I have gone to Big o tires, both this location and the newer one just south in Pueblo, and while the South Branch was much faster than this branch, Big o tires itself has three major inherent problems. First and foremost, they manage to be unpredictably fluid with time, as in they will either get your maintenance done in less than an hour, or you will be there for several hours and most likely not have anything done by the end of the day, and of the many, many times I have gone, I've only received faster maintenance twice now. Of the several times I have gone for just tire balance and rotations, I have waited an average of 3 hours each time, with the largest and smallest outliers being respectively nearly 5 hours and slightly more than half an hour. The second inherent problem is that they are far too focused on how much money they can get out of the customer, and while they are very good about not doing maintenance without gaining the consent of the owner, if you take the car literally anywhere else, you will be told something completely and totally different than what you were told here. Third, and honestly the worst possible issue, is that their tires do not even come remotely close to lasting the full mileage warranty. I also had several accounts personally of them improperly rotating directional tires and causing said tires to wear extremely early, with the worst case being less than 10,000 miles into an 85,000-mi warranty. I strongly and wholeheartedly recommend either Midas, discount tire, or possibly even your own dealer to do maintenance and repairs. Previously the only people worse at simple maintenance and rotation was Walmart, which is an extraordinarily low bar to set. I will never be taking my business to a big o location again. They quite literally told me that if I didn't drive so much, somehow my tires would actually last the full mileage warranty. That's not how that works. It doesn't matter if I take 3 months or 10 years to drive the same amount of mileage, the mileage itself is what causes the wear. Do not trust or believe their warranty mileage on any of their tires.

These guys are great. I went in to replace a tire that I took a chunk out of hitting a curb. Turns out I did two of them and I didn t think to tell them that I had big O brand tires that are under warranty. Fortunately the nice guy with glasses spotted that and saved me about $300, highly recommend these guys they do great work they re honest and the wait time is usually not that bad

It's a busy place for sure. I would not suggest unless you have a lot of free time on your hands. Really nice folks and very professional.I went in to get a light bulb changed on my work vehicle and had to leave because I was there for almost 3 hous waiting. Had to go back two other times to get light fixed.

Wish there was an option to put zero stars.. Dropped off a tire(Big O brand tire still under warranty) to be repaired or replaced on a Saturday. Was called and told it was going to be replaced and they would call Monday when it s done, because they were closing for the evening. Waited an entire 7 days without my tire, or a phone call, to finally call them and find out what was going on. They had no recollection of the tire even being dropped off and had to spend an hour looking for my tire in their shop. They then said nothing at all about it not being done, just said we will call you tomorrow . Waited until 1pm the following day and received no call, went in to get my tire, and it had still not even been serviced. 0 out of 10 experience, and worse tire service I have ever experienced. HIGHLY recommend going out of your way to go to the pikes peak ave. Location in Colorado Springs, and giving an honest and good company your business. Don t waste your time and/or money with this location.

I am a patient person, but I had an appointment the day before made at 10am for new tires to be put on, and they didn t get the car in the garage until 11am. After they took all the tires off, at around 12pm they then tell me the ordered tires are the wrong size, which doesn t give me much choice but to get the worse ones they have in stock, as I m in a hurry and in need of new tires asap and they had taken the tires off already anyways. They tell me it will only be 30 minutes to get the new tires on over 1 hour later at 1:10pm I finally walk out. Yes, the prices were cheaper while I was shopping around different businesses, but to be frank, it would be worth the extra $30-$40 it would ve cost me somewhere else, rather than sit there for over 3 hours and having to reschedule standing appointments I had to cancel. If you re like me and have busy days planned, I would not recommend coming here, or if you do, come as early as possible as you will be waiting several hours.

