call me right back. No apology for leaving me hanging for weeks and no call back. Crickets. So I guess I am left to customer service myself? Which brings me here to finally give Caliber the recognition they have earned over the last 3 transactions I have had with them in 3 separate incidents. I just want my car fixed as promised so I can move on with my life. A Lifetime warranty is only good if you don t have to go through the hassle of bringing your vehicle back multiple times to get the job that should have been done correctly the first time!Wanted to add: you see the response from owner below? All for show! I emailed no response for over a week. I promise you, they don t care. I had to call my insurance to get a response from Caliber. Magically, as soon as my insurance called Caliber to inquire, they just so happened to be getting the part delivered THAT SAME DAY! LOL!! I think they really had the part the whole time, just forgot about me and how to provide customer service. You really are gambling with Caliber when you take your vehicle here. So, buyer beware!

I highly recommend Caliber for any auto body work. After my vehicle was vandalized in September, I was able to get it in for an estimate and then in for repairs in a timely manner. They kept me informed of where the work was at during the entire process. Harland and the ladies at the front went above and beyond to help me with rental vehicle issues and everything needed to get my vehicle back to me.

Wonderful experience from day one to completion. I received texts daily about my car s progress and I couldn t be happier about the repairs. I recommend them to anyone who needs help with bringing their car back to brand new.

Caliber Collision was the best place by far when it came to repairing my vehicle. The almost daily updates were awesome as I was always informed as to where in the process my vehicle was. They have made a customer out of me. I will always take my vehicles to them from here on out. It's an experience that is appreciated and I will never forget.

Absolutely fantastic experience. My vehicle was a Subaru Forester (a popular vehicle of choice in Colorado) and was rear ended by a Chevy Truck in July causing significant damage to the rear door, quarter panels, floor, and undercarriage. The quote they gave for the price to my insurance and the time to fix the vehicle was very similar to the final outcome and Mario (the supervisor for my vehicles deconstruction, repair, and reconstruction) updated me multiple times a week throughout the whole process. They have a fantastic color matching technology that perfectly matched the paint on the rest of the vehicle. Mario and the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to update and expedite my rebuild process while assuring the highest quality product. 10/10.

Took my f150 here and I want to say Harlan and his team did a fantastic job on my car and I am happy and pleased with the outcome. They are very professional and will take care of you and make you feel welcome. From the mechanics/estimator to the front desk to the car rental office. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I had peace of mind the whole time my car was in shop for repairs! 5/5 would recommend. Will visit again but hopefully not, haha thanks guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If I could give them no stars I would. I took my car in for repair from an accident. They never inspected the car properly or correctly. Originally they only replaced the tailgate. They said the car didn't warrant any further inspection. I am very concerned about getting hit again and the damage that is there causing more issues. The damage is more severe than originally thought.Erika Boyer is nothing more than a con and worthless. She claims she can't see the damage that I can clearly see and you can see in the pictures. She also claims that the damage is a ford issue. The funny thing is when I told them they are saying it's a factory issue she claims she never said that. If you say it's a ford issue then that's a factory issue.??I guess she knows how to speak inferences. The roof is still buckled and they deny this. The tail gate was lifted in the accident on the right side. This caused the buckle in the roof and to the drivers side fender. The insurance claims that's not possible however the tailgate has finger spaces in between. The car is still not fixed correctly and this is begining to be more than a hassle. It took more than 6 weeks to just replace a tailgate.I did take the vehicle to another shop and they spotted these issues I am complaining about right away. The said they need to tear the car apart to find the rest of the hidden damage. However no one wants to get this fixed, because insurance doesn't want to pay. I would never deal with Caliber collision again.There is no accountability and they like to blame everyone else. Poor poor poor customer relationsions. They just want to blame everyone else. They have a direct line with the insurance companies so I would question their loyalty?All I want is to have my car fixed correctly. I guess that's too much to ask.

Worst experience of my life. Got our truck back with a cracked dash, 3 random sprays of cleaner on the inside windshield and the bumper they "Repaired" had the plastic shroud falling off and slapping the bumper it was supposed to be attached to. Manger looked at our cracked dash and said they couldn't replace it because they didn't even work on that area even though it's right where they would be considering they had to drive and move the vehicle. I know how we dripped off our vehicle.

Excellent service. 110% recommended if you need your vehicle repaired. Prompt communication and very professional. I have had to deal with several shops over the years and this was by far the best experience I have had with collision repairs.

Stay away from this shop, go to others in town!They kept me informed throughout the duration of my repair. However the repair took more than 50 days to complete which is beyond the maximum days my insurance would cover. Thus upon returning my rental I was charged for the additional days while my repairs were made ($417.33).I asked Caliber Collision to reimburse me for the days I was charged for as it was beyond my control, however Caliber collision claimed they incurred additional charges to expedite my repair, and instead of claiming those charges as part of the insurance they used this as an excuse as to why they wouldn t reimburse me. (This will be my main issue filed with the BBB)I picked up my vehicle on the same day I was notified it was complete, meaning no additional days were due to my unavailability.This shop was selected as they said they are DRP certified to work with my insurance (USAA), however this proved to be meaningless as it was meant as a connection to streamline business operations between the Caliber Collision and USAA.This comes down to basic decency, professionalism and accountability. This shop is one those you dread ever going to.

I was in a rear end collision a couple weeks ago and Caliber Collision did an excellent job repairing my vehicle! They were so kind and professional and went above and beyond! They even gave her a wash and a detailing on the inside. Caliber Collision's repairs are top quality and I'm so happy and thankful to their team for all they did.

I would do a Zero Star rating if I could. Caliber Collision had the car for nearly a month. Hood was painted but still has chips in the paint ("Oh ,those were caused by rocks not hail. We would have had to sand the hood down to the metal to get rid of those"). Hail dents in to the roof were repaired, but not painted (blamed that on the insurance company not providing coverage for painting). There are circular buffing marks on the paint that was applied. I'm not certain I can get those out. I provided payment of $3,400+ through insurance and you charged another $3,200+ to my insurance company for work that I did not authorize. I certainly did not see $6,600 worth of work on the vehicle. I will not be recommending Caliber Collision to anyone. And I will be talking to USAA about the quality and level of your service for my vehicle.

Second time bringing a vehicle here, and would do so again if I had to. I got to work with Harlan, he was super cool and did an awesome job communicating with me. Wow they did a beautiful job on my Camaro and they detailed the car. The car looks incredible like I just got it from the dealership. I highly recommend calibers Pueblo west for hail damage. Reliable and trust worthy and nice customer service fromBeginning to end. A special thank you to Dianne for accepting my car when so many shops are backed up a year. Awesome job!

James was great! He kept me updated when parts came in, car was painted, and any delays, on almost a daily basis. My car looked great when complete! Car was washed, inside was clean, vacuumed, windows cleaned and it was ready to roll! 10/10 would recommend this location and James did an amazing job on my car and keeping me up to date!
