Fast service, Friendly staff.Went to two different places before Brakes Plus and I feel like they are way more honest here and look out for their customers. Terry was a great help definitely recommend.

Paul was great. He walked me through oil change charges, explained fees and didn t over charge. He had another store deliver a headlight so they could replace mine and did all of this within 1.25 hours!

I brought my car in with noise coming from the front driver's side wheel. It needed new control arms, and some kind of tie-rod bit I didn't fully understand. My Chrysler is nineteen years old, so some of the bigger things are starting to wear out.While I was at it, I asked them to fix my broken door handle and do an oil change. That "Plus" bit in the name covers a lot of ground. Anyway, it sucked to hear that I needed all that work. But the guys there worked to keep the expense down. They didn't try to upsell me anything.I've been going there a few years now, and I've gotta say, they're just good people. I always have great experiences with them. They have good "garage door" manner. They're helpful and flexible and generally cheerful people. It's not some over-enthusiastic, fake corporate customer service model. It's simply great, genuine service that puts me at ease every time I deal with them.I highly recommend this shop.

There was a car in the oil change bay when we showed up, but the staff quoted us an honest price and got us in within less than 15 minutes. Fast, reliable, and friendly service. We will absolutely be back next time our oil change coincides with a trip to Pueblo.

Paul and the team here are absolutely amazing! I found myself stuck with an issue from another shop that they were able to identify and fix right away. I didn t call ahead or have an appointment, and they were able to get me taken care of right away and back on the road within an hour. 10/10 recommend coming here, thank you Paul!

As a business owner I will strait shoot this review.The staff are in the business of good business and treat everyone the exact way a customer should be treatedWith respect, attention, and they are professionals.Mechanical work is NEVER cheap it s always a heart stopping price, the last thing you want is to be treated like dirt.Brakes plus on northern and prarrie will from here on out receive business for my company and personal vehiclesI don t care about price comparisons and saving $40 because paying that extra $40 is peace of mind to get to the job and my family home.The vehicle went in with scarred rotors and coffee grounds oilIt came out with the shop with beautiful clear oil the car ran thousands of times betterThe brakes were done correctly no slips and no surgeTo top it off they even offer a payment plan for people that don t have $400 today and need timeI recommend this location over any other brake business in Pueblo Colorado

I have had several services completed here in the past couple of years on both my Jeep Wrangler and now my commuter car for routine maintenance and larger repairs.They do such a great job at this Brakes Plus. They are fast, thorough, and very kind. I always appreciate their great customer service.

I saw something dripping out of my car and called Brakes Plus right away. They were able to see me in 10 mins. They checked out the car and gave me all my options. There was never any pressure or "treating me like a dumb woman" which I greatly appreciated! They quickly gave me an estimate and did something minor to help out until Idecide what to do. Amazing staff and I will be going back again! Please don't hesitate to go see these great people if something is wrong with your car! Thanks guys!!

This BrakesPlus location was so kind and helpful to me! I called in early to ask about having my brake light bulbs replaced (outside of my skillset) before a snow storm rolled in, and they were able to give me some pointers over the phone about how they could get in quickly that same day!I showed up at the time they gave me and immediately they got to work. There was a snafu with the bulbs I brought. Instead of assuming it was an electrical issue and sending me on my way, they tested another set of bulbs and realized the bulbs I brought were just defective.I am so thankful they took the extra time and effort to make sure that my lights were working. Honestly, I don t know much about cars, and they were so helpful and thoughtful (they even showed me the original bulbs and explained what happened!).So grateful for the BrakesPlus folks who took the time to help my little car this weekend!10 Stars if I could!!!

I just went in to have my brake pads replaced. I spoke with Terry (Terre). He is amazing! By far the nicest, and most honest gentleman I have ever dealt with at any auto repair business Ever! The mechanic, whose name I didn t catch, was also amazing! Terry showed me a few options on what needed to be done. I really appreciate that. This is the only place that I will ever go again!! If I could give it 100 stars, I would do it. In fact, I may just go back to hang out with the guys. I would highly recommend this Brakes Plus location.

Looking for the best place to get an oil change cause a few places has messed up my previous cars before, and I have to tell you reviews don't lie. I picked this place based off some of the reviews, the employee's were nice and helpful and best part they did not break my car when doing a simple oil change. I would definitely go back to get other work done if needed

I gave Brakes Plus a call last night to see when they could bring me in for an oil change and engine check and they got me in the next morning.Friendly staff and quickly found what my engine rattling issue was and found why my suspension has been a bit janky recently. Definitely recommend em.

I went to Brakes plus for an oil change. While I was there, the employees brought to my attention the noise coming from my engine. After further review, I was told my timing belt needed to be replaced. While this is not an easy nor inexpensive job, I was pleasantly surprised with CJ , your talented Mechanic and Terry, your General Manager who walked me through the entire process. We all have the horror stories about car repairs but this was a good story and thank you. CJ and Terry. The only place I trust with my car.