I had posted about this on Facebook, but realizing that I don't live in the Pueblo area, it was probably not hitting my target audience.I decided to go to Google, the options were a profanity filled rant versus a concise and to the point review of this outfit.I opted for the second, even though I've seen plenty of the first option out there.Earlier in the year, a young lady was in for an oil change on a Subaru. She was told in no short order that within a month or so she would need brakes, to the tune of $2,000.Having own Subaru s I knew that they came with the indicator tabs that would start making noise prior to the brakes rubbing on the rotors.I was nursing a back injury and was unable at the time to do much of anything as far as even take the wheels off of the car to look at them. After my full recovery I loaded up my car; floor jack, jack stands, impact wrench, brake working tools, a new set of front brakes and all the necessary materials to install and clean up.Drove 75 miles, and proceeded to prep the vehicle for the brake job.Once the vehicle was safely lifted in the air I removed both front wheels, proceeded to remove the passenger side brake pads. Much to my surprise, comparing them to the brand new ones they were almost identical. I did not have calipers with me but in my estimation 1/32nd of an inch had been worn from the original brakes compared to the brand new set sitting next to them.Checked the driver side same thing, check both rear brakes, same thing.I returned the brakes to a store in Pueblo of the same name where I purchased them, where I was told in no uncertain terms that this Big-O is not part of the Nationwide chain but individually owned franchise as is the other one in Pueblo and the one in Trinidad. All owned by one family, kind of like the Jiffy Lube & Screw's were up in Denver in the early to mid-2000s.As you can see in the picture the brand new brakes are on the left the ones taken off of the vehicle are on the right yes this vehicle needed a $2,000 brake job like I need a hole in my head.My guess is this poor lady would have brought her vehicle in, handed then the keys, they would have parked it in the back for about 4 hours, gave her a call and said it's ready to go, come and get it . $$$$ !The owners of this not so fine automotive repair establishment are more than welcome to retort, whether they retort with some form of a good reason (good luck there), or a blatant lie is up to them. I don't expect much especially this day and age, I have practically given up on any form of real customer service or morals when it comes to most businesses.Citizens of Pueblo and Trinidad you have been warned what you do is up to you and out of my hands.Have a wonderful day, and please find a reputable mechanic. Mechanics were created, because even Engineers need Heroes

Back in Nov we placed an appointment with Big O Tires from the app. Our experience was terrible. Don't use the app to make appointments. You are better off calling the store if you are wanting to make an appointment. And also making sure the product you want is in stock. The day of my appointment. The lady had no idea what we were talking about when we showed up for our appointment. I had to show her our confirmation. She was still rude and told us our product was not in stock. So she could sell us another brand. We drove from the San Luis Valley for this appointment. So we bought the tires. It took over 3 hours before we got our vehicle back. And it was very cold and windy that day.

We went in with a screw in our tire- they were very busy and said it would be 2 hours. They nicely shuttled us home and called within an hour to say it was ready. The shuttle came back and took us back to the store. Very polite and professional

Stay away from the Pueblo Big O. Been a customer for years but never again. Was promised both orally and in writing a $170 rebate on 4 new tires. I even have the print out of their advertised promotion (they have now removed it from their website). When I have tried to collect, I have been given the run around and transferred from my original sales associate, to another sales associate, and then to the assistant manager (who promised to have the manager call but after two days no call has been forthcoming). None of them have even offered an explanation as to why I am not being given the entire promised rebate. I hope they enjoy the $100 they stole from me since it is now my mission to tell everyone I know to stay away from Pueblo Big O.

We came here to get 2 tires changed. JASON said he couldn't do that because he didn't want to be responsible for our car. Why is he concerned about our car. He didn't explain why he couldn't get new tirea. Plus when we asked for our key back to take our business elsewhere he lost our key and couldn't find it. It would be better to take your business somewhere else.

Great place for getting your shoes on your car taken care of!!!!Got the BF Goodrich radial TA's for the 1ton diesel, replaced the Goodyear Wrangler series tires and oh my gosh the difference was like taking square tires off and putting round ones on. Lol. Yes there's that much difference.Took a couple times on the alignment rack, but I'm a front end and Alignment specialist so I expect perfection, especially on the 2005 Dodge Diesel it's only got 120,000 on it not even broke in yet, only it's 3rd set of tires. Thanks Big O tires!!!!!!

Tried to make an appointment, they wouldn't make one, said to just come in. The guy on the phone was super casual. Went in, requested a flat fix, tire rotations, and pricing for one tire. The flat was fixed, the tires were not rotated, and I received two pricings for one tire. I dont know what the difference of those to prices were. Lots of small mistakes. Not rotating my tires was a big one. I asked the service employee, and he confirmed that they did not rotate my tires.

Needed some semi truck tires even though they dont dedicate to heavy-duty commercial tires but went out their way to help look and fine the best quality tires and had them ordered and shipped to there location very satisfied with the amount of professionalism time and effort they dedicated to help me solve my tire problems for my semi truck not to mention the good price for them. I definitely recommend them for your tire and service needs

They managed to provide good service but failed to check the fluids. My truck stopped in gear as the automatic transmission fluid was not checked causing a drop in pressure. Other then that trivia problem rest of car care was satisfactory

After purchasing a new set of Legacy mud and snow tires for my 2006 Toyota Avalon last month, I was driving on Pueblo Blvd last week, when my tires began making odd noises I pulled off the road as soon as possible, and the right rear tire was shredded. I put on the spare and drove directly to Big O on the north side. Liz Stoltz had me back on the road with a new tire within an hour!! I find Big O to be a dependable tire dealer, and plan to use their services as long as I continue to drive automobiles!!

Worst experience ever.. they were changing my tires and left me with my sensors all on . Then they checked them and got 3 off. The 4th they said had a broken lug nut. Well since I do not take my tires off they broke it. I call my mechanic and he told me not to let them work on it. Since they were going to charge me I preferred to go to someone whom I trusted. Then I have my snow tires taken off last spring. I decided to go to the store on Pueblo Blvd. to put them on for winter....since I will not go to the northside. I get a call from the store on Pueblo blvd that 3 of my snow tires were matching and the 4th tire did not match.. the new Pueblo blvd did warrant and replace the mystery tire at no cost.

Worst place to go!!! Waited 2 and a half hours for them to rotate my tires. The woman at the desk said, when I went in, that there was 1 car a head of me. Which was fine. The rest of the stalls were empty. She never bothered to come to the waiting area to say anything about being short staffed, or sorry you're having to wait so long, nothing! When 5 different people came in with their vehicles got serviced and left, I went and asked what the problem was. She was very hateful and said to me "I told you there was 1 person ahead of you". They are going to put your truck in now. I told her no, just bring my truck around, I'm leaving. There were three people "working?" in the garage. I asked for the managers name and she wouldn't say anything, another girl behind the counter told me his name. I called, he was very inconsiderate, and argumentative but made me another appointment for the next day. I called the next day cancelled the appointment because I was afraid they would do something to my tires because of their horrible customer service people. I Went down the street to another company, they had my truck tires rotated and ready to go in 10 minutes. They told me they get a lot of Big O's business for the same reason I left. Do not use that company!! Inconsiderate, hateful, none customer oriented..

I have never had such a good customer service experience with my vehicle at any other shop. My tire experience has been painless, even through apparent employment shortages everywhere. Geoff and the team are super knowledgeable, and made sure my wheels were taken care of for my specific needs. They were able to fix a nasty wobble that another shop could not. Boys in the back are extremely polite. 10/10 will be back to this shop for all my alignments and future sets.

Showed up without an appointment, needing a lot of work done. They took care of everything, very well priced. The three service writers on duty all very pleasant and professional and mechanics too. Ken even provided me with a phone charger because my phone was at 1%. Also in the past they have fixed flats for me for free. Very excellent service. Thank you.

Had an appointment car still went in a half hour late. Took two hours from start tim for snow tire switch over and now low tire light is on. Last spring I took my wife's car in to remove snow tires and they stripped lug , broke air sensor and put and old tire on that was even ours.
